Had lunch at Louie's today, the Fish tacos were good.

Service was terrible. They acted like they were overwhelmed by our group

Sweet dive bar with awesome atmosphere, live music, and heavy poors of whiskey!

We thought it would be a good place to try because someone said they had keto nachos..so we ordered them. One order to share and one coke that cost $2 and one $3 mixed drink and our bill came to over $27 . The menu said nachos were $11...we didn't read the fine print we asked the waitress about the keto nachos..the waitress asked if we wanted beef or chicken and we chose beef and stated that we wanted sour cream and salsa and guacamole as well. So they charged $1.50 for guacamole, $1 for sour cream, $3 for the meat. And then an additional $3 upcharge for using pork rinds instead of tortilla chips. Which she didn't bother mentioning to us and which makes no sense because pork rinds are cheaper then tortilla chips.So for the original $11 we would have been served a plate of chips with green peppers, onions, black olives, cheddar cheese and a dish of salsa.I have never been charged for any of these items since they are what nachos consist of. We were very disapointed in the food and we won't be back.

Great dive bar without actually being that dive-ey. Food is usually solid and their beer/spirit selection is fairly solid considering the type of bar this is.

Went there with my boyfriend a few weeks ago for dinner. We arrived at around 6pm. We didn't realize that it is a bar even after looking at the reviews online. It was extremely loud in there for being that early. I ordered the pizza which I really enjoyed and my boyfriend ordered the Reuben and he liked it as well. We had onion rings as an appetizer- they were yummy. I liked how my pizza was cut into little squares to make it easier to eat. We'd go here again.

Had a fantastic time! Whitney was the best waitress! So happy and accommodating!! Food was amazing, atmosphere superb!

Low key bar with cheap drinks and great local live music.

The band was great. They didn't have enough waitresses and the service was very slow.

Good burgers and not to bad of price! Don't forget the sweet potatoe fries. So so good ( edit 2020) had a open face Salmon BLT ... amazing

It was our first time going there,my daughter and I shared the Nuge, a large meat lovers pizza and it was amazing. Their house chips with French onion dip was great too. My wife and son loved their meals as well. Top this all off with a great atmosphere and a great waitress named Christina. We had a great experience and it was some great food. Looking forward to our next visit and we plan to go back again.

It's a ton of fun,plus I heard there's a sub-basement that grants wishes.

Awesome place to be. Great drink prices, good is excellent... Gets super busy sometimes and will have terrible bands or shows every once in a while.

Louie s has fantastic prices and good service. The bar is fairly divey but in a great way. It is a fun place to catch a show, get some drinks, or enjoy some bar food. Louie s is best described as a dad bar.

I came here during a gumbo cook off which was pretty awesome, the drinks were expensive idk if it was because of the event or not. I would probably go back on a regular night.

Visited Louie's from out of town and was very impressed. It was busy with a good crowd of people, karaoke was going on in the main room with a band in the back room. We ordered the wings, onion rings and pretzel appetizers and everything was delicious. Friendly service as well. We had a lot of fun, this is a great place!

Been there twice. Both times rude staff. I'll not return.

Good, old fashioned roadhouse style bar that caters to a diverse crowd. They have a great little backroom stage with an ecclectic booking of different acts. Food wise they serve standard bar fare that avoids being bland like some places. They also have frequent interesting and fun events. Overall recommend for a good drinky night out.

This place is eclectic, so many different types of people go there. I've always felt very welcome. The have amazing artichoke/spinach dip. Hands down the best I've found yet and I've had several throughout Michigan. The nuge pizza is also one of my favorites. It's simply just a friendly atmosphere to hang out and eat great food.

Love this bar.. Podunk, but updated & oldest bar in Kzoo. Karaoke with DJ LT on Saturdays is great!

Waitress was nice, food took wayyyy longer than any restaurant ever. Drinks were to sour also

Cool old-school neighborhood bar. It's where locals go for good food and drinks for almost 90 years.

I've seen some cool bands here. It has a friendly atmosphere, and a lot of great beer on tap.

The food is absolutely amazing. The environment is very fun with the diverse crowd that is drawn in here. The only thing to be cautious about is if you are a shy bathroom user the bathrooms are close quarters.

The staff will quickly make you feel like regular at this neighborhood bar with an excellent music scene and even better food. I cannot say enough about how great this establishment is.

Louie's has been one of Kalamazoo's gems for for decades. Excellent food with different specials throughout the week.
