Matilde & Raymond Carrozza- Melbourne Beach - We were looking to buy our 2nd home with a real estate agent for more than 2 years and didn t find anything we liked. My husband finally propose to build a new home, needless to say that I was completely against it, as I thought it was going to be the cause of our divorce (married for 34 years), I heard so many frightening stories about building a new home, I was scared.
Finally I gave up and decided to go with it, we did a lot of research and chose Lifestyle Homes. The best thing I have done in my life (thank you honey!). Lifestyle Homes, since our first meeting with Jay our Sales rep , was crystal clear . We knew exactly what we were getting for the price, the building timeframe given was correct, no delays. Our designer Jennifer was so helpful and professional, we do have a beautiful home thanks to all her advices, she didn t miss one single detail. The entire office team has been wonderful.
Now let s talk about the construction process, our Superintendent Tom Dutton has been the most Experienced, trusting, reliable, competent, professional , patient and understanding person that I will ever met. I don t have enough words to really portrait all the good things Tom has done for us. The communication was always excellent no matter neither the time nor the day of the week, always replying to our texts and emails rapidly. He gave us so many good lighting and upgrades ideas that we wouldn t have thought of otherwise. The entire process has been so smooth and stress free, that I would build again with Lifestyle and Tom Dutton without hesitation. Did I mention that the quality of the building exceed our expectations !!!
We have been now in our home for a few weeks, and any text or email sent to Tom for anything that needed to be fixed has been answered with the same courtesy and effectiveness. THANK YOU TOM THANK YOU LIFESTYLE family, for a job well done !!
