It took over 2 hours to rekeys because the staff Josh did not know how to do it. The excuse was "he is new". He had to remove the locks and went to store to get help. We were stuck and waited hours. He took our original special keys to store and never returned. He promised he would return. It was a week ago. If they return keys, I will update.
