I had a really bad experience with one of the agents at this place, so I won't say they are all bad, as actually I think the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. However, a new agent that started in 2020 managing a property in Maroubra Junction was an absolute nightmare and tried to take money from us when we decided to move out - not sure if it was because of COVID or what, but she had a really two-faced attitude and tried to charge us over a thousand dollars for ridiculous things like there being cobwebs on the gutters! Thankfully NCAT sorted the matter out and we got our full bond back. Be weary when moving out and make sure you don't pay for anything unreasonable.
