If, unfortunately, you do not speak Dutch, do not expect a little bit of kindness and help from them.
I visited a house, the visit was more than quick .. and I could not see all the rooms.
At the time of bringing back my papers to hope to have this house, I came across a gentleman who does not like his work for sure, as cold as a prison door.
I wondered who the customer was ..
This gentleman even dissuaded me from renting this house .. just because I do not want to deal with them anymore! And that's not to mention their taxes that are just huge ..
