I love my 2019 KIA Sportage EX!! As always, my experience with Lithia KIA Anchorage was pleasant and no pressure. It was a pleasure working with Mike P on the sale. He was professional and friendly and made me and my family feel at ease. Jim Shanklin (finance) was easy to work with, also. He was very courteous and patient with all my questions. I have been a KIA owner for over 6 years and have had no negative experiences either with my Sorento or with any of my visits for service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
