I do not know where to begin I have a less than 2 year old car - brand new when I bought it from this dealership and I was happy with the car until I have to deal with the Kia Body shop and the service department. Maintenance wise - oil change, inspection, maintenance they are good as long as your car do not have issue then they are pretty good. But if it is repair related - body or parts even though they are replacing the entire kit - my opinion after years of dealing with them is their workers are not skilled and professional enough to handle things right. They are polite on the phone, recently I have been talking to Ryan - the service manager and Beverly has been very patient with my follow-up but I think the volume of work is too much for them and to my opinion this delay and backlog is because they order their parts in bulk that takes a week to get to Kia and they do not have enough skilled mechanic to begin with. If you want to pay overnight shipping then you can probably get things done faster. They do not tell you this not unless you are being buggy. They have my car for 15 days now.
