Generic Chinese, but cheaply priced. Big hit with college students, but in my opinion Nagoya is the only place in Radford to get oriental food.

I called and ordered their chicken and broccoli, the woman on the phone didn't give me a time to come pick it up, when I get it the rice is hard and the sauce on the meal was very dark, clearly yesterdays leftovers, called and complained, they sent another order out to me, this time there was a piece of metal shaving in my food, I will never eat here again!

Lins house is a family favorite! Made fresh after you order....good portions and prices.

Really really good Chinese in an area I wasn t expecting to get any

I used to go to lins house but they have poor quality food. They used to have a good chef but their current chef does not put enough effort into the food. Their general tsos is just small square pieces of chicken with some weird jelly like substance slapped on top of it. There are better restaurants in the area to choose from.

Food very good except for the Fried Dumplings. Greasiest I ever ate in my life!!!

We had the orange chicken, black pepper chicken, and crab rangoons this evening and everything was delicious! The chicken was tender and the sauce was delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly and the crab rangoons were delish. Delivery was about 20-25 minutes, which wasn't bad either. Great customer service, as well! Very pleased for fast-food Chinese!

For years I gave this place 4 stars but they changed something about their food. Every time I eat there I now I pass out and feel like I dont have energy to do anything.

Reliably decent Chinese food. I like their hot and sour soup and their health food. Also only Chinese restaurant around here where brown rice is an option.

The food is great and the delivery drivers are also so nice! Rating it 4 stars because one of the females who answers the phone has always been rude while ordering over the phone. Kindness goes a long way!! :-))

Came home and found hair in my food and when I called them the said it didn't come from them I am a African American and no one in my family has straight hair matter of fact we all have dreads smh nasty !! And a horrific experience!!!

Lin's House won't blow you away, but you won't be it's still pretty good for the price. Very quick delivery, most of the time. I love the chicken lo mein and sweet and sour chicken. *Buyer beware* The website says pay securely online, but the payment system is NOT in fact secure. Please fix this.

Ordered on their website. Recieved delivery of wrong food. They refused to make it right because that is the order their website told them. I will never order here again!

This is the second time I've gotten food poisoning from Lins House. I called to let them know this and that I wasn't trying to get my money back or a free meal. The employee who answered the phone was very nice and expressed concern, but when it came time to talk to the owner she basically told me that no one has ever gotten food poisoning form her place in all the years that it has been open and that it was impossible that I got it from her place and then she proceeded to hang up on me. Very disappointed with how I was treated and I will no longer be returning.

I have ordered from Lin's House many times and have always had great experiences. They deliver to me unusually quickly (comparable to Jimmy Johns) and its always super hot. Always tastes great. Lins House is my favorite place to get delivery from in Radford.

If I could give zero stars I would... Delivery order messed up? They will replace it if u bring it to them... The oil they use to cook chicken is months old. Very disrespectful,rude and hardly speak English. It's not if they azre going to screw you over but when. Should be shut down

My two past experiences with Lin House has been horrible! They have went down hill. I was charged a delivery fee when they advertise free and forgot one of my meals in my order and was told you can pick it up horrible customer service and food quality has went down !!

This is one of my favorite Chinese take out places. 9 times out of 10 this place is amazing. A couple times the rice has been undercooked and hard and once the sweet and sour chicken wasn't that fresh but usally the food is great. And 9 times out of 10 the delivery is fast and the people are very friendly. Once the driver could not find our apartment and I had to walk down the street to meet her and carry the two bags of food and my daughter who at the time was only 7 months old back up the street and up two flights of stairs. She was kinda rude about a tip because I had used my credit card to pay and left a tip that way and she said she wanted cash which I didn't have and she could have at least followed me to my apartment with the bags of food because I had my baby in my arms and it was pouring rain. Other than that this place is amazing. The chicken and broccoli and the vegetable lo mein is the bomb and they have some of the best egg rolls and wonton soup.

I used to frequently order from here back in 2012 during graduate school and recently in 2018 after a move back. The food was terrible before they closed in the fall of last year. After reopening, they are polite, courteous, quick and food always hot and crispy. The drivers are always friendly and nice. Very solid turn around for this restaurant.

If there was a Chef Boyardee for canned soggy Chinese food, this place would be the producer.

The food is good. It is better than the one food from home.

It's middle of the road. Not great, not bad. It just seems to be hit or miss on the quality sometimes. Almost like it depends on who the cook is that day. It's quick and moderately priced.

I've had Lin House several times and i don't think they even compare to the the Chinese place in kroger parking lot. Their fried foods tasted like they were fried in months old oil. The egg drop soup tasted burnt/scorched. The only good part was the white rice which i'd truly hope couldn't be messed up. i wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless their quality had a drastic turn around.

Honestly I have no idea how this place does not have a full 5-star review. This is literally the best Chinese food place, hands down, in the area. Seriously you need to try this place and get the fried dumplings. I just wish they delivered to Christiansburg.

I love their Sesame Chicken and General Tao's chicken. Very well priced and they have a lunch menu that will keep you going through the day very cheap. I definitely recommend.

Ripped Off! Live and Learn. My first time at Lin House, and the food was awful!! Is this what happens when food is made too quickly?? I am not a student, but an older person who has eaten both Mandarin/Cantonese food worldwide. I ordered Shrimp egg foo young. When I got it home, one of the patties was thin, and fell apart. Everything was extremely too greasy. I asked for extra gravy--for which I was charged; but the gravy tasted terrible too. I also ordered large egg drop soup--one can't go wrong with that, with extra fried noodles--for which I was charged. I'll save the soup, but the egg foo young, and gravy, will be thrown out. I won't come back here. How disappointing! There are some great Chinese restaurants in the New River Valley; I wouldn't list Lin House as one.

I love lins house. You can order food get it in a timely manner and hot. Is it the best Chinese food I have ever tasted no but it is at a close second place. I plan on eating there plenty when me and the wife happen to order out. I hope that they don't change a thing. I have had bad experiences where a great Chinese place changed things up and completely ruined themselves. I love the food and the service four stars well earned.

It was really good! Not too expensive either to feed 5 people. Due to the reviews saying delivery times were horrible, we went and picked it up. It was done on time and the people who work there were really nice.

Love this place you can watch them make your food. The general tso chicken is awesome and so is beef and mixed vegetables. But I don't like the lo mein they changed it from a thick non runny sauce to liquid sauce.

People were friendly and efficient, but the beef chow mein was grizzly and tough. Not much flavor and not much variety - mostly onions. Won ton soup was good though.

this chinese restaurant owner is hiring seven illegal workers, he also did not paid any tax for their worker. he is fraud tax, he did not report enough tax for us irs. there food is very bad, if you order chinese restaurant for delivery, it is take about 2 hours for delivery, the food is geting bad and cold. Don't order from them. you can order chinese food from panda, and caton chinese restaurant.
