It's amazing to watch a home being built from the ground up. I have a boyfriend who builds homes and he was more than impressed at the quality of the work being done. Mark Carabia was always on top of things which gave me peace of mind and able to enjoy the whole process. Landscaping was to more than my satisfaction. Looks like I've llived there for years. Beautiful.
Can't say enough good things about LifeStyle and their staff who kept me informed via email and text of the next step. Everything went off without a hitch. Thank you all so very very much. YAY!

From our very first contact with the sales team (Leslie...you're awesome!), I knew we were going to build a home with LifeStyle. They take tremendous pride in their work, and it showed in every team member interaction. We constructed our home in a newly built neighborhood, and although there were lots of builders to choose from, LifeStyle was the best choice. Their modern floor plans and high quality, standard options provided no contest. Their friendly staff made the process painless. Our design meeting with Jennifer was stress-free and fun, Melissa made our numbers crunching game a breeze, and Carl was the best Super anyone could ever hope for when constructing a home.

Life Styles built our home. The experience with the staff in planning and tweaking the house were fantastic. When the build started I was informed of the permitting dates and for the most part contacted by the supervisor assigned to me. The sub-contractors worked quickly and professionally. The only issue we had was the timeframe of the build. Some of this was due to weather related issues, but some was due to contractor scheduling issues. The quality of the house is very good and we've gotten so many compliments from friends and family on how nice everything looks. If we had to build again, you would have no issues with hiring Lifestyles again.

We just moved into our beautiful Lifestyle home. Through the design, build and closing process, Lifestyle homes have us the support we needed to navigate building our first home. Our Superintendant continually went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered and concerns resolved. I was admittedly very specific on details concerning the build and he took the time to talk through my ideas and desires. Despite some delays, all the trades and contractors did excellent work and we are very pleased with the finished product.

Exceptional Design Experience!! Met with Sheilah Hughes and Jennifer Sartori to design our new home, both were patient and knowledgeable, offering expertise and help with color matching. Such a wonderful experience! Going into it, I had a lot of anxiety and confusion, but I was so pleasantly surprised. Process went quickly and was very pleasant. It was a dream to work with these two.

We have a house built with them and we think we have a structural damage from the foundation... We ve tried to contact them with no luck. They don t answer the phone at anytime and won t call back. When buying a house check the customer service; after years of home built this is way important!

We just moved into our new LifeStyle home in southern Brevard County. Wow! What an extraordinary home builder with excellent office staff and subcontractors. Our home is everything we expected and more. This is our first house-building experience and we didn t foresee some of the things that we had overlooked in the planning stages, however, our construction superintendent, Russ, contacted us often with thoughts, ideas and suggestions. He responded right away to calls and texts and could not have been more involved nor a more beneficial asset. The workmanship and the materials used, including the superb landscaping is an excellent reflection on the subcontractors used. We were not "nickel and dimed" with minutia and had no bad surprises. While the planning and investment could be stressful at times, Russ and LifeStyle team eased the stress, culminating in a wonderful and beautiful forever home.

We had never built before and had much trepidation about doing so. It was all for naught. We had a wonderful building experience with LifeStyle. The design help in the beginning of the process was particularly helpful and put us at ease from the beginning. The process went smoothly with any little glitches readily handled. Our building supervisor, Bill, was easy to communicate with and we now live in a beautiful, quality home.

Being new to the area, I researched on my own and also asked numerous people for recommendations regarding who builds the best home. LifeStyle Homes was mentioned often. My new LifeStyle home was completed in March and I see now why LifeStyle is recommended so highly. The home was completed in record time (5 months from clearing the land to completion) and the quality of the home is far beyond what I could have ever expected. And working with my construction superintendent, Tom Dutton, was also far beyond what I could have ever expected. Tom communicated throughout the entire construction process and is the best I've ever seen at his job. I've already recommended LifeStyle to other friends looking to build...and will continue to do so. Great job LifeStyle!

After researching a great number of builders in our area we are very happy and fortunate that we selected LifeStyle Homes. Lifestyle was very easy to work with and has models that are modern and energy-smart! We love our new home!!

When we bought our land, we had our choice of builders. After meeting with one company, we moved on to LifeStyle Builders. Boy are we glad we did. After talking with Travis, we decided to custom build our home. Travis was there with us every step of the way. He is AWESOME! The design center is amazing and very helpful. Carl ,our building supervisor, was great! Although, it took a while for our home to be build due to the virus, weather, and hurricane season, we are very HAPPY! Did I mention they install solar panels? if you want a beautiful dream home then to go Lifestyles!

The home that LifeStyle built us is nothing short of remarkable. The quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail is second to none. We are extremely pleased to have gone with a local builder whose primary motivation it would appear is delivering superior quality and doing it right the first time. From our initial encounter with Shannon at the model through the closing on our home we have only good things to say. The are no surprises here, having had our 2 previous homes also custom built we had certain expectations but I am glad to say our fears were misplaced. Our construction supervisor Carl was more than responsive and any changes we made to the building plan were done without fuss and at minimum cost.

Our only qualm if that is indeed the right word is the amount of time it took to get through the engineering phase of the build but perhaps we were just anxious to see some progress. The whole build ended up taking approximately 6-7 months well short of the expected 12. We are currently settling into our lovely new home and can recommend LifeStyle homes without reservation.

Beautiful House, Horrible Experience

UPDATE: LifeStyle has made it very difficult to have even the simplest items fixed after we moved in. We are very disappointed with the after-closing experience, and the typical used car salesman response from the building supervisor.

In this review we will try to focus on the facts, not our opinion, with the experience during the building of our new home. We hope this review will help future homeowners out there as we heavily rely on customer reviews when we chose a product or service.

Building a house is said to be one of the most stressful endeavors you could make. We recently completed the construction of a new home in Vero Beach Florida with LifeStyle Homes, and that old saying couldn t be truer!

Base on our experience we would not recommend building a new house, in general, unless you have the time, energy and patience to supervise the building process yourself and to be ready for many confrontations when things were not done as in your signed agreement. You will essentially need to know how to build a house yourself. This could very well be the same scenario with every builder, which doesn t make it right, and these were our experiences.

Custom designed homes: We love LifeStyle s willingness to change house plans to accommodate your needs. LifeStyle was eager to help create our dream home. The design and planning phase with was exceptional. Living 1,500 miles from the build site, we exchanged emails and drawings with LifeStyle almost on a daily basis. They were very responsive to changes and helpful with advice on the floor plan layout. Once the contract was signed, a very busy Indian River County planning board took 6 weeks to approve the plans before building could commence.

Trust, but verify: We went into this venture on the assumption that people are honest. We would take the building supervisor s words as truthful and at face value, and over time learn this was not always the case.

Be on-site: I fortunately work from home and had essentially moved to Vero Beach for over six months to be involved in the building process, to make sure that the house is built as specified in the agreement. I expended a tremendous amount of my own time and energy to monitor the building process, visiting the house every day after work.

A picture tells a thousand words: I documented every corner of the house, literally snapping thousands of pictures and videos, and taking notes of daily activities and conversations in detail. This valuable information was later used more than once to defend concerns to the supervisor and aided in getting things corrected. It also allows us to see behind the walls long after the drywall is installed; placement of plumbing, wiring, location of studs, etc.

A home inspection: We would strongly advise hiring a Home Inspector BEFORE the closing to verify that things have been done properly. We had a few things identified that once reported by a licensed inspector were difficult for the supervisor to simply ignore. The supervisor said they had fixed all reported defects, but upon our re-inspection found that some had not; be vigilant.

Delay closing: I had the advantage of staying in town for as long as it took to complete the construction. This being a second home, we were not confined to a closing deadline and simply asked that the supervisor take your time, do things right . If we had a deadline, we are not sure if the end results would be the same.

Despite the stress and torment we withstood, the end result is a magnificent home that we describe to our friends as living in a luxury hotel. The hard work and perseverance paid off and we are delighted with the product. LifeStyle does truly build an outstanding home and we re proud of what has been achieved. We would love to see that LifeStyle places more focus on training their staff in customer service, monitor the subcontractor's work more closely and be more concerned with getting things done right the first time. Repetitive repairs are very stressful to us as the customer.

I wanted to share our great experience with the LifeStyle Homes builders in Melbourne, FL who recently built our new home. We were out of the US during construction of the house, that, we now delightfully look forward to living in for years to come.

Being new in the area and away from the construction site we were kind of wondering how our home building project would go. Contrary to this initial and somewhat skeptical thoughts, our home building experience has been super satisfactory. Right at the get go initial meeting to go over the design and features, the site construction manager, realizing our concerns and anxiety about having our future home built from long distance, made us fill comfortable and confident that things will be taken care of.

We found the site manager detail oriented, good listener and a person with patience. He answered our questions and addressed concerns. We got a good feel for his ability to manage well sub-contractors and construction crews. We also felt that he had good rapport with multiple construction teams and the LifeStyle team working in the back office. Our home building project went very well. He facilitated our communication with various construction teams very efficiently and effectively in rare case when it was necessary and the whole house, complete with landscaping, was ready in time he said it would be complete.

The walkthrough with him one week before closing was very pleasant experience for us. Given his ability to manage the project well, the punch list was very small, again with his good eye and attention to details. He guided us in having a list of contacts for various services that we have been able to work with in preparation for closing and be ready to take keys to the house.

We congratulate LifeStyle management team in hiring and retaining the manger. In our experience it was clear he embodies LifeStyle values and customer care extremely well. Overall, our experience with the interior designer, engineers and other support team members has been excellent as well.

We have built a couple of houses with nationally recognized builders before and building our home with LifeStyle has been much much better experience. We are glad we chose to build with LifeStyle. We look forward to enjoying a high quality, comfortable and pleasant residence for good many years.

My husband finally propose to build a new home, needless to say that I was completely against it, as I thought it was going to be the cause of our divorce (married for 34 years), I heard so many frightening stories about building a new home, I was scared.
Finally I gave up and decided to go with it, we did a lot of research and chose Lifestyle Homes. The best thing I have done in my life (thank you honey!). Lifestyle Homes, since our first meeting with Jay our Sales rep , was crystal clear . We knew exactly what we were getting for the price, the building timeframe given was correct, no delays. Our designer Jennifer was so helpful and professional, we do have a beautiful home thanks to all her advices, she didn t miss one single detail. The entire office team has been wonderful.
Now let s talk about the construction process, our Superintendent Tom Dutton has been the most Experienced, trusting, reliable, competent, professional , patient and understanding person that I will ever met. I don t have enough words to really portrait all the good things Tom has done for us. The communication was always excellent no matter neither the time nor the day of the week, always replying to our texts and emails rapidly. He gave us so many good lighting and upgrades ideas that we wouldn t have thought of otherwise. The entire process has been so smooth and stress free, that I would build again with Lifestyle and Tom Dutton without hesitation. Did I mention that the quality of the building exceed our expectations !!!
We have been now in our home for a few weeks, and any text or email sent to Tom for anything that needed to be fixed has been answered with the same courtesy and effectiveness. THANK YOU TOM THANK YOU LIFESTYLE family, for a job well done !!

Great experience overall. Few "bumps" along our journey (bound to be some when building any home), but lifestyle took REALLY good care of us through the entire process. Tom was amazing. Any concerns we had he assured us it would be handled, and it was. Entire staff at the design center was so happy to take the time to really listen and plan with us. Went above and beyond our expectations overall. THANKS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!!

It was a pleasure working with lifestyle builders. They have been very understanding when we had a change heart. Our Superintendant, Bob, was the best! Definitely would recommend them! 10 out of 10

UPDATE: August 11, 2020 - Installed a 2 ton AC unit in our home of 1177sq ft the unit is rated for 24,000 BTU's and our home needs 21,000, BUT.. there is a 25% added on which means the unit should have 26,361 BTU's A 2.5 Ton should have been installed. This house takes forever to cool off.
I hated even giving them one star! Run as fast as you can from this Builder, that is my opinion, because of my experience with them.. It is day 13 after closing and the painters haven't even finished doing the inside and outside! This is a custom home and they built the cabinets to where I have to have magnets on my refrigerator to stop the cabinets from hitting the refrigerator and then I had to buy two rubber bumpers from Lowe's so the refrigerator wouldn't hit the door jamb going out to the garage! They did not follow my measurement specifications for my shower bench and refuses to fix it! I wanted a 27 inch bench and they put a 40 inch bench in there to where there is no where to put the shower curtain, so the water runs off onto the floor They put electrical outlets vertically in the middle of the decorative tile listello In the kitchenI instead of horizontally to where it wouldn't mess up the design line of the listrllo. I did a lot of research because we have pets for the best flooring and it took a long time and I gave them my choice and they forgot to order it and when they were ready to install they said sorry there isn't any in country it will take another two months. We signed the contract December 29, 2017 and it is May 8, 2018, 18 MONTHS trying to get this house finished and it still isn't! I had to settle for an inferior product for my floors I had ordered a 20 mil wear layer and they recommended I go with the 12 mil wear layer so we wouldn't have to wait 2 months I was so sick and tired of the process by this time that I said go do it and I hate hate hate this flooring The doors do not shut properly, you have to slam them to shut and then they don't lock very easily either! My list of must-haves included double sinks in the master bathroom and they were going to put only one in there till I caught it. The living room window is off to the right instead of centered in the middle of the living room it looks so stupid and from the outside of the house also there are two windows on either side of an arch and then there's this extra window just thrown out there for whatever reason not needed. it's just a shame that so many people trust these people with so much money to build a home. my heart is truly broken, I thought I was going to get a nice home, if I was rich I would bulldoze it down. Does anyone else out there have these kind of problems with them and like to join me in a class action suit?

We are enjoying our new custom home built by Lifestyle in Cocoa Beach. The solar system is saving us $$$ and we are extremely happy with the interior/exterior suggestions/changes our Superintendent Tom Dutton made. Special thanks to Tom and Troy Nathan of Lifestyle for their advice along the way.

We just built a home with LifeStyle and we did so from 1300 miles away. We heard many not-so-favorable stories about building a home, but we could not find an existing home with everything LifeStyle offers. We were initially cautious and visited 5 builders. We are so happy that we selected LifeStyle. EVERYTHING went so well. We expected delays and only had a few short ones due to Hurricane Irma. Our supervisor, Tom, was exceptional. He is intelligent, resourceful, experienced, honest, and responsive. We trusted him and he never let us down. The entire staff was wonderful as well...always willing to help. We selected a standard model and our home is BEAUTIFUL. It is well-constructed with quality appliances (and most of our selections are standard options without upgrades). LifeStyle provides a 10-year structural warranty and everything else is warrantied by the manufacturers. We would build again with LifeStyle without hesitation.

We built a greatly-modified Curacao II on our own lot. Our superintendent was Tom and he was phenomenal! We couldn't be happier with our home-building experience with Lifestyle.

Had a great experience building with Lifestyle Homes. Everyone was attentive and helpful. David Daniels, Salesperson, and Bill Treece, Superintendent, were especially great to work with. As a Realtor, I know that building a house can be stressful. Lifestyle made the process easy and enjoyable. Even my home inspector praised Lifestyle; he said he loves to inspect their homes. I loved the house and you can tell the build quality is great however, it's a cluttered decor so it can be a bit hard to determine if it's the right fit. So I would suggest going to their website, getting and idea of what you want and then going to a model and discussing it with them. What we were told is Life Style Homes is fully customizable, to the point that they are adding rooms to models or even a second floor if that's what the customer wants.

My wife and I had lifestyle build our dream home and we couldn t ask for a better build. Dan Coe was amazing didn t miss a thing. This was our first build and we didn t stress over anything. Quality is amazing and every sub-contractor did a great job. Post is short because we literally have nothing negative to say. Thanks Dan Coe for an amazing home.

Exceptional experience! We have been in our dream home for about 3 months and are in love. The entire process was so easy! We were lucky to have Dan as our Construction Lead and could not have been treated better. After seeing how the builds around us are going, we are so happy we chose Lifestyle. Customer service and quality is above reproach on all levels. We would choose them again in a heartbeat!

Lifestyle completed our home in April and we couldn t be happier. They let us change several aspects of the home from expanding the garage and master bath to widening the driveway. We had our first meeting with Russ our superintendent after the plans were completed and the permits issued. We reviewed the entire plans with him and he made several excellent suggestions that we had not thought of. When building a house, there will be things that will go wrong. Russ told us to let him know if something is not right and he will get it right. It may not be immediate, but it will be right. He kept his word. Everything was correct when we went to closing.
We are extremely pleased with the energy efficient designs and products that were implemented into the home. Thermal pane windows, every joint was foam insulated, hybrid hot water heater, and radiant heat barrier in roof and all exterior walls. After adding a solar system to the roof, our August electric bill was $22. The rooms stay cooler longer and the A/C runs less.
Building a house is stressful enough, but Russ and the Lifestyle team took a lot of the stress away. Making changes on the fly was easy and Russ took care of everything. Overall Lifestyle gets an A+ and we highly recommend them.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Wasted a year of my life working with them. They are only good if you want a spec home and have no changes. And then be prepared for them to take six months to give you any sort of pricing as well as a surprise tack on of $100,000 of costs to the contract. Also be prepared for them to not honor their contract. What a waste of one year of my life. This company cannot be trusted

We had a great experience with LifeStyle Homes. From the moment we stepped into the St. Martin Model during Parade of Homes in 2019, we knew we wanted to be a part of the LifeStyle family. When you choose to build a house, people who have done it before love to tell you horror stories about slipped timelines and delinquent contractors. As first time home builders, we assumed ours would be no different. From our first design appointment to move in day, I'm pleased to say we were wrong. Our super, Dan was incredibly professional and efficient. He runs a tight ship and keeps things moving. Everyone we worked with on the team was friendly, professional, and responsive. We are very satisfied with Lifestyle Holmes. We live in Ohio and it has been much easier than we expected to build long distance . Lifestyle provided us with a superintendent that was phenomenal! We felt he definitely had our best interests in mind. We visited when we needed to for electric walk-through, and lighting otherwise any problems/questions we could handle over phone with him supplying us all pictures of our home's process. We recently closed on our new semicustom home on our own lot in Merritt Island, FL and we highly recommend LifeStyle Homes. We have worked with several homebuilders over the years in different states; LifeStyle Homes is the best. The most impressive things we like about LifeStyle Homes is their transparency as to what features are standard, the itemization of revised features with a very accurate cost estimate. No need to research or guess what is included as standard features like some other builders. From the day we signed the construction contract to the closing, the staff at LifeStyle made sure the whole process ran very smoothly. We even received an apology from the owner when there was a small delay at the start of the design process. LifeStyle had no problem with letting us bump out four walls, remove two walls inside and add arches on main entryways. LifeStyle Homes uses quality products and very skilled craftsmen who we found have been working for LifeStyle for years. However, the key to the quality of our house rests with our supervisor, Dan, who made sure everything was built to exacting standards the first time. During the building phase, we had more questions than issues, and Dan answered them very promptly. It is worth noting that the house went through one hurricane (90+ miles per hour-sustained winds) without any damage. The energy efficient 4 bedroom design uses 20% less electricity than our previous 3 bedroom near-by house. We love our house and highly recommend LifeStyle homes.

Had a home built by Lifestyles Homes. Bonnie and the sales team were outstanding, after that dealing with Lifestyles has been so so. Our house manager did very little to inform us on progress of our house, many minor issues that should have been caught by him were not, and I'm not sure what he did beyond making sure all the others subcontractors came together to build the house. Compared to the references given to us by prior customers who said that their managers went the extra mile, Dan Coe did not go an extra inch and had the standard statement of "that isn't my job." Umm, yea, building permits is....ensuring the fencing contractor knows where to go, etc! I live 6 time zones away and was coming to Missouri for a conference, asked if I could fly down on the weekend to check on the home build and was told, "I don't work weekends." Four months later we are still waiting on minor issues to be fixed. After looking through the paperwork we noticed an overcharge for the pool. Martins pool's informed Lifestyles and us that we were overcharged by nearly 3k. Lifestyles did admit that it was an error and will give us a refund. Three months later we are yet to get our payment. The few of the excuses were: Our finance guy took the day off to see the solar eclipse, the computers were hacked and we cannot check the data, a check was mailed weeks ago...yes, all true, plus many more.

Overall, considering we had homes built in the past, this has been the worst experience. The reason we went with Lifestyles was because of the great sales people. However, it is more important to get a good deal, a good home, and a business that stands behind its customers. In about a year I will update to point out if they refunded or if we had to go to court, and if they made good on fixing the issues around the home. There are many good home builders out there, do your homework.

UPDATE: After posting a review we did get a call from Lifestyles home the same day and received our refund check the next day. Yet to get any call on repairs, rather than wait I will probably fix them myself. But considering we paid A LOT of money for this home, you'd think Lifestyles would follow up or just give a courtesy call on how we like our home. The last two home builders did that.

We recently completed construction of our new home with Lifestyle. We feel very fortunate and blessed to have used them! They did a phenomenal job! They have a superb team of high quality people who are dedicated to getting your home built and you happy. They are honest and hard working. We have several friends that have built homes in the county with other companies that did not have a good experience. We had just the opposite with Lifestyle. It was actually enjoyable and exciting.

In our opinion, they are head and shoulders above the rest of the homebuilders. We believe they are the best home builders in central Florida. If you are fortunate enough to get Tom Dutton as your superintendent, you will be doubly blessed. He is extremely hard working, very knowledgeable and full of energy. That's a hard combination to beat! No need to look any further for your new home, go with Lifestlye! You will be glad you did.

After moving to FL and making the decision to build once again LifeStyle had zero competition once you walked their model vs other builders. The quality, the included standard items that typically would have been an upgrade (in some cases not even an option) and the team made our decision a no brainer.

Even our realtor was shocked telling us she had never worked with a builder on the level of LifeStyle.

Now after completing the build process and moving into our new Dream Home we are even more pleased. The GC we were assigned made this a seamless process and compared to other builds we ve done its night and day how awesome he was. Thanks Carl... You rock!!!

We just finished our home with Life Style Homes and we had an amazing experience!!! Our house is awesome, the quality of work and the scheduling of the flow in contractors made the process of building a great experience! We made a visit every night to check on progress and as things came together it was so exciting to know we were once step closer to moving into our forever home! The girls in the office were wonderful with helping us make our vision come to life, and our supervisor was on top of everything and if there was something we werent sure of he had it fixed alot of times same day!!! (I swore he was a unicorn!) we totally recommend life style homes if your looking to build!!! We are happy campers with our home!!! Sam and Paula Shearer

Moved into our new Lifestyle Home on 2/1/2019. It's been just over 3 months and we are very happy with our decision to go with lifestyle homes. Our Construction Supervisor, Tom Dutton, was great to work with. He knows his stuff and he's willing to share his knowledge (I'm always amazed when there are people who know there stuff but aren't will to share their knowledge). There are lot of decisions to make and since I've never had a house built before, I had a lot of research to do before I could be happy with our selections. Tom made the whole process easier. He knows when it's worth it to spend a little more and when you can get by with a standard item. He's also extremely responsive.

The entire Lifestyle team was great to work with from the designers to the pricing person. We were able to make a few minor customizations to a standard floor plan and it was so nice to be able to walk through the model home repeatedly to figure out if the layout changes we made would work or not.

We even managed to meet a few other people who were building their homes around the same time as us and that was also helpful for sharing insight into timing and changes.

The only hiccups we had were, flooring was back-ordered when it came time to install (that was due to the supplier's process, I hope they improved that. Since our home is pretty generic we were able to change the floors to a different color and not have any delays.) The pavers we selected were no longer available due to manufacturing issues. This wasn't dealt with until the last possible day and we chose a style that was in stock. I don't like our pavers at all (and have paver envy every time I drive by another house), but it was my only option so that I could get into the house on time. This is my biggest disappointment with the house, but we really needed and wanted to move forward.

We were considering doing just a renovation of the existing house. I think that process would have taken a lot longer, the price would've been less expensive, but I love having everything new and having 10' ceilings throughout.

Overall it took 14 months from the time we met Lifestyle homes until we moved in. But it took us almost 4 months to get our contract signed and then another 3-4 months to go through several iterations of selections and pricing. Once Lifestyle received the permit in mid-July, the project started in early September and we moved in on Feb 1.

We love our new home! It turned out beautiful. We had a great experience with all of the Lifestyles employees. We would build with them again 100%!

We purchased our dream home through Lifestyle Homes and have to say that our entire home experience exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with our new home in Valencia.

Paul has done a tremendous job from day one of our purchase right though our closing. He was always available to answer any questions we may have had about the St Thomas model which we absolutely love. He was professional and informative throughout the process and he was the clincher.

Dan Coe was our Superintendent and he also could not have been any better. We had our prior home built in NY and we can tell you first hand that Dan's knowledge and ability to multi-task is the best that we have seen. Whenever we had a question Dan was available and provided details required to make good decisions. In addition, when a few items came up that we felt were off from our expectations Dan was immediately on it and we met our targeted closing date.

Jennifer (in the design office) worked closely with us and was very patient and helpful. Her design knowledge was just spot on. We ended up with a beautiful home. She is a gem.

Last but not least Nicole was fantastic guiding us through each step of the closing and change orders. She made this experience so easy with no stress.

We had a terrific home purchase experience and could not be happier with our decision to relocate from NY to Valencia and we know we picked the right builder in Life Style who provided a great team.
