I have been there on 4 separate days trying to get a key made. 3 of those 4 times, there was no locksmith there. Just an "office person" who doesn't know how to make keys. And the other time it was to tell me they couldn't make the key. Each time I was there at about 9-9:30 in the morning. Their sign states they open at 9 AM, but what does it matter being open if there's nobody to make keys for you? Each time is the excuse that they had an early emergency call. Something as simple as making a key in store should be easy. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE TO ME:
I came with one key the first 3 times, until I was eventually told I couldn't make the key there. That's fine. But today I went with a totally different key. The girl was nice, but point being, no locksmith on site to make the second key I needed. How is this place open, if there's no one there to make keys? I can appreciate the fact that the locksmiths have to go out, but if your actual building has nobody inside it to make keys the 4 times I was there, and I was told to sit and wait while someone came, that isn't the point. Have someone in the building that either knows to make keys, or can say that the two keys I bring in can't be made. I'm not upset that you can't make the keys, I'm upset that there is never a locksmith in the building the 4 times I went. You can't tell me I was here twice, if you're not there to see me the times I went. It's fine, you don't want my business, I won't be back. I just hope this serves as an eye-opener to you to have people in your building that can help your customers. I'm all for "not big box stores" and giving the little guy my business. It's just sad that this little guy wasn't there for me. I'm not saying your store is bad, but my personal experience was bad. Put yourself in my shoes that if you went someone several times, for two different items, and nobody was there to help, it would be upsetting. I'm just putting my two cents in.
