I just wanted to let someone know about the excellent experience i had with purchasing my 2013 Honda Civic from Lindsay Acura. My Sales Specialist Marc Bauer and Finance Specialist Mitch Faulkner provided me with excellenct customer service. Marc took the time to really connect with me on a personal level, and made me feel like i was more than just another notch on his sales belt. Throughtout the sales process I felt like he went the extra mile to make sure i was comfortable while waiting for bank approval, he offered me drinks, popcorn, checked on me frequently, and spoke to me in terms i could understand and most of all i felt he was honest and upfront, the whole time. I was so afraid because i was a woman coming to the dealership "alone" that the sales rep would try to take advantage of my naievte. Marc took me on a test drive, and saw that i fell in love with my Honda Civic as soon as i found out the car had a back up camera (LOL). Upon returning to the dealership, the finance team was encountering resistance from the bank to finance me with $0 down payment with my 06 pontiac torrent trade in, that i still currently owed a balance on and a not so perfect credit history. After hearing that i wasn't able to get financed unless i at least came up with $500 down that day, i sat there at Marc's desk feeling sad, and let down, and i waited for him to bring me my keys for my 06 pontiac so i could leave...instead Marc came back with keys to the Honda, and a bell in his hand. I asked him where were the keys to my old car, i was ready to go, i was embarassed enough, he looked at me and said "do you want to go home with you new car today?" i said of course, but i don't have the money you guys want for me to put down we already went thru this...He looked at me and said "here are the keys to your new car, now ring the bell, you just brought yourself a new car"...i don't know how he did it, but Marc was able to work a miracle and i was able to get my car that day. I had tears in my eyes, as this was customer service at it's finest and i have NEVER had such an excellent, personable experience at a car dealership EVER in my life. Lindsay Acura please keep doing what you are doing and Please what ever you do, make sure you keep guys like Marc Bauer and Mitch Faulkner around, because Customers like me really appreciate these guys and they do make a difference in our lives. THANK YOU.
Sales rep was great but overall experience was terrible, the car I purchased still needs repaired and I had to come out of pocket for the repairs. I only had the car 2 weeks. Will not be purchasing anymore cars from Lindsay Acura.

Had taken my 2003 Acura for diagnostic and found that motor mounts needed to be replaced. Dealer cost quoted at $1,900. Ordered all 3 motor mounts and two transmission mounts from Rock Auto for $84 delivered and paid $200 labor to shop to install them.

Be careful. Something wrong with Lindsay Acura. Red Flag. I turned in my leased 2017 MDX to Lindsay Acura after the lease matured. That was a month ago, and still getting phone calls that I am behind in payment almost everyday. Salesman Jason Cox signed that he received the car but he is lazy enough to give the signed paper to the finance department. A month to do that !!! Called Acura Finance Department, talked to Zachary and still getting the same phone calls almost daily. I tried to call the manager and left a voice mail with no response. Don't know what to do??

I was not impressed with the sales staff. They mislead us for over 5 hours promising they were lowering the price of the car and giving us a better payoff for the trade in. Only to find out they were not.

We stopped by Lindsay on a cold, rainy October day while we were testing out several different brands of Luxury SUV's. We happened to get Gary as our sales person, and the experience could not have been better. He was quick to go back and forth with keys for the different vehicles we were interested in. Once we decided to go for a ride in one, he spent at least the first 5 minutes in the vehicle going through how to operate the navigation, climate system, stereo, etc before we ever left the lot. While on the drive, Gary explained several of the benefits of owning an Acura, along with the benefits of buying from Lindsay. I own my own business and have told my salespeople for years, if 5 people are trying to sell to a potential customer the same product, the customer will always go with the one who educates them the most on the purchase. This held true for us and I didn't even realize it. We had looked at a BMW X5, a Mercedes ML 350, and an Audi Q5, but with none of the vehicles had I felt as comfortable with why I should buy that vehicle as I did with the Acura MDX. This was largely in part to the way that Gary took the time to educate us on the vehicle. Once we made our decision, everything went far above what we could have ever expected. From dealing with the business managers Rick and Jon, talking with the Service Manager Bill Lytle, chatting with Bill Letner in Parts, and getting hooked up with our Service Advisor Orry Webb, everyone we dealt with helped make us feel like we were making the right decision. While I feel very confident with our purchase, I am even more confident with where we purchased it. I highly recommend purchasing from a Lindsay dealership, and I know we will be back again.

We drove from 3 hours away to trade in our car for a new MDX. We discussed everything over the phone the night before. Showed up and the car was clean and out front, paperwork all ready and was able to go for a test drive after a couple minutes of signing some papers. The process only took a few hours, they allowed us to ask as many questions as possible and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience (like other dealerships). All and all I felt like a valued customer and didn't have to spend my entire day at the dealership. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Lindsay Acura.

Had a very nice buying experience with salesperson Tabitha Browning when I decide to purchase a 2004 Acura 3.5RL from Lindsay Acura. The Acura was in exceptional condition for it's age. The purchase process was as smooth as expected. I did extensive research on RLs of that era, and found they (and all year RLs) are highly underrated and overlooked by the buying public. I have had six Hondas in the past, and all very good and reliable cars. And have owned a total of 50 vehicles since I was 16! I drove from southwest Ohio to see this car, and was worth the trip. The only flaw was there was no owner's manual with the car. Tabitha took care of the problem, ordered a new owner's manual for me, and received it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Lindsay Acura (and Tabitha) to anyone who lives near the Columbus, OH area.

Charlie Davis helped me with buying MDX, It was pleasant change from usual pushy car sellers. From the begining he was very helpful and explained about the difference between trim levels. When I did not liked th trim levels they had Charlie and the staff gave choices of getting car from another dealer as well. I ended up getting the vehicle which they had which was a better trim model, credit going to Charlie.
Terrible customer service. Would not respond to emails, inquires, or even calls. I have decided to find an affordable Acura product elsewhere.

Not all but most I had a recall on my car the previous service manager told me he ll fix it now I have to find some documentation basically stating but he said it s crazy...All dealerships should hold there promise no matter who made them!!

December 6, 2019 my husband purchased a 2019 Lindsey Acura ILS for me for Christmas. Lindsey was recommended to my husband by several of his colleagues who has purchased vehicles to leasing them.
