1,5 years suffered from fungus and places that would be solved before we would live in it. Various letters and phone calls have not helped. If you get angry, they just do not pick up the phone unless you call a secret number. Childish.
Ultimately, after several problems, we left after 2 years; we have managed to keep part of our guarantee for 'damage' to a building that looked almost the same as when we got into it.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER rent through the living center.
