As a NJ resident, I was looking for availability for new car in my local area. Due to my time constraints, i was forced to venture out of state since availability was limited. After handful of phone call, I landed with Livona Chrysler Jeep in Michigan. Almost in an instant my sales consultant Sean stood out of all others. He had right tone of respect and acknowledgement of my needs. Sean s transparent approach and knowledge give me piece of mind. He helped made me a fair market deal and ensured it met my needs without being pushy or aggressively up selling. He even followed up with me days later to ensure the shipment went smoothly. Thank You Sean for your straight forward approach and care.

Let me start off by saying that the buying experie...

Let me start off by saying that the buying experience started off great. My salesman Dave wasn't pushy and the finance guy Dave was good as well. The problem or problems didn't start until I got home, which is about an hour drive from the dealership. On the ride home the front end seemed a little loose but I figured since it was a used car that maybe that was the reason so I disregarded it. Then when I got home I went to hang up my spare key and to my surprise it wasn't mine at all. It was for a completely different vehicle. I called the salesman and he told me to just mail the key back to them since it was such a far drive, but unfortunately they didn't have a spare for my vehicle, thanks a lot right. About two days later I took the Jeep into a shop by. Y house that my neighbor manages and had them inspect the front end because something wasn't right. Once again to my surprise the jeep needed upper and lower ball joints on both sides, steering dampener, and front passenger side u-joint. All in all roughly $1000 worth of work and I was advised that the ball joints were so bad that it wasn't safe to drive(nice to know since I had been driving my wife and kids around in it. I then sent the invoice back to Livonia Chrysler Jeep and their response although expected was very aggravating. I was told that had I brought the Jeep back to their shop they could've work with me, even though it was their so called "mechanics" that missed the repairs in the first place. Then not only did they proceed to insult the mechanics that did find the issues, they then insulted me and questioning whether I trusted the mechanics or not. After about 20 minutes of going back and forth with the used car sales manager and him being of no help at all, that was the end of the conversation and I haven't heard from them again. I'm suppose to believe they wanted to fix the mechanical issues when they wouldn't even make me a spare key. Piss on this dealership and their unprofessional management. Never again and I hope this is read by a ton of people until they decide to change their ways.

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and lied...

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and lied on the phone. Called ahead to ensure we were able to drop off lease vehicle because we moved here from out of the area and was turned away upon arrival due to not leasing another vehicle today. Told us to take it to the dealer we got it from (very far away) to turn it in when CCAP also said any CCAP dealer will accept lease turn ins. They just lost two vehicle sales opportunities and SEVERAL repeat/referral customers.
(Update)
Received a response from this dealer almost two hours after we were turned away to schedule turning it in. Like I mentioned, We called ahead to ensure we would be able to drop it off and were turned away. We have since found a dealership that gladly took the vehicle with no issues.

I have been to a few dealerships in SE Michigan and Livonia Jeep is probably one of the best, if not the best. The service tech Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable and the rest of the staff was great too. My girlfriend's Jeep had a part replaced and the staff took care of her very well. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Ok. So I thought I was going to get the same so so...

Ok. So I thought I was going to get the same so so service like I have so many other times, Along with the same old run around like a have from all the other dealerships I have been to. Now I feel like I have held on to long before I wrote a review. This Livonia Chrysler Jeep dealership has absolutely the best I have experienced. I came in with 3 issues I thought were wrong and they found quite a few more things that were wrong and or were going to be bad soon. Well they let me know things were worse then I thought. Then let me know everything was going to be covered under my warranty. Even let me know what was not covered and made great recommendations to get some of those fixed also. All the other small issues that needed attention were easy fixes that I could do at home. Just for the record they are the only dealership that was willing to give me a loaner that was a Wrangler everyone else just handed me the keys to what had to be the cheapest thing that had to offer. It was the 1st time I had ever gone to a dealership and felt completely respected. So kudos to you Livonia Chrysler Jeep. You will be the only people I ever buy another vehicle from And/or trust to have my vehicle fixed. Please don't lose That customer service you have it was amazing and I expect the same the next time I show up to buy a vehicle or have it repaired again.

To the only Chrysler Jeep dealership I'll trust thank you very much and I apologize for taking so long to write a review.

Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appt for my car to get fixed on a wedneday and was told the tech will see it first thing in the morning on thursday. Monday comes around, they finally look at it and have to order a sensor, supposed to arrived in acouple days... the following monday, it finally arrives and my car gets fixed. It took 12 days for a 2 hour job. No apology, no concern, no care!
I have a 6mo old and my wife is still working... i needed a car for emergencies! They didnt care!
I understand things were backed up because of the quarantine.. but then dont schedule so many appts! And dont make false promises.
An event like this will cause me to drive to a further Jeep dealership just for better customer service. Very upsetting.

WARNING BAD SERVICE - I took my Jeep to the Livoni...

WARNING BAD SERVICE - I took my Jeep to the Livonia Chrysler dealership to take care of the passenger airbag recall, but they damaged my dashboard, when removing the dashboard trim.
They left pull damage, and screwdriver marks. I talked to the technician, and a couple of managers, including the VP/ General Manager Dave McDonald and they refused to do anything about it, they literally told me that there is nothing they can do, and referred me to call Chrysler knowing that is not Chrysler's fault.
They one thing that made me mad the most is that they talked to me like I was crazy.

I'd leave negative stars if I could. Terrible communication with service advisers, conflicting information provided. They told me I was going to be charged for work done under warranty, told Enterprise they would be covering my rental then sticking me with the bill... I'll be taking my business to Suburban Chrysler next time.

Its a shame that decades of my family taking their business here, we'll be finding a new place to take our service. Good riddance.

I recently took my car in for warranty work with the body shop. I could not be more pleased by the service I received. I took my jeep in on Monday morning, got a loaner and the jeep was done Wednesday (week of Christmas too!!). When I dropped off and picked my car up, the guys helped me transfer my stuff. They even vacuumed my jeep out of all the dog hair! They were all friendly, especially Doug in the body shop! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

hThese people take advantage of old people. Sold my 80 yr old mother an oil change she didnt need. Keep in mind my family bought 2 cherokees and a compass in a 6 month family from this dealership. Suburban Chrysler is honoring a free oil change for my mother. Take your business there

These people ripped me off and the general manager told me i was fired as a customer. Go to suburban chrysler right down the road because they honored a free oil change and agreed that livonia chrysler jeep took advantage of me because i had 2000 miles left before i needed an oil change

The customer service at Livonia Chrysler is 5 Star! The workers here are always welcoming, very clear regarding how long the service will take and up front with pricing. Once, I was quoted an incorrect price for a new set of tires that were on sale. Mind you, the quote was only off by a couple bucks, and I recieved $5.00 off my next service. Like for real, I was not expecting anything for such a minor error. I wasn t even shopping for tires at the time. The guy was just telling me about the tire sale, because he noticed I d be needing some soon. Anyhow, The waiting area is clean, hot coffee and tea always awaits me, and there is free WiFi. I m contemplating purchasing my new vehicle from this location, when the time arrives.

Sean O'Malley was great! Gave us all of the information without any pressure and let us decide. From test drive to trade-in of our current vehicle to completing the purchase through their financing (which was more than 1% lower than our credit union), it only took 2 hours! Would 100% work with them again.

Fabulous buying experience here. It's a small looking dealership but it was pretty busy - even during COVID! I bought a used Jeep at a fair price and felt confident in the dealerships 100+ point inspection. Rick Ralls was great to work with and Mike Ryan got me a excellent rate. Would highly recommend!

Rob was such a huge help and convinced me to buy a Ford. I told him I come from a Chrysler family we don t do Fords after he showed me the Ford Fiesta and he convinced me to take it for a drive with my dad. It was so smooth and felt so natural. He was very honest with me too which I truly appreciated. So I ended up getting a car I swore up and down I would never get. Thanks to Rob s honesty, patience, and kindness.

The used manager lied about how they put wheel locks on the car when it was my truck and it already had wheel locks from factory, then they try to charge me $179 to remove my back up camera I had on the ram and use it for the plow truck, and it s only a $20 camera from amazon which is even funnier. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER, THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU. THEY WILL SELL YOU FLOODED CARS! I'd leave negative stars if I could. People need to know that these sales people will say anything to make a sale and will put your families life in danger to get that sale.Worst dealership ever. They'll damage your car and deny they did it and leave you with the cost. Ron Gentry IS THE WORST PERSON EVER TO DEAL WITH. Very crooked salesmanship. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place and I definitely won't be back.

Livonia Chrysler Jeep provides a close knit family style atmosphere. Thanks for the professionalism and excellent customer service. They staff even ensured I had lunch during my most recent visit (7.20.18) now how good is that!!!!

Love Love this dealership! They are amazing her so polite and friendly. I drive 35 minutes just to come to this dealership. Yes there is a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership less than 5 minutes from my house but I will not go there. I have been to many dealerships and this one is by far the best. I have had general maintenance, body work, and I currently have my truck in for some electrical work. I couldn't be more pleased with the people and service provided. I will continue to go here for ever. Even the owner who is onsite (which completely surprised) is so nice and polite just a normal guy. Isn't rude or stuck up. Speaks to you just like an equal on down to you (which I have noticed a lot of people do when they are business owners or management).

I called Livonia Chrysler Jeep yesterday morning regarding a rattling noise coming from my car. Chris Brewis, service manager told me to bring it right in and he will take a look. I took my car to the service department and after hearing the noise for himself, Chris knew exactly what the problem was and his team fixed the problem on the spot with very little wait time. The service department employees were also very friendly. I will take my car to Livonia Chrysler Jeep for now on.

Just want to highlight how great Rick Ralls is as a salesperson. He took very good care of me when I purchased my Jeep. No pressure but laid out all the information in a clear way. Also was very nice to my mother when she had questions on her lease. Great guy. I went to four dealerships before I talked to Rick and didn't feel comfortable with the salespeople. I have recommended Rick several times already and will so again.

I was pleasantly surprised today by the incredible service I received today. I called in with an issue with my 2019 Pacifica Van and was invited to bring it in as soon as possible to insure my safety. I thought it might be a brake issue, and John said he was concerned that I might be right. The service department was booked 4 weeks out but he said my issue merited a special look. He found the problem and I was out the door within 15 minutes. Thank you so much John for your excellent and friendly service.

I have had to deal with 3 different dealerships this year and Livonia Chrysler Jeep has by far been the best experience I have had. I received a recall notice in the mail for my 2015 Dodge Dart last week. I made the appointment online and immediately began to worry about how much it would cost. As soon as I got the car there this morning, I was greeted politely and reassured that the fix would cost me nothing. After dealing with Suburban Infiniti of Novi and Tamaroff Nissan in Southfield I had severe anxiety about how much I would actually have to pay for a 'free recall repair'. Laura was extra fast and incredibly friendly, I really hope she gets something for great customer service, honestly! She worked hard and made sure I could get back to school in an appropriate time frame. My experience with them today made me feel so glad to know that these are the people that will be taking care of my dart for the remainder of the time that I have it.

I made an appointment to have my vehicle worked on at 8:00am. The job was booked for 2-2.5 hrs. I had made arrangements for my coworker to pick me up before work and drop me off after work at the dealer. I came back at 4:00pm and the car was still not finished. Of course they had an excuse which is neither here nor there. The important part is that I never received a phone call on an update. I was forced to sit at that dealership until 5:45pm which is when I actually got into the car and drove home. This is completely unacceptable. All I needed was a call saying my vehicle wouldn't be finished on the time frame it was supposed to be. A simple 2 minute phone call could have saved me 3 hrs of waiting around. Piss poor customer service for the most simple tasks.

Today I started having break issues and when I took it to another dealership for service they informed me that the rear rotors had been machined well past the safe and legal size. I was sold this liberty being told that it had new breaks and rotors . People need to know that these sales people will say anything to make a sale and will put your families life in danger to get that sale.

I drive a Dodge Grand caravan for a living and I'm pretty particular about it. I want to keep it in the best possible condition so I brought it in. I had SO many questions on how to best maintain my vehicle and where to get some specialty items that I need. They did a full inspection and found the previous owner had somehow gotten a hole in the housing for some wires and tried to patch it himself. I had gone to another Chrysler dealer in Plymouth previously and they never found it. Chris Brewis was so patient with all my questions. He has been amazing at helping me schedule appointments that work around my time constraints, making sure all the work is done correctly, and answering my endless questions. I would highly recommend them for all your auto care needs!

Me and my husband walked out of Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Garden City and walked feeling rather taken advantage of they quoted us for a Jeep well over out price range and said there was nothing they could do that the prices were the prices. No one greeted us when we walked in and the workers just all looked sloppy.
Fast forward to this dealership.. We walked right in and holly immediately greeted us with such a warm welcome I knew we were in the right spot. She walked through the process with us and got us the car I wanted for the price I wanted. She s so personable and sweet! She truly cares about her customers and she s realistic but not in a rude way like the other dealership was. If your looking for a new car ask for holly she s your girl!

He was very attentive without applying too much pressure.
Perfect salesman.
