Lifestyle completed our home in April and we couldn t be happier. They let us change several aspects of the home from expanding the garage and master bath to widening the driveway. We had our first meeting with Russ our superintendent after the plans were completed and the permits issued. We reviewed the entire plans with him and he made several excellent suggestions that we had not thought of. When building a house, there will be things that will go wrong. Russ told us to let him know if something is not right and he will get it right. It may not be immediate, but it will be right. He kept his word. Everything was correct when we went to closing.
We are extremely pleased with the energy efficient designs and products that were implemented into the home. Thermal pane windows, every joint was foam insulated, hybrid hot water heater, and radiant heat barrier in roof and all exterior walls. After adding a solar system to the roof, our August electric bill was $22. The rooms stay cooler longer and the A/C runs less.
Building a house is stressful enough, but Russ and the Lifestyle team took a lot of the stress away. Making changes on the fly was easy and Russ took care of everything. Overall Lifestyle gets an A+ and we highly recommend them.
