Looks okay, but a bit run down. Didn't have time to do the tour to see the ghosts and ghouls

Story very interesting. The guide Paul was very nice and entertaining. Would definitely recommend it for a visit. Maybe not suitable for young children under 5. Lovely gardens as well to visit while we waited for our tour.
Had the tour here and it was really interesting great staff excellent tour guide can't wait to return in November for the 7 hour lock down for Halloween
It started well then suddenly finished. I was expected something more. Definitely 10 is too hight for what you get. A honest price would be 5. Definitely not ok paying for the parking.
This giant mansion, far out in Wexford, Ireland is one of the most haunted places in Ireland, and we saw why. We took our son to Ireland for his graduation present, in June and had the pleasure of taking a tour of the place. Loftus Hall was the one place our son requested to see, since seeing it on Ghost Adventures. It is a very creepy, but super cool place to visit.
Amazing tour. 10/10 to "Scary Mary" our tourguide. Very interesting but scary in a good way
I like the place beautiful scenery interested history
Great tour. The tour guide John was brilliant. Highly recommended!!!
Fantastic place famous loftus hall must see recommend
Tour take 45 min. This place so huge but u can go to 4 room only. Not spooky at all for me
Do yourself a favour and keep your money in your pocket
Day light robbery thats the horror simply awful
Great night at paranormal lockdown tonight in Loftus hall. Staff are great and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be back again!
Very disappointed to hear that people are being charged 4 to enter the cafe and shop.
We live locally and would normally drop in for coffee and send visitors to see the wonderful house, but with this new charge we would be reluctant to visit/reccomend. Please reconsider this ridiculous charge.
Shame it was closed and only open on Saturdays..and Halloween.
Great location
Great tour and we'll presented by sarah
Good fun, informative tour. Fantastic building, good luck with the restoration.
Used to be very scary but it's renovated to the point that it's not scary anymore but still I loveable story behind it.The staff are very good.
The tour was very entertaining but I would have liked to know more and also seen more of the house itself. Although there is an extra guide for the remaining floors but that is really too expensive for me. Otherwise, all in all, was very nice.
Well done tour (in English), should be visited when you are in the area.
TOUR was good and the grounds are pleasant. However, the big letdown is the cafe. It's run by a bunch of teenagers and food is very basic and hugely overpriced. My wife asked for the smoked trout with cream cheese open sandwich ( costing 7:90 ) - the staff told her they had run out of brown bread and gave my wife 2 heels of bread and still had the absolute cheek to charge her the full 7:90 - shame on you Loftus Hall, you have some neck! I won't be returning in a hurry.
Nice place. Tour guide tried to make it as interesting as possible, apart from this nothing special.
A family pass for 25 + 2 parking in exchange for an explanation (only in English) of the mysteries of the vi of its former inhabitants (a little expensive)
Was here at Halloween - they put on a great show. Would definitely recommend
Excellent history and architecture tour with a little bit of spookyness. Tour guide was awesome. His name was Colum, or was it Liam??
was good the tour was alright but it's a bit overpriced
Good tour guide, gift shop and cafe were closed unfortunately because of Covid-19. We would have liked to have seen more of the house - hopefully will get to do so in the future.
It's a really atmospheric place with a very interesting history. The guides are so good, you feel like you're actually witnessing the card game with the devil.
Love this place, great interactive staff and good fun
I think this has to be the best tour I have been on it takes 45 minutes Its wheelchair friendly too the cafe is top class the staff are so so friendly well worth the money brilliant I would give this 6 stars the history is brilliant and i did not know that the stirs case in the house is only three of them made in the world one in loftus hall, one on the Vatican, and one at the bottom of the sea on the titanic.
Absolutely love this place, keep going back! Great tour and the guides are fab Mary in particular. Deffo a must if you're in the area! Love it!!
Incredibly rude owner who scornfully insulted us when we asked if the advertised kids activities would be opening soon. He told us if we weren t happy with what was on offer, we could leave. And leave we did.
Excellent place to visit and the views are stunning.
Came here for a Halloween tour of the house, great guides who kept us entertained throughout. Had a nice coffee and scone whilst waiting and ran into some spooky characters.
Great tour. The guide and the staff in the shop and cafe were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed it.
Super friendly staff! You can pay by card. Gift shop. Place really cool. Great food !!
Wonderful to see this beautiful place being restored and brought back to life. Thank you.
Well worth the money I must say... Creepy and very interesting
We were here for the Halloween tour and were very pleasantly surprised. The house itself has some of the scary factor to deliver, but the tour itself was not particularly scary, rather fun and well done. The visit was definitely worth it
Great day out.fab tour guide.such fun and a bit scary.would do again tomorrow.thanks guys
Great day out. Would have liked it to be scarier. Awesome views.
Great place to visit. Highly recommend the tour. The gardens and restaurant are a bonus. A must see if you're in the area.
I ve wanted to visit Loftus Hall for many years and eventually did recently. What a joy to visit it and the tour and house to exceed expectations. The tour and tour guide were excellent I can not recommend Loftus Hall enough.
Just visited the grounds & visitor centre. Didn't do the tour but it's apparently very informative & interesting.
Star removal as the toilet needed attention, but hopefully this is a one off.
Lovely view also.
Tour guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. You do get a very good insight into the history of the house in the context of Ireland s history and that was very illuminating. I don t know why but I expected more scare for my buck . Loftus Hall is billed as Ireland s most haunted house but it was decidedly Hollywood re-created scary, and the recounting of why it is supposedly haunted came across as more of a laugh than a scare. Anyway...I decided to make the photo as scary looking as I could to keep the myth going.
Excellent place for a visit that is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Huge, Ornate mansion with an informative tour!
Great fun. Nothing to fear Joe was a brilliant guide
Not allowed to take pictures inside. Only a few rooms.to be seen and all on ground floor. They actually charge for the car park which is outrageous.
Fantastic tour will be back again. We'll done to our tour guide olly. He did a fab job
Only for fun. Too much fake. The garden is beautiful
Tour guide was brilliant and well worth the cost. House and gardens need lots of work and could be magnificent. This place deserves to be restored to its former glory.
Beautiful building, grounds and extremely informative (and fun) tour guides. Makes for a great day out.
It is impressive if you see it from a distance but when you approach it is in a ruinous state ...
I visited with very dear family and we had a nice time
very interesting great story of the house beautiful garden
