I had a great experience leasing my TLX at Lindsay Acura. I worked with Shannon Dailey through the whole process and he was fantastic from beginning to end. I wasn't sure if an Acura was my next choice but Shannon made it easy to make the decision. There wasn't any back and forth on pricing just a great deal right out of the gate and one I could feel confident in taking. Even though it took awhile to get everything finalized and all the paperwork based on how busy they were, everyone was attentive and kept checking if they could get me anything. This was an AWESOME experience for me. I worked with Frank Garcia and he was THEE best salesperson I've ever had. I've always had used cars and horrible interest rates on cars, but 10/18/14 was my day...He got me in a brand new car 2015 ILX and I got to lease it....The best part about my leasing experience is that I was able to pick the color of the car I wanted....LMBO...but overall Acura truly takes care of you Ed/Frank treated me right and I will always be a Lindsay/Acura/Honda customer. After living in Columbus and Dublin for forty plus years, we moved back to SW Ohio a little over a year ago to be near our son and his wife and our little granddaughter . My sales associate was awesome Mr. Dunbar did a amazing job finding me a nice car. But when they say they did a 120 inspection on the car it was not true. I got my car Oct 19, I returned it the next 2 days telling them something was wrong with the tires no one seemed to notice but me. By the 21 the wheels were shaking worst now I returned the car. Service department states my 3 tires were cupping inwards and rim was damaged to the point it was effecting the car. I have to be out of a car for 3 days. I asked for a loaner car I'm still getting the run around with no straight answer. This car was a 2015 only 40,000 miles how could the tires be this bad and they have it to me. Dangerous to driving and I have a child. How could this have happened to a newer car. Acura is were I bought this car. So they should take responsibility for the problem.

Purchased a used vehicle from Lindsay Acura (2003 Ford Windstar). Complete understood that I was purchasing a used vehicle from them and did not have real high expectations but over $2,000 worth of repairs in the first 12 months and complete lack of professionalism from the sales and service group was just icing on the cake. 2 years after purchase, it died on the side of the highway (shredded transmission) and is now on the road to the junk yard. Would never purchase a vehicle from either of the Lindsay groups again.

I have purchased 4 Acura's in the past 12 years... I go to Mark Gibson at Lindsay Acura FIRST EVERY TIME - from trading in my young favorite TSX for a MDX that would accomodate my needs through a life-changing injury... then back into a new model TSX to celebrate recovery and moving on with life... and again recently into a new model TLX to confirm continued success in this single-mother's life. My husband and I were in search for an used car. We were searching online when we came across a vehicle located at Lindsay Acura in Columbus, Ohio. I called the location and spoke with Mark Gibson. He informed me the vehicle I was inquiring about was getting ready to be purchased, but they had another vehicle in stock(same make & model, but with more features) that would meet my requirements. Traveling from Cincinnati to Columbus is not a long drive to commit to, but to drive up to Columbus to take look at a car that you may or may not potentially purchase is, BUT Mark was GENUINE and I was able to pick up on that over the phone.That's rare in a sale car representative. He inform me of the specs and flaws, and assured I would really like the car(base on requirements). My husband was very skeptical at first, but after speaking to Mark we decided to drive up. Once we arrive, Mark provided an inspection report of what Lindsay Acura had check /fixed and a Carfax report. The car was CLEAN inside/out. Took the car for a test drive. Mark new a lot about the car. He's not the sales car rep that just sales cars, he knows the cars on his lot inside/out. Treated us great. At the end, we bought the car. When we get ready to buy another car, we'll call Mark and make another trip up. Thank you for making our buying a car experience smooth. Nothing like I've ever experience. I can see why customers from out of town trust his opinion and buy cars from him without ever seeing it in person.

I felt I got ripped off. They sold me a new car with 580 miles on it without exposing that basic information up front until last minute of the process which made me overlook at it. I over trusted them even w/o having a test drive which turned out I was put down. Overall it was my overlooking problem but as a good reputed business they should not have done business this way.

Great service, good people! I have purchased one vehicle through them and plan to buy another soon. The service is amazing and that alone beats all other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.
First, let me say in 2010 my purchase of a brand new TSX experience was great. Since then, I made a terrible mistake going back. I get every dealership does what they need to close a deal however to say the TSX I bought brand new from them and kept 8 years, was only worth 4500, then list the car for 12,500 and then get 11k for it blows my mind. They promised me up and down there was SO much wrong yet they sold the car with the aftermarket changed while at most putting 1k into the car.
Now fast forward to my 2019 Acura TLX purchase in Spring of 2018.
I had gone into Lindsay in early spring 2019. At that time I lived in Mansfield driving over a hour to get concerns addressed with the saftey of my car and cosmetic questions when being told on the phone someone will call back. Oh, you guessed it, they never did. I called Acura just to be told to go back to the dealer to have the saftey concerns checked out. I was told for 119.00 they could turn off the saftey features. Thanks to the forums and other owners on YouTube, I was not the only one experiencing incorrect oncoming traffic from highways and freezing emblem that causes multiple errors on your dash during extreme weather changes.
The manager brushed me off because they were busy that day like any other Saturday. Mind you I went in by 3pm to buy my 2019 TLX to be kept there until 12:45am in 2018. Yes, over 8 hours to close but you bet they didn't want me to walk or leave until that deal closed. They don't have time after the deal closes. Oh, that's how you run your company. Noted.
Their sales manager gave me his card and said he would follow up, never did after shewing me away from a hour and 26 minute drive.
After not being pleased with the 2019 TLX ASPEC I weighed out options after having my butt handed to me by their solution of lease another one, told they can't make a buy out deal if I kept the car that I'm not thrilled with. I don't plan on driving in the winter, shut off all of their safety features and only drive it now maybe 100 miles a month. I don't want a new lease with AWD if it is just being parked.
At the end of the day, they could have had a buy out option and close a deal 18 months early but they wanted another lease. LOL.
This was the last car I will ever buy from Lindsay. I would never recommended a purchase from a dishonest company like them. If you enjoy being pushed and cornered then left in silence after you go through with it, then Lindsay is your dealer.
Their service department though is fabulous and the only positive part of them. They have an honest hard working staff in service but not in sales.

Tried the dealers here and no one seemed that interested in selling me one. My son and daughter-in-law live in the Columbus area and had purchased a CRV from Lindsay, and were very happy with their experience. My son called and made us an appointment with Dan Bornstein. Dan was very friendly and accommodating from the minute we walked in the door. We had a deal within a short time and I had my new car within the week and am very happy with it. Wonderful experience with Lindsay Acura and Tabitha Browning! We have purchased our last 4 cars at Lindsay Acura. They have always treated us well and after this experience we will definitely be asking for Tabitha Browning again. She worked hard for us, first over email, (to save time and nail down as many specifics as possible), and then again in person. No pressure at all but she kept going back and forth with her manager to get us the best deal possible deal on our trade in and the payment we wanted on our next lease. I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey Acura or their salespeople. If you're looking for a car I would highly recommend stopping there and asking for Tabitha Browning.
