Phone House and T-Mobile can't get it done! A top-up code purchased at the Phone House in Huizen does not work and the shifting starts. T-Mobile would prefer not to register a complaint with a request for a response - They don't promise a response. So hold back. And Phone House says they call T-Mobile ... but then you have to come to the store. That you are more than an hour on the road for 10 euros top-up credit .. they both play down.
Too clever with their responses.
