The imbeciles who work here have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. They all seem to work against their will, because friendliness is hard to find. Very poor service, not responding to the e-mail, very difficult to reach, they always shift problems to another department / contact person. In August contract stopped now 3 months later we are still waiting for the deposit. We quickly received the delivery report, but LWC does not want to repay our money. They want to change the delivery report after approval without reasons. We no longer do business with this company!

Is that the worst real estate office ever ?? ABSOLUTELY !!!! Please never do business with this because you are guaranteed to be SCAMED !!!! Also they never call back, They never email or never back on all your bids. WHAT AN AMATEURIST OFFICE, they had to revoke these people's permits. This office gives other decent brokers a bad reputation.

If the tenant, if you have the option, never go into the sea with the LWC.
They choose the owner's side at any time. One moment they are not allowed to handle anything because they have to discuss it with the landlord, the other moment (when it comes to indexing or so) they speak in the name of the landlord.
You can be happy if administration is fine on 14 days, usually it takes longer.
Every employee points to the other (or to external parties) if something needs to be done. File knowledge is below all standards, and promises are made but never fulfilled.

Again: as a tenant: stay away if you can.

Also once rented from here. In the Kerkhofstraat. You can whistle for your guarantee. Even if the house is delivered in better condition than you get it. Don't start.

Called immediately for an appointment when an apartment was put up for sale on their website. After an unfriendly phone call, it turned out that I could only view the apartment for the first time about 3 weeks later. On the day and time of the appointment I go to the apartment. Our experience with this housing agents as an immigrant looking for a flat to rent, was not very good in the sense the guy on the desk of the renting section was not very professional. For example, we saw a flat with a renting price of 565euros (our loan was around 1300euros), and the guy in the renting section told us he forgot to hand over our file to the landlord and the excuse he gave was that he had too much work on his desk. We saw about 4 different flat with this price range less than 600euros and each time the answer we get why we were not taken was that the landlords have chosen someone else.

Papers were transferred too late - even though the bad syndic who was then managing the building, crucial information that had made the difference between buying or not being remembered, some of the office staff didn't seem to know what they were doing - especially in the administrative process, the real estate agency had a very rigid attitude, which made negotiating the compromise virtually impossible, more specifically it concerned the clause of the suspensive conditions.

Eventually it took place 20 days afterwards! Man who did the location description had a lot of talk, would deliver documents, but happened to no longer have my email address. Bizarre because this was on transfer papers water and electricity ... An amount was deducted because of a paint edge! There was really searched for 'something' to keep the guarantee. The owner played the role very well of course. And then upon receipt of the guarantee document, an amount was also just deducted by LWC under the heading 'commission'. You do not do business this way, I will not recommend them to anyone to rent, there would not be an internship as a student and certainly would not work as a business partner. Worst experience ever.
