Our experience with this housing agents as an immigrant looking for a flat to rent, was not very good in the sense the guy on the desk of the renting section was not very professional. For example, we saw a flat with a renting price of 565euros (our loan was around 1300euros), and the guy in the renting section told us he forgot to hand over our file to the landlord and the excuse he gave was that he had too much work on his desk. We saw about 4 different flat with this price range less than 600euros and each time the answer we get why we were not taken was that the landlords have chosen someone else.
