Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appt for my car to get fixed on a wedneday and was told the tech will see it first thing in the morning on thursday. Monday comes around, they finally look at it and have to order a sensor, supposed to arrived in acouple days... the following monday, it finally arrives and my car gets fixed. It took 12 days for a 2 hour job. No apology, no concern, no care!
I have a 6mo old and my wife is still working... i needed a car for emergencies! They didnt care!
I understand things were backed up because of the quarantine.. but then dont schedule so many appts! And dont make false promises.
An event like this will cause me to drive to a further Jeep dealership just for better customer service. Very upsetting.
