Little Ones quickly and seamlessly interpreted our requirements, located several nannies that fitted these requirements and gave us great advice on how best to interview the various candidates. Little Ones were also able to provide us with a payroll service, taking away the hassle of managing that side of things.

I contacted several agencies as I was looking to find a Nanny job pretty fast, and had Lisa Palm as a consultant.
They're very professional, and Lisa always got back to me straight away; and set me up for interviews within days!
You can also do the First Aid at the agency, which is good, and I contacted the agency and Lisa with all my questions, and they always helped me, even if it wasn't really their profession (flat costs, transportation etc).

I attended a Pediatric First Aid course at Little Ones and was really pleased with the course. It was the only one day Pediatric course in London that is recognised when applying for Ofsted registration so was the ideal choice. The day was well structured and the instructor was clear, thorough but to the point, ensuring all information was covered in the most efficient way. The other staff in the building were very warm and friendly too and overall I had a great experience.

My Consultant Beata was super quick to find me a suitable family. She is kind, understanding and a very friendly consultant. The Little Ones is a great agency to work for.

I am more than happy with the service provided by Little Ones. We needed a replacement nanny at extremely short notice and they provided us with three exceptional candidates to choose from for our three day a week position. Rebecca understood that the situation was stressful for us but we felt that she was on top of it at all times and we now have a wonderful Nanny who has started only a few days later. I went to little ones to do my first aid course, just over a year apart from the fantastic training I received they where every helpful as I wanted to get back into being a nanny in the UK, they gave me great advise and assisted me on how I can sign up with them. At that point in time I was looking for job with different agencies, they were not very helpful and communication was slow but on the hand with Little ones they met all my needs and made me feel every relaxed. Currently they have helped me with 2 jobs and the turn over time has been really fast no waiting round to get me with a new family. Can t thank enough Nora as she has been a massive star from start to finish, a real asset to the company.

This was a dreadful experience. Repeated attempts to get them to send us a nanny nearby failed. They insisted they would only send us nannies who were close, and we met multiple nannies who had been told "yes its a long way, but go and see what you think".

We accepted a nanny who was lovely, but as her commute was over an hour - after 3 weeks she quite telling us the night before.

We had already paid the agency fee, and the agency refused to reimburse us. The replacement nannies they sent us were all far too far away - and we didn't have the time to wait for them to find more.

A really bad experience end-to-end. I strongly recommend against using them.

It's been great working with LittleOnes.The team , especially James and Laurane made it possible for me to do what I love with ongoing support.
I'm super thankful James suggested getting me signed up to the My Family Care nanny app which is absolutely perfect for those who appreciate flexibility around when and where they work. As well as for being avaible to answer any questions I had.

Have found a nanny through this agency that proved to be not suitable at all. I had an agreement with them that they will find me a substitute for free (or this will be included in the significant fee I already paid, a % of the annual salary), if I had to fire her in certain fixed period of time. Instead, they tried to charge me even more money, as they wanted to find somebody for more hours, and when I said no they stopped the search. I am considering suing them, but not sure if it is worth my time. Awful place, avoid it.

Best experience ever. I tottaly recommend Little Ones, they are very helpful I became a professional nanny because of them. Specially for Hazel, she took care of all my needs and always tried to do her best to find the perfect family for me. I am very happy!

A warning to all of you who are considering this agency. Maybe, like me, you have the impression that going to an agency that charges a larger premium than the others out there, you would get better candidates, but that s not true. You are better off on care.com. You can speak to candidates directly and try them before committing without any of the stress that this agency put me through. I m surprised by the Google rating so even though I do not write reviews often, I have decided to do so this time and hope that others do so as well. Based on private nanny Facebook groups, I can see many others have had the same experience, but didn t write reviews to save people like me.



They offered me to find a replacement instead but I requested a refund as I have safer alternatives for childcare and I am simply out of time for change of plans. The agency denies that they offered me the trial themselves as they did that over the phone and I have no writing to prove it. They consider it as an engagement with the nanny and therefore keep my fee. They are satisfied with their level of vetting and they are somehow implying that my experience with the nanny is at variance with other families which I know is not right.

Notes to myself and the reader of this review, never trust a kind sounding voice and a polished sales speech. Get everything in writing. And stay away from little ones agency.

Really bad attitude when there is a problem. I would never do course through little ones again. Waste of time and money. The only positive thing was First aid course with Dan. The rest was disaster. Stuff being sarcastic while talking to you and no one really cares a minute after you leave the building. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I have used Little ones and specifically Taryn to find my last and current Nanny roles. I find them very efficient and easy to communicate with and Taryn having been a nanny herself is very understanding and knowledgeable.

A very unprofessional agency and I will absolutely never return again or recommend it to any of my friends. They didn't do a proper background check up on our nanny (who lasted for six weeks) and was not able to do a replacement. So it ended up costing us 3000 pounds for a nanny who worked for us for six weeks.

I was looking for an after-school position to fit around my morning commitments. Daniella carefully listened to as well as took on board all my needs and requirements. She was very professional, but still very kind and understanding. She updated me with new suitable job offers regularly till we found the most suitable for me. She was also very supportive throughout the interview process and at the start of my new position. She was always there ready to help with directions, communication or just to say 'good luck'. I would highly recommend Little Ones as well as Daniella to anyone who is looking for a nanny or housekeeper position.

A really poor service. I would steer clear of this agency and think twice before signing up with them/handing any money to this organisation.

Prior to signing with them, we were handed over a profile of a suitable looking nanny and made to think that this person would be interested in working for our family.

Once we had paid the signing fee, we were told that said person was not interested as the number of hours did not make it worth their while. We were sent the profile of another person but on meeting, it was apparent that she had had only four months of toddler/pre school childcare experience. The website states that they only deal with "experienced nannies". This person very much did not fit that description.

Five weeks on, we've not had any more relevant profiles through and we not holding our breath...

Litle Ones (UK) is, currently, helping me to find An Aupair family, here in UK. I have been in contact with the agency for a week. In just one week the agency was able to arrange me interviews with several families. I do really think the agency, specifically my assistant, does a great job. I truly recommend it.

Disorganised, takes your money and does not deliver, terrible calibre of nanny/house keepers - endless time and many hours taken up reaching cv's and meeting candidates all of whom were totally different in language and skills on meeting than on paper. when we complained the agency stopped responding. dont waste your time.

I have attended a maternity practitioner course with Little Ones in 2014 . The teacher was great, the agency has also been outstanding in supporting my research for the perfect job that matches all of my needs and requirements, even if I am not in London currently. Frankie is absolutely the aupair specialist, she has been really kind and patient ,answering all of my questions and calling me on my Italian number to arrange my job interwiev.

I highly recommend Little Ones. The agency was really helpful through the whole process of application for my new job especially my consultant Ricardo who was alwsys there for me, keen and ready to help. All in all I am really elated that I am registered with that highly professional agency.

Having more than 8 years experience in childcare, good references, certificates etc I have found myself in a position where I am very disappointed with so many agencies and consultants who were not treating me as a professional. But all changed when I met Nora from The Little Ones Nanny Agency. She collected my CV, documents and started to work on getting me the perfect. Even though my situation is very difficult as I study full time.
She has always been very professional, appreciated my time and shown maximum understanding towards my busy schedule . There was honestly no drama, all was very clear from day one, she was also super respectful while contacting my previous employers to check my references and other documents and she always put my CV forward to very fair families, who were paying accordingly and doing a proper contract with all the necessary details regarding nanny rights etc.

Very disappointed in the follow up service from Little Ones. Initial service was fine, with reasonable candidates provided, but there seems to have been a change of staff and the customer service has gone completely downhill with no follow up, lack of responsiveness, and an apparent disregard for our needs now that the high fees have been charged. I would take your business elsewhere, particularly because the entire point of paying the high fees is having a reliable and full service company.

It is a great agency, with great professionals. Their courses are great, you learn much more than you can expect. Perfect quality price and great value. The attention is perfect. Recommended 100%

I've worked with the agency for a few months now on a casual temp basis. I go through Neja for all my work and she's very organised, communicates well and is friendly. If I tell her when I'm free she'll always let me know if she has work. All potential jobs are initially texted through which I find is a great way of working.

I've always found jobs for myself but I'm happy I signed up with Little ones as they have made it a much easier experience! Laura especially has been so helpful in assisting me in finding a position in just under a month. Finding appropriate, relevant and satisfactory childcare is a huge challenge - and Little Ones knows and understands this struggle. My experience with Little Ones has always been excellent but this time around, they really went above and beyond - with their patience, dedication and persistence. My contact person, Nathan, was always available and approachable - not necessairily the same thing - and always (always!) helped find a solution and guide us in the direction he believed us to be clueless about.

I arrived in a nice working place,the girls where very friendly and smiley.During my interview with my consultant alice alberti,i felt very comfortable and familiar.she really interested in finding me a job that fits me.Alice is the best consultant i've ever met.she is very kind,lovely and professional in her job.i am very happy to co-operate with her.

We really weren't happy with this agency. I agree with the comments below it was exactly what happened to us. The candidates were terrible! Then when we decided not to go ahead full time the housekeeper we were trialing from them she kept turning up uninvited. She also went and scratched the car! The agency did nothing to help with this.

Since the management has changed they really have gone down hill! One star is really too much.

I'm a bit disappointed with this agency, they send emails saying ''our team will be in touch very soon to assist you'', and especially a lot publicity of their courses which take a long time to do and are not cheap.
They don't check job for you often even if you keep asking and they don't keep in touch at all.Also I recommended this agency to my friends too at first and they didn't helped my friends neither. I prefer to look for another more serious agency sincerely.

I must have called over 12 nanny agencies in urgent need of a temporary nanny for my sisters kids and I can honestly say Jack Sparrow is exceptional at his job. Not only did he listen very carefully to what I was needing but within minutes of putting down the phone he had sent me a summary of what I was looking for then followed up with candidates and set up interviews for the following day. He went out of his way to ensure I had a great customer experience so I cannot recommend him highly enough and he is a credit to his company.

Terrible customer services and aggressive finance department. We hired a nanny through Little Ones back in May of this year. The agency invoiced and started chasing payment over a month before the nanny started and before we had had official confirmation that the nanny was actually going to show up. They then started threatening us with 25% late payment charges 7 days after the invoice was sent (incorrectly in my view as there was no written confirmation that the nanny would join and thus they hadn't completed their job). They continually phoned to chase payment and threaten late fees before there was a written confirmation . When challenged, the agent just blamed their finance department and was unhelpful in resolving the situation
After the nanny was hired I wrote a note to let them know about the poor service so they could look to remedy it. It took them over 3 months and several chasing emails before they responded with an email which didn't really say anything.
It all left a very bad taste in the mouth. Oh, and they are more expensive for what they offer than other agencies.

Very helpful and kind recruiters, to register with Little Ones went smooth and easy and I'm so happy over the family they placed me with. I can especially recommend Chloe, she has been more than great.
I'm especially happy with her since I'm looking for two part time positions rather than one full time position, and this is something she will help with and do all she can to mix and match so that I get what I want!

Yes you have to pay for their service but they are market-priced and the service you get is perfect, the team super efficient. I was really happy with the whole experience, will definitely re-use their services in the future if needed and will recommend them around me.

I only had good experience about 4 years ago but sadly that amazing consultant does not work there anymore.
After that I tried two times to find a job via this agency. Last year I got a consultant who barely spoke to me and when she did, she wasn't professional. I applied for few jobs but she never forwarded my application.
And most recently I gave it a go again. I sent an email about 10 days ago and noone even got back to me. Very dissapointed.

Natalie was and is a great help! She interviewed me and created a fabulous profile to help me find job. She is sweet, time efficient, knows her job exactly, she is organized and you feel you are in responsible hands when you go look for a job!
