WARNING BAD SERVICE - I took my Jeep to the Livonia Chrysler dealership to take care of the passenger airbag recall, but they damaged my dashboard, when removing the dashboard trim.
They left pull damage, and screwdriver marks. I talked to the technician, and a couple of managers, including the VP/ General Manager Dave McDonald and they refused to do anything about it, they literally told me that there is nothing they can do, and referred me to call Chrysler knowing that is not Chrysler's fault.
They one thing that made me mad the most is that they talked to me like I was crazy.
