This dealership made my first car shopping experie...

This dealership made my first car shopping experience painless and exciting! Michael was very communicative and punctual even during the pandemic. He took care of everything thing for me in not even of a matter of 24 hours. I contacted the dealership around 5:00pm the next day at 3:00 pm I was rolling off the lot in my new Jeep! They worked with my budget, my time, and explained everything to me. Overall wonderful experience I would recommend to anyone looking for new or used.

Service Department team is very rude, they cant figure out my evap leak so they keep clearing the code and adding parts and charging me when it should be covered under initial service since it was NOT resolved first time, The service manager is very disrespectful to Males and was all touchy feely and talking directly to my wife, he then got argumentitive about me not accepting what he said, then when i asked for the owner he said that he was around somewhere but would not let me talk to him, this is not the first time Chris has treated me like this, he did when i brought mu ram in a month ago.....UNSAT SERVICE

Went in yesterday October 16th 2019, to get my son's Chargers oil change and tire rotation and as usual this place is awesome, greeted immediately and with respect I know the service people since this is the only shop that I go to with his Dodge vehicle it's an awesome place and even the sales people even if you're not interested will answer your questions and talk to you just wish maybe at some point they get the Dodge and the Ram into this location it would be a 10 star instead of a 5 star.

Everything was good till paperwork time didn't not buy since not willing to budge on price on the 2010 dodge journey with decent amount of rust on back side. Vehicle price 1000+ over kbb value not willing to negotiate on price then when looking at paperwork I found that the intrest rate was raised 3.77% without telling me. When I confronted guy he said ohh I thought it would be xx% rate but it's actually 3.77% higher then what I last said. Guy didn't say anything until I said something about it. Felt like they were just trying to take advantage of a young family. This is just my experience buyer beware make sure you look at every single line and documentation to make sure nothing changed. They lost a customer due to not negotiating on price and not telling me the interest rate was higher then what I was last told

After having given Snethcamp two opportunities to provide service on my new Dodge and having them fail twice, I searched locally for a new dealer and found Livonia Chrysler. I made an appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation. The service representative was very personable and efficient. They had me in and out within an hour and washed my car in the process. Now, washing the car may not sound like much to you, but I can tell you, the last two dodge dealers I have gone in the past did not bother and it's small details that make the difference. The rep also noticed that I had an oil change package AFTER I happily paid my bill and he managed to catch me before I drove off so I could come back in and get a refund. I didn't even know I had 5 free oil changes so he saved me $55! I now have a new servicer for my car and will gladly drive a little further for good service and will recommend Livonia Chrylser Jeep.

I was told that it would take 3 hours to replace air bags for a recall and it took 7 hours then after arriving an hour later from being notified the car was ready for pickup the car was not cleaned up and I waited another additional 15 minutes then unpon returning home and cleaning up plastic and paper from dealership, shards of glass were discovered on the passenger front seat's floor which could only be from replacing the air bag. Well this is why dealerships get a bad name and you avoid service at any cost

After having a bad experience at another dealership, I made a great deal with this dealership. I will never work with another car salesman after meeting Kieth! He is not your typical car salesman. He is VERY real and genuinely enjoys his job and that is clear! I got my dream Jeep and it was more smooth than doing the self checkout at Meijer! I will be referring everyone I know to Kieth!

The service manager called me with issues that they had and didn t try to hide anything. VERY HONEST!! They didn t beat around the bush on tough conversations. They were straight to the point. I made a appointment for a tire change and I was told the wait would be about 45 mins and I ended up waiting 2 hours. I saw people come in after me and leave before me!!! 2 hours for a tire???? I ve had issues with the service department before! Terrible communication with the customers! They previously had my car for repairs for over a month due to lack of communication! I ll travel to another location before I ever deal with them again!!! Also not personable or professional! I never get a greeting, smile or anything! I just stand there awkwardly waiting to be acknowledged. I don t feel comfortable at this location! I m extremely upset today. I didn t have 2 hours to waste! Time is valuable!! I could have gotten several things accomplished within 2 hours!

Slow service. Terrible customer service and roadside service. Waited an hour for someone to take my call, just to tell me they dont cover locked keys in car. Then returning the vehicle the employee insisted half of the fuel needle was a hair below full and wanted to charge me 9.99. I always use enterprise and never have any problems. Never will I use Hertz again, but specifically this location.

Chris and Laura in service were top notch. I had an issue with my jeep and had to drive back to Florida the next day. They were able to diagnose same day the jeep and get the parts first thing the next morning. Got me back on the road super fast ! They dealt with Jeep corporate on my behalf and even gave me a ride to and from where I was staying. To top it off i received a phone call from Chris to check that all was well and made it home safely. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially their service department team. I work midnights so having a service center that's open at 0730hrs saves the trouble of trying to arrange for something to do between getting off work until other dealerships open at 0900hrs. While most consider it a perk, I would have liked to have been asked prior to my service if I would like a complimentary wash... I have a softtop wrangler and a CB antenna that the porter put through the automatic wash without my consent. Everything turned out fine, but I would have politely declined if given the offer. Will continue to use this dealership!

We have now purchased 3 cars through this dealership and have nothing but positive experiences- both on the sales and service sides. They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers- just last week, we had an oil change scheduled, and my youngest son came down with a bad cold. We called them and without hesitation, they sent someone within the hour to come get the car so we could still get our oil change, then they brought the car back for us. Excellent customer service always when most other dealerships treat you like an inconvenience. We will always come back here!

The worst place to change a simple engine
oil ..EVER.
I came here 4 times total ,from wich 2 times were with problems. Including last one. They scheduling way more customers that they can handle. My appointment scheduled online on their webiste was 12:30 with a person that had lunch around then,and they told me they have 2 cars for oil change before me. After i insisted to get oil changed as scheduled they agreed. Still at the end they were done with my car at 2:50 pm. So 2 hours and 20 minutes to change oil? Meaning they put me at the end of the line.And at the end my car wasn't even washed outside (courtesy wash) and someone was messing with my battery since the clock in the car was reset. For what reason? Very unprofessional and poor service from them in any way . They strive for quantity instead of quality. I would never again bring my car for service even if they are only one left in the world.

Dealership is the worst. Instead of assisting with my bad situation, which I m paying $400 a month for a Jeep I can t even drive because they refuse to take accountability for selling a suspected flood damaged vehicle. Used cars with flood damage are likely to have many issues. Many times, dealerships have to rebuild the car with aftermarket parts in order to make it presentable and ready for sale on their lot. Once the car looks to be in decent shape, they will try every dealership trick they know to sell it to an unsuspecting consumer at a much higher price than the vehicle is now worth. Selling a used car without disclosing flood damage or a salvage title from another state is Auto Fraud, and can be sued. Used car dealerships that sell flood damaged cars without disclosing the vehicles history to the buyer aren t likely to fess up and fix their mistake. If they are willing to scam you during the buying process, they will likely do everything they can to avoid giving you your money back or assist you at all. In conclusion I highly recommend you stay far away from this dealership at all costs.
