Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and lied on the phone. Called ahead to ensure we were able to drop off lease vehicle because we moved here from out of the area and was turned away upon arrival due to not leasing another vehicle today. Told us to take it to the dealer we got it from (very far away) to turn it in when CCAP also said any CCAP dealer will accept lease turn ins. They just lost two vehicle sales opportunities and SEVERAL repeat/referral customers.

Received a response from this dealer almost two hours after we were turned away to schedule turning it in. Like I mentioned, We called ahead to ensure we would be able to drop it off and were turned away. We have since found a dealership that gladly took the vehicle with no issues.
