Alexia, has been absolutely fanstastic over the duration of our lease with LJ Hooker, Maroubra. As someone who has been renting in Sydney for many years now, Alexia has been, by far, the nicest and most accommodating person I have dealt with, ever. She treated us as customers, not just renters. So refreshing! I would rent again with LH Hooker, Maroubra solely for the wonderful help of Alexia and the administration team.

I can say without any hesitation that I could not be happier with the service that I have received from your company, and in particular Lenka Vymolova. Lenka has been an excellent property manager. She has always responded within 24 hours, has gotten in touch with me promptly regarding any issues at the property, provided good advice on steps we could take to increase the rent once the previous tenants vacated. Lenka has outstanding knowledge of the rental market when the property was up for lease earlier this year particularly around setting rent, and sorted the lease with new tenants really quickly. Lenka is efficient, knows her stuff, and I am very happy with having our property with her.

As a tenant of LJ Hooker for many years at two different properties I have always received professional friendly service and been treated with respect regarding matters small or large, be it a blocked drain or most recently an oven disaster that my property manager Amy Levi gets my five stars for her efficient and prompt response to my email and within a few days I had a new oven installed...amazing service...more than happy !
Amy and Alexia have just finished renting a property for my business partner Paul and myself. They achieved a spectacular 44% increase over the rent the previous tenant was paying! We couldn't believe it! We have always got great service from them. They answer our queries promptly and have offered good advice when needed. This is top notch property management.
I had a really bad experience with one of the agents at this place, so I won't say they are all bad, as actually I think the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. However, a new agent that started in 2020 managing a property in Maroubra Junction was an absolute nightmare and tried to take money from us when we decided to move out - not sure if it was because of COVID or what, but she had a really two-faced attitude and tried to charge us over a thousand dollars for ridiculous things like there being cobwebs on the gutters! Thankfully NCAT sorted the matter out and we got our full bond back. Be weary when moving out and make sure you don't pay for anything unreasonable.

Never renting a property with this agency. It s like a nightmare to get your bond back. When you get a scratch on a small piece of wood floor, they asked you to replace the whole. When you make one small hole on the extreme old vinyl floor, they asked to replace a whole brand new one. They are trying to charge me thousands of dollar to make a renovation for the old unit.
Alexia has been an outstanding and extremely helpful agent for the entire time we have dealt with her. Always quick to reply and courteous in all exchanges. Thanks again Alexia! You're the best!
