Came in skeptical as I had a rough trade in and had several bad dealership experiences in the last several months as I ve looked for a new car. As soon as I drove onto the lot things felt different. Eddie was my salesperson, and I instantly felt like despite the rough trade he was in my corner and motivated to get me into a new vehicle that I loved. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly and welcoming and each person I dealt with was incredibly reassuring and again, motivated to make something happen for me. It took some work, but I drove off the lot same day with my little dream car! And they gave me more for my trade than I was expecting. Thank you Lithia Kia of Anchorage! And Thanks to Eddie, Richard, Abraham, and Dylan in finance for being genuine, so reassuring and pleasant to work with, and for getting me into my Mazda!
