Had a great experience at Lyndsay Acura. Wife and I saw Charlie Davis' name online and went in to see him while there met Eric Mckee too, both Charlie and Eric are really great guys. Eric worked really hard for us and found us a car that we are happy with and also fit within our budget. I would recommend Lyndsay Acura to anybody looking to buy a vehicle and will return for my next vehicle purchase. 5 stars for Eric Mckee. Go see Eric or Charlie for your vehicle buying needs

As soon as we walked onto the lot we were greeted by Dan, the sales manager. He retrieved Gary Hilton for us and we were off and running. Gary was fun and introduced us to our next vehicle; a 2008 RX 400h. We loved the hybrid concept and the vehicle is pristine. We would recommend Lindsay to anyone looking for a fair deal.

I worked with Shannon at Lindsay Acura and had a wonderful experience. Their new car special and financing rate allowed them to offer a much more competitive package than other dealers here in central Ohio. Shannon was straight forward and not at all pushy, making him a pleasure to work with....great customer service all around

Not good business.. vehicle I just bought, used, has issues that are major that the dealership knew about and didn t disclose to me. Labeled a one owner, should have known something was up when I found that was a lie. There s too much to list, but please please please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL USED AND STUPID, WITH NO ASSISTANCE OR CARE AFTWR YIU GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I EVEN TRIED REACHING OUT TO THE MANAGERS, GM OR OWNER TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT THEY HVE DONE, BUT NO ONE HAS RETURNED ANY CALS. SADLY, LITIGATION IS THE LAST STRAW. LINDSAY HONDA IS A JOKE.

I have been a long time customer of Lindsay Acura. Their customer service and understanding keeps me coming back. I have nothing, but positive experience with them, and I'm over joyed with the vehicles I've purchased. Recently, I came in touch with sales representative Tabitha Browning. Tabitha is is amazing. She works for her customers and keeps in mind their personal preferences. In 2012, I purchased my second Acura TL after my first one was totaled. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted in a timely and efficient manner. I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Lindsay Acura is my first and only choice, always.

My experience with Lindsay Acura was great and Gary Hilton was exceptional. The process of deciding on a car took me more than 3 weeks and Gary was very knowledgable and patient. I have been doing business with this company for a long time and now that there is a problem know one will return my calls or fixs the problem I will be letting everyone I know about this it's not right but I have my lawyer on speed dial and as soon as my lease is up I am moving on apparently loyalty means nothing to you people my 2018 that I have not had,4 months has been in the service department twice now and after three times it's considered to be a lemon

I would have to say that I personal have not purchase a car from Lindsay Acura but I have 4 people that I have helped with getting their new and used cars from There and all experiences have been good ones. Charlie Davis has helped us with 3 of the 4 cars and Phil with 1. Both were very knowledgeable and personable and worked with us to get the deal done. I'm not sure where to begin to express my gratitude and appreciation to my sales rep Gary Hilton. I bought my first Acura in 2001 and it was a seamless experience. However, my most recent car buying experience with Gary Hilton exceeded all of my expectations. Gary Hilton was so easy to work with, professional, polished, knowledgeable, honest and caring. He spent most of his entire Saturday assisting me and was so patient. There was no" high pressure sales". He spent all day with me listening to my needs and helping me purchase my new 2017 Acura RDX. The Manager, Mark, was also very professional, communicated well and worked with me. From start to finish, this was such a positive experience for me. I was so excited and proud of my new 2017 Acura RDX purchase!!! Unfortunately, at no fault of mine, my car was hit after
only owning it for 6 days. Gary was available each time I reached out to him and was able to provide information, web sites and helped walked me through the "what to do after your car has been hit" steps. He even offered transportation to me because my car was not able to be driven. Matthew Pinion in the service department as well as Bob Hurt were also wonderful to work with. The prompt professional service I received from Lindsay Acura exceeded my expectations. I look forward to many years of working together and appreciate the hard work and dedication of such wonderful representatives. **8-7-16 UPDATE- I ended up back at Lindsay Acura and traded my new repaired RDX for another. Again, the service was top of the line and once again, exceeded my expectations! Gary Hilton and Mark (Sales Manager) both assisted me again and worked with me for hours to make sure the trade and purchase of my new 2017 RDX was handled accurately and professionally. I was very pleased with my experience overall. I found the Honda Civic I wanted online on their site and it was just as it was described. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived and the purchase went smoothly thanks to Frank. After a short test drive I knew this was the vehicle for me and my family. My overall experience with Lindsay Acura was good, not great, but not bad. My sales rep Charlie Davis was great, but dealing with the back office and getting my correct paperwork so that I could get my tags for my new car was less than desirable. The Service Department lounge is very comfortable and they had me in and out within the time frame they promised. Because Charlie worked so hard to make me happy and get the paperwork I needed on the day I needed it I would definitely recommend Lindsay Acura to friends and family.

I recently picked up my 2015 Acura MDX. I went with the Advance Technology package and was more than glad that Dan was willing to walk me through all features one by one over a three hour delivery session. Thanks to Dan's attention to detail I left Lindsay Acura with a full understanding of the vehicle including a custom audio set up that allows me to access seven of my favorite music sources like Pandora, iPod, XM, etc.

We even took a special test drive to actually use the advance braking and lane control systems. It is one thing to talk about it but quite another to become familiar with the technology on the road.

I would highly recommend Dan to anyone purchasing a new Acura!

Doing any business our contracts are buying any vehicles from Lindsay Honda is a joke the deal that your deck not get explain to you but yet you have all these great wonderful people calling you and trying to help you thanks you tried to help you explain the breakdown but that wasn't enough to explain how being that I have to pay an additional amount of money over a three-year period 36 months lease period of time bad money I did not ask for yes I agreed to it but didn't know that I had to pay that portion of it back so I was lied to very horrible experience this is my first lease and my last legs I would never leave again from this particular place Lindsay Honda dealership never again

We had a great experience working with Eric McKee at Lindsay. We did our internet homework and had already spent a couple of days at other dealers. Lindsay was our first stop on another day we planned to spend visiting a few more dealers. Eric made us feel completely comfortable and answered every question we had. After we'd looked over the car, he sat us down for the talk. "What can I do to save you the trip to the other dealers." It was a good talk. We bought the car a month ago. We're still very pleased.

Just bought a 2015 Acura TLX - Charlie Davis provided stellar professional guidance throughout the process. Lindsay Acura has a perfected a business model that values the most integral part of success, the customer!

I was with my mother when she purchased a vehicle there a few months ago. There were a few small issues with the vehicle such as a squealing belt, suspension noise and the brakes had a pulsation. Had to fight with the useless service moron but got the brakes resolved (turned rotors and replaced pads) however the belt issues was never corrected. (I replaced belt myself and is now fine) Also, the suspension noise they insisted the suspension was fine. (worn strut bushing we ended up fixing ourselves)
This experience wasn't good from the beginning as our sales person (Mr. West) was taking other customer calls while he was "helping" us and didn't provide any assistance when we had to deal with their ridiculous service department.....Avoid this dealership....

Also, my father owns a TL, had to take it to a Honda dealer to have a certain code read on the transmission. Took it in because it was the closest place that could analyze it. They told him it was burnt clutches in the transmission?!?!? This transmission is only 2 years old!!! So they shot him a $4300.00 estimate and sent him down the road. Now the temperature gauge bounces from to hot and back down. Now the radiator cap has been broken. Sure, I can't say they messed with it......but it didn't do it when it went in there..........draw your own conclusions.

I met with Gary and and had a chance to drive one of thier beautiful 2015 Acura TLXs! It was amazing! Gary was so knowledgeable and everyone was so friendly! I highly recommend if you are shopping to at least stop in and take a look at thier immaculate and well priced vehicles for sale. Ask for Gary or Ron! Both are down to earth and wonderful! This is a no haggle dealership! So refreshing!

I have been driving my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L now for about 7 months and I couldn't be happier. Most people would not drive 10+ hrs to buy a used automobile but I took a chance and was rewarded. The pictures on the website were a perfect representation of the car and how well it was kept. When I arrived at the dealership, Zackary Fowler was expecting me and got right on the buying process. While feeding me lunch(a nice surprise), the people at Lindsay Acura worked out all the details. I left to drive the 10+ hrs home after about three hours. Would I ever do this again? I hope not. But rest assured if I am in the market for a new or used vehicle I would not hesitate to contact Zackary and the people at Lindsay Acura to help me find my next car. I just purchased a pre-owned crv from Greg Erby, after having a not so great experience with my local dealer I was ready to give up on my search for the specific model I wanted. Greg was great he knew what deal I expected and was straight forward about what he could do. The negotiations were a calm conversation not like other dealers that make it seem like a fight. When we agreed it was very exciting they have you ring a bell to signify your deal and he genuinely seemed happy for us. I didn't enjoy the finance office as there were so many extra things the finance guy was trying to get us to buy even when I told him I was already at my max payment and I didn't want any extras he still tried to get us to buy the extras. Greg Erby was fantastic even though Lindsay Acura is an hour away I will definitely make the trip for future vehicle purchases.

My experience at Lindsay Acura with Tabitha Browning was excellent. She was a pleasure to work with, very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was very responsive to emails both before and after the vehicle purchase. These people are a joke! Management and HR are racist and hire people just to let them go after a couple weeks if you don't meet their standards! These people need to be sued. We are contacting an attorney for unlawful termination.

All though I never ever looked at a Acura God lead me to Charlie Davis. Charlie was very patient with me and he listen while I went on and on about how much I loved Honda. He told me if you love Honda you're really going to Love Acura. Excellent customer service and a pleasant car buying experience! Philip Dunbar is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I purchased 2 cars from him. He is honest, friendly and makes you feel comfortable about your purchase.

Bought a certified preowned ILX from Phillip about 2 weeks ago - that was the most relaxed car-buying experience I ve had in a long time. He s a great salesman - low pressure, has lots of knowledge about the products he sells, and he s just a fun and friendly guy! I ve already given out a few of his business cards to colleagues who were in the market for an Acura - I d happily go back to Lindsay and work with Phil again!

Charlie Davis was a great sales person. However, my entire experience was tainted for the following reasons:
1. I was lied to by Tom (manager) who told me he guaranteed the same interest rate my bank could give me on an auto loan. When I got to the finance table to sign my paperwork, the finance person told me that was impossible and he didn't know any banks with those rates. My credit was pulled twice for this pupose based on a lie.
When I called to complain, I was told, "Well, if you don't want the car, we will sell it to someone else." A simple apology would have cleared up my distrust and anger. I never even received a simple apology from anyone except Charlie who had nothing to do with the situation.
2. After having to wait a week and a half to go through my bank for the financing and get my credit pulled for a third time, we finally purchased the car. As soon as we brought it home, the battery died.
3. I was promised that the exterior scratches would be fixed-I was required to buy the car with a very scratched wheel and poorly repaired paint work on the exterior of the car.
4. Tom told me that the car was taken in on trade. The CarFax report indicates it was purchased from a New Jersey dealer prior to the end of the lease- I doubt that was a trade. Again, I feel that I was lied to.
5. The entire process was so long and so time consuming that it pushed me out to the end of my current lease even though I started the process 2 months in advance of the end of my lease. I was not left with enough time to go elsewhere.
I feel completely taken advantage of and disrespected through the process.
My experience in 2006 with Lindsay Acura was impeccable and the reason I went back. It is truly disappointing that this was our recent experience.

Turned in my 2017 and leased a new 2020 MDX. Process was easy and everyone was nice and polite. All folks in the dealership had masks and observed social distancing.

Lindsey Acura was recommended to me by my brother in law and so my wife and I went to check it out with a few cars in mind that we knew they had. We ended up not getting any of those cars but instead one they just got in. Our salesman Eric McKee was very nice and not pushy, giving us time to speak among ourselves which made the experience much better. After we bought the car it was taking a long time for the title to come in so I wrote Eric an Email and less than an hour later I got a phone call from the dealership telling me they found it and I could pick it up. They took care of the problem and I really appreciate that! I'd definitely go here again and recommend it to people looking for a new or used car.

I scheduled time with Shannon for a test drive, already having some of the pre-work completed prior to arrival (i.e. trade-in information, model w/specific features available, etc.). Shannon is very knowledgeable about the various models and features. He took the time to assist with setting up features and answering any last minute questions. I would purchase another car from Shannon, the experience was that terrific!

I was refereed to Lindsay Acura, specifically Tabitha Browning, by a friend of mine. My wife recently passed away and I was trading in both my car and her car to get something that would be better for transporting my children in. The vehicles were two 2006 Jeep Commanders and they were in ok shape.

When I arrived I was greeted warmly and directed to Tabitha. I sat down with her and we discussed what I was looking for and I filled out some basic information on the vehicles I was trading in. I had two big requirements I was looking for in a vehicle. I needed 3rd row seating as well as it had to be 4WD/AWD as I need to be able to get to work in inclement weather. Tabitha was able to narrow down the search and showed me a nice selection of vehicles. I decided to test drive two of them and I was able to get a good feel for both. I will point out that the entire time I was working with Tabitha by kids were sitting in the tv lounge watching tv. They were also fed as the dealership had set up a grill and were making burgers and hotdogs.

Both my trade in vehicles were appraised quickly and I was given a fair amount for both vehicles. The finance team was able to work quickly and efficiently to find me a good rate and ended up getting me financed through the same credit union I had been using for my prior car loan making it even easier. While I was filling out the paperwork the new vehicle was being cleaned and detailed ( not that it was dirty to begin with) and readied for me. Once all was in order I was handed the keys and Tabitha had my kids ring the bell ( a tradition they have) and we were off.

I told Tabitha this and I will say it here, this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I have had buying a vehicle. Everyone was friendly and there was no pressure.
