Chic modern setup hotel which gives u a look and feel of a business hotel. A class very different from conventional 5 star luxury hotels, modest lobby, rooms but best facilities and the best serving staff. Best for people preferring to stay in Central Beijing

Very popular - staff service enthusiasm - probably because it is not a resort, the pool and gym are almost no one. I especially like the 2-story steakhouse, one of the most famous mortuaries in Beijing, and it is recommended to eat it often.

The room was large and beautiful. I got 2 bottles of water per person. Amenities were as good as Japanese hotels. The slippers were also fluffy.
There was bathrobe and it was comfortable to wear after taking a bath! There were shopping malls, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores around the hotel.
I was not troubled with shopping.

Hotel location is quite good, convenient transportation is close to the subway, breakfast is rich, and the room is clean and tidy. The administrative floor treatment is a highlight of this stay. Food and beverages can meet basic needs, and you can also look at the night scene at night. Jackie, the executive floor manager, made me remember so much that everyone felt incredible. His control of the details of the service and flexible service methods made me feel the service quality of a five-star hotel. The hotel should have such staff. feel proud.

I stay at Marriotts fairly often and always have a good stay but it seems some things can be missed at times. One robe instead of two, some have slippers, others don't for example. This was not the case with JW Marriott Hotel Beijing. Quite frankly, this was hands down the best Marriott I've stayed in. True five-star service in my opinion. Beautiful place, larger very comfortable and quiet room, impeccable service from the staff, two fresh robes and two fresh pairs of slippers daily. The breakfast/brunch here is insanely good. Even if you don't stay here, you should go for the brunch to sample the serious amount of variety here. Definitely look forward to having the opportunity to stay here again.

Please understand his situation without an identification card, passport or card. He did not deliberately lose his wallet abroad. Someone stole it. When he returns to the United States, he has money to pay for the delayed hotel. Trust him please.

My husband and I stayed here April 8 through 11. Our room was spacious and spotless. The hotel's location was great. All our staff interactions were efficient and friendly. Because we don't speak Chinese, we were relieved to find so much of the staff speaks English. We typically took our breakfasts at the included buffet and had some dinners in the same restaurant. Hats off to the restaurant staff. The chefs prepare and beautifully presents a delicious, multicultural menu. And the service by restaurant staff is impeccable. Special thanks to Kitty, Doris, Irene, Darren, and Zoe. They masterfully balanced professionalism and warmth. We will gladly return to this hotel.

I am a Mariott fan in general but especially like this hotel. Great rooms, service, restaurants and health club with pool/spa. Makes travel away from home and to China just easy. The afternoon tea service is absokutely perfect as is the always available espresso to compensate for any jet lag.

Approximately 8 hours after checking in, I became violently ill with food poisoning which I most likely picked up from eating in an outside restaurant down the street. My travel companion was a handicapped woman with grave mental health disorders, and because of that fact any support was limited. The front desk was contacted and they immediately sent an ambulance who then transported me to an International Hospital where I spent the remainder of the evening. JW Marriott Hotel Beijing, sent a very kind doorman by the name of "ALLAN" who stood by my hospital bedside throughout the entire night while I received IV fluids and antibiotics. ALLAN went above and beyond the call of duty!!! I was departing for the states the following day and the Marriott Staff made sure someone was at the airport to meet me, check my bags, print my boarding pass and even walk me to the gate. I was delirious with a fever and didn't catch her name, but she too was incredibly kind. Thank you ALLAN and thank you young lady at the airport but most grateful to JW Marriott for taking such amazing care of me while I was most ill. A day in the hospital Stateside and seven days later, I am on the mend. If you're looking for a 5 star luxury hotel in Beijing, look no further. I only wish I could have enjoyed the amazing amentities the hotel offered.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
There were many kinds of buffet for breakfast and it was very delicious. We did not use Wifi, but amenity was abundant, and there was not much trouble even if we did not carry baggage very much.
Walking around the night did not feel particularly dangerous, so I think the security is good. There are high-end shopping centers and common underground shopping centers nearby, so I think the convenience is good.

It seems to have an event venue, and also held several events such as weddings and conferences. Also, I did not understand well, but it seems that there were some Olympic related exhibits.

23/6/19 The vegetable salad I had at business lounge has a big live worm. Manager on duty was quick to offer service recovery, apologetic, and offered a souvenir. I returned the souvenir back to Lobby kindly as I do not need it.

Then staff Daisy asked me to the side as she said there was a misunderstanding during check in on platinum member points, she was later joined by Gloria whom was rude to me, and even suggestive of me having to check out due to that.
