Purchased a used vehicle so cannot review new car purchase. Our salesman Gary Hilton was personable and very friendly. I feel however, they dropped the ball on our vehicle. We made an appointment to see a 2007 mdx that was advertised online. Prior to driving an hour there, we inquired about forms of payment, as we were paying cash. We were told a personal check was fine. After 2 hrs and a hard pull on my credit, I was able to write a check. A branch of our bank was less than a mile away. It would have been no problem to get cashiers check. Disappointed. A week before the car was serviced, including the cooling system per their paperwork. The day we made the appointment, they recharge the air conditioning unit. Our test drive, the air was fine. Two days later, our air does not work, it's the hottest week of the year. I believe they clearly knew there was a problem with the air. But we did buy as is so that's that. Still paid $11k so not like it was a beater car. We inquired about this and was told nothing they could do. Not confident in the service dept or the detail people. We found a petrified egg under one of the seats. They had the vehicle for at least 5 days before we came to look. The undercarriage was full of leaves, water bottles under the seat etc. So now looking for somewhere to service my vehicle. Probably not a good chance that I will purchase or service a vehicle here again.
Charlie Davis form Lindsey Acura was great to work with. I rate him 5 stars. He was extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend asking for Charlie if you're interested in Acura.

Dropped my vehicle for service few days before Labor Day and got it on time for the long weekday. The day I was planning to take the family on our long trip, it started making noises, a day after receiving the car from the service dept. I called up the service department and even left voicemails to check if there is a safety concern and none of them called back to date. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and by far the worst experience.
I love this dealership for service! They are open late, will provide you a loaner, friendly staff, and very reasonable price for a luxury car dealership!

I would never buy a vehicle from Lindsay again - their sales team / manager is a revolving door. I would say they love to hide the truth and are far from transparent. Come on, it's 2016 - anyone can find the invoice price of a car - why would you lie about such facts? Dishonesty.
I do occasionally still use their service team. Their seasoned guys who have been around are really good. Conversely, the new guys continually have problems and typically don't last.
I was in the market for a New Acura RDX A-Spec so I reached out to the dealership. Tabitha Browning emailed me shortly after. She was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. She was happy to offer all the numbers I requested without hesitation. After I was happy with the numbers I made an appointment on Memorial Day with her. She had the exact vehicle detailed and waiting for me to inspect and drive! I was in and out even though they were very busy. "Never before" the kind of experience I had with this dealership. Great customer service. Thad Beaver was very thorough with explaining all the features of the MDX we checked out. He answered each and every question we had and made us comfortable through the whole process. The manager wasn't any less. Don't remember his name. Unfortunately MDX wasn t the right vehicle we wanted but would happily come back to this dealership if we ever needed an Acura.
good service, nice people. (especially Charlie:)). Large amounts of inventory compared with other local Acura dealers. No bargain space, the price is a little bit high, but still lower than most of other dealers. People do care about customers, rather than consider selling cars as their final goal. They close the door at 9pm, which provide us much convenience.

This is my second car I've purchased at Lindsay Acura and the people are just amazing every time. Many thanks to Mr. Gary Hilton and Mark!! The people there remember you, which speaks volumes when you see so many Lindsay plate covers around town. I went in to have my car serviced and walked out with a new car. They seriously made me a deal that I couldn't resist, so I turned over the keys to my 2015 for a 2017. The first time around I turned in my BMW for an Acura and continue to "think" I will get another similar brand car, BUT the service and people that I get at Lindsay make it so hard to get rid of my Acura. The cost to maintain the Acura is a fraction of what I was paying and not to mention all of the features that are standard in the cars. Oh and the cost of gas...To say the least I have been very impressed with my car. Again many thanks to Gary!! Gary is very knowledgeable, professional and all around great person. For the first time ever I felt like buying a car was a partnership, thanks to Gary and the guys/gals at Lindsay. 18 days it took for them to service my vehicle. Not due to anything other then the fact that they did not care to make it any sort of priority. They lied to me multiple times. I left a message for the service manager and he never returned my call. I left a message for the customer relations manager and she never returned my call. Do your self a favor and stay far away from this dealership. My sales man Jeissy was great both times I bought a vehicle from him but the service department has guaranteed themselves that I will never give them my business again. They do not care at all about customer service or experience.
