Bad method, you have to forward all your data before you went to see a house and are not sure if you want to rent it you just want to go see, if you want to go see another house then you must you forward data.
So if you have pets that have to be mentioned on that paper, they can refuse you without giving you a reason why they refuse you (probably because the pets are financially no problem) even if the law says that this is no longer allowed.
The day they call you for an appointment they suddenly say that it was already in option, again loss of time thanks to this real estate office its poor method and communication

We had an appointment for a viewing. Driven two hours before. Broker does not show up. Had to call where she stayed. Apparently the apartment was discussed and they forgot to cancel us. Very unprofessional and no demeanor.

Called for a house to rent, all forms that they had sent by email filled in and forwarded, they went to call us back as soon as possible.
Conclusion: 4 days waiting for an answer, of course, have to call back, '' turned out '' the house to be rented.
After 2 days searching for other homes we saw that this house was still for rent on an immo website so we called under a different name, now it appears that this house is still for rent.
So in this case I certainly do not accept immo port because of their incorrect behavior towards their customers, we do not consider it appropriate that we are biased and lied to, if we have to be treated in every real estate office, amai ....
