Liberty London Review

My first time in Liberty London and the staff at the @bumbleandbumble counter were super friendly, informative about their brand and recommend products tailored to my hair needs. I also visited the @mariatash counter...again the staff were welcoming and helpful, they made recommendations on the best ear piece and made a positive first impression... looking forward to another visit.

There is no where more iconic in retail in London than Liberty. Calm surroundings, well curated collections across multiple floors. You never know what is around the next corner. Always a joy to spend time here

As always the customer service is great. I had an issue with an item from the beauty department from one of my favourite brands. They replaced with no fuss.

John at Wilhelm Parfum was just amazing. So passionate about the parfums and knowledgeable. Never trying to push for a sale but top notch customer services. He really made my day

Great place, but unable to buy anything. There is a better life, but it's more expensive.

Always a great place to go and we can take our pooch in too.

A department store that sells only luxury goods inside a quaint building that is so stunning your think you've gone back a few era's. Buying fabric is a recommended purchase here.

In hard times it was very nice to see attentive staff. I was greeted and offered hand sanitiser on my entrance and the staff respected my space as well as offering assistance and advice.

LIBERTY OF LONDON is an Iconic Shopping Mall in the heart of Central London, very artistic shopping mall with amazing environment! You will get a different kind of Vibe as soon as you enter the mall.

It is also famous for selling antiques.

Institutional building. Particulary a fan of vintage section and interior floor! Could upgrade their restaurant a little.

Bitterly disappointed with the advent calendar this year, 20% of the products were missing, the entire top row, waited approx 20 mins for customer service to answer the call this morning, courteous gentleman on customer service, no courtesy offered for inconvenience simply will send replacements as soon as possible, would expect more from such a prestigious store

Visiting Liberty is an experiance it has a quirkly layout and a great selection of products. Take some time to look around because there is a lot to take in.

- Don t expect to buy anything before noon on Sunday due to antiquated British laws. But they are happy to open for browsing

Great historic department store. Good to have a browse, but at the top end if you want to buy. Immaculate throughout.

What a gorgeous department store with top of the line cosmetics and goods. Don t expect to find a bargain, but do expect to be delighted. Not your run of the mill shopping experience, but rather one to experience curated and special products you won t find elsewhere. I go for inspiration and end up buying one or two special things.

You must go to Liberty London just for the experience! I bought the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar Christmas 2019, for my daughters and I - ....we had such fun opening all the little drawers and finding such beautiful treasures to pamper ourselves with. At first you'd think it is an extravagant gift - (well, it is really) but the quality and value of the products are worth nearly double the amount you pay initially for it. I will be using mine again this year, filling it with more Liberty wonderfulness. <3

Very interesting and hidden jewel of London. I have been living in this city the last three years and I didn't know this place exist. You can find a lot of expensive brands. The place is a mix between elegancy and indi look. There aren't any escalators so be prepared for going upstairs about 4 floors. There are elevators but they take forever because normally the place is very busy.

Like it, it has nice products to purchase. However, I would prefer that it was less expensive. (Its not too expensive but compared to other similar places it is)

This place is amazing. It's boutique but has an amazing inventory of beautiful things. The men's section wasn't nearly as nice as the ladies, but that's always the case. Still, quality of the selection was on point.

Beautiful architecture and interior, good selection of product. Liberty's buyer certainly has good British taste. Don't miss out the famous Liberty prints for souvenir.

Beautiful store amazing building..great for instagramers.

One of the oldest shops in London specializing in selling fabrics are worth a visit and seeing the building. Also, you can obtain a membership card and benefit from the offered features.

Department store built in mock tudor with old ship timbers; best time to visit during weekday afternoons. Check out the rug and carpet department, very special that.

Finally, I got myself the timeless and brilliant workmanship, the Junghans Meister Chronoscope! Excellent customer service and beautiful collection of contemporary & classic items.

What a fantastic place to visit and shop. Much preferred over Harrods.

I love Liberty's it so amazing. We got a Christmas present for our little boy from here a yellow racing car this was a he wanted for Christmas. It wasn't expensive but, my son loves it. We will always visit here when we come to London.

Liberty London offers a quintessentially English, exquisitely curated shopping experience. It is redolent of Old Money and low key glamour. It is definitely not for the budget shopper, though during sales you might find an upscale item significantly reduced. Cricket matches, cream teas, Glyndebourne, smart summer weddings, Ascot and grand country houses are all evoked by a stroll through this charming emporium. A very British affair.

Just went to the Christmas shop today. Obviously very crowded but great selection of pretty & wacky decorations.

Amazing . We went for my birthday at Christmas and I loved it. Fabulous atmosphere. The lights were great and although busy it was easy to get round. Loads of shops to look in ...never been before and was surprised at how many shops there were.

How can any NOT love Liberty? It's like stepping back in time to a more laid back shopping experience. No rack upon rack of overbranded tat here! The range of products is of high quality, and shows some willingness in 'pushing the envelope'. If you can't afford the prices, just go to get some inspiration in clothing, home decor or grooming. It's just a unique and bracing place to shop.

Olde Worlde London at its best. Even in these troubled times. Such a quirky building with hidden delights around each corner. Well worth a visit. The staff are professional and always helpful

Very expensive high-end fashion, accessories, and home furnishings. This store is iconic as it is historic. 4 floors with elevator access

Its a beautiful place to window shop. All the stuff are exclusively unique and beautiful but way too expensive. I wonder how many shoppers actually are willing to spend? The designer clothings are nice to look at but out of reach. Would I visit again? Not really.

One of the best department stores... you can find exclusive parfums for liberty.

Best department store in London by far, way better than Harrods

A phenomenal department store in the heart of London that offers a variety of products that will meet your every desire. Honestly, even if you weren t interested in shopping, the store itself is beautiful and worth a visit. From the historic building to the glitzy decorations, I loved browsing every inch of this store. There s all the sections you can expect from accessories to apparel and even housewares.
Of course, they re famous for their fabric so make sure to check em out! Also, they have an adorable LEGO Liberty store on the top floor! :)

We went to do some Christmas shopping. I personally found this place quite confusing. The whole places was crowded with people. Didn't find anything nice to buy, but i have enjoyed the whole experience. Probably would go to do Christmas shopping else where.

Elgent and beautiful department store. It has w heritage that makes it unique. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's well organized

finally to get to see one of the oldest department store in London. most structure are made of wood so lots of characters. Great spot to try afternoon tea.

If you visit London and don't visit Liberty, you have missed the point. On the one hand it is a department store, but on the other ancient timbered relic of a previous age look lovingly kept and magnificent preserved.

Amazing shop that hasn't changed in decades. Glad the policy of having a 50/50 ratio of friendly to fierce staff is still in full effect

I don't shop there, too expensive for my purse... The shop is simply magnificent and even more so at Christmas. It is a popular destination for tourists, try to go there when quiet... Not sure when that is though.

Jewelry really uninspiring, mens clothing looked good but didn't convince me to spend, and my money was trying to burn a hole in my pocket in both departments.

London s most iconic department store. The building is large but separated into little sections that seem to go on forever. Range of different brands from accessible to high end.

My wife bought her wedding dress here and I have a shawaddywaddy style suit from here too - odd but great - if you're in London you HAVE to visit Liberty

Big and authentic warehouse with exclusive stock, worth a visit

Fantastic shop filled with a laberynth of clothes, furniture, jewellery and a lot more, this shop is highly recommended a visit you won't be disappointed, you can spend hours in this shop so give yourself plenty of time, Christmas shop is a must visit, amazing selection of baubles and decorations.

Nice from outside but also from inside. You will see this shop when you will walking around and it will drag in.
It is very expensive shop, full of greatest brands of cosmetics and clothes. If you have such a lot of money you will enjoy shopping if not you will still enjoy precisely designed decoration.

This department store was a true surprise and delight! Several floors were packed with apparel, footwear, skincare, gifts, stationery, and more. I could have spent hours wandering through the floors of local and exotic finds. Alas, I only had time to pick up a few treats for friends (and myself) and continue on my London day.

This place is stunning. They're in a gorgeous old building and they've expanded pretty massively from the old days when fabric was the focus. Now you can buy almost anything, including jewellery and stationery (to just name a few). Staff are helpful; prices are pretty high but that's what you'd expect in this part of town. Worth a walk-through.

My absolute favourite department store in London. It looks so quaint but is filled to the rafters with high end designers. 5*****
