Fun game: when at Liberties imagine how you'd convert the building into your own massive private mansion.

Has everything you need and the occassional acceptably priced tolkens for gifts and 'self-care' treats. But it's nice to go see how the other half live. :D

Great Tudor architecture, the inside is filled with luxury shops which I could not afford. However see the outside, make some pictures of this typical English piece of craft and enjoy being a tourist! Some pictures of a woman standing and posing in front of these buildings are included in the pictures.

A very nice store to visit, the building is fantastic to see. The store is not as glamorous as it used to be in the old days. However, the quality and design of the products still offered at the store is very good.

Amazing shop. Really feels different. The buyers are doing a quality job. Feels civilised. One small point, they seem to have less "antique" furniture than they used to. It used to be the first section I would check out. Please, more!

Amazing place. Historic building housing retail store. You can see clothes, antique furniture in great condition and other decor products at highly escalated prices. If you are in fashion or decor industry you will be in the right place for inspiration. The place has modern bathrooms - very handy if you are with kids.

Possibly my favourite store in London. Everything inside appears to be crafted by an artisan.
Beautiful architecture just in the fabric of the building.
Selection of men & women's wear, however the main attraction is the object d'art. Plus the world famous Liberty fabrics which are housed in a wonderful space & you're surrounded by metres of printed art.
You could easily spend an hour or two exploring everything it has to offer.
Totally worth a visit.
Plus it's the gateway to Carnaby street.

The absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. After ordering a bespoke ring and waiting over three months for delivery I received the wrong setting and wrong size. The staff's response has been incredibly arrogant, high handed and unhelpful. I have never felt so comprehensively patronised and not listened to. The situation is still unresolved. I cannot say strongly enough .... do not shop here.

Anyone interested in fabrics, colourful collections, and all under an open roof in a classical building must come here.

The shop has many things to offer, and we barely scratched the surface.

Beauty, stationery, fabrics, some wool wearable and many others.

Very well trained staff, attending and polite and very helpful.

Liberty garments are very well known and sought after back home, and I was disappointed to discover that the main store (this one) had better collection and better offers in Summer.

Shepherd's Bush shops may have had cozy feel a long time ago, but there is to go back to them after seeing what this shop has to offer.

I love how they're all up for a chat and it's not sale sale sale, i always buy from here as they care about the service and keeping long term customers happy! Everyone's always happy and attentive x

Brilliant place to shop, considering it's an older arts & crafts style it's brilliantly laid out with a freshness that doesn't feel artifical, like HN or Selfridges. I come here for the menswear which is intelligently curated with a chic and generally understated merchandise ie you won't find footballer wannabe brands like Moncler, Canada goose or Gucci here and for that ends doesn't attract the mouthy idiotic youth that flock to those brands. The homewear is another great reason, again a well curated uncommon selection of goods. I always visit when in town.

I bought a mizuki diamond ring for Christmas. A diamond has fallen out already. I am told by liberty management it is because I have damaged the clasp, yet my engagement diamond ring and eternity ring haven t lost a diamond in 40 years yet alone 4 weeks. Please be wary of liberty s jewellery products because they offer no warranty.

So beautiful, seriously worth a visit. It was VERY busy at the start of December though, but once you can get to the upper levels it s way quieter. I do find Liberty to be very overpriced, many of their products are made in China and not fair trade, which I don t love. They re very beautiful though.

I love iconic liberty from the fantastically curated jewellery to the snappy edgy fashion on the first floor. I bought a gorgeous dress from Isabel Marrant this season and was assisted by Oliver who was amazing at his job full of great suggestions and ideas of ways to wear etc after which he kindly escorted me to the Xmas pop up bar on the top floor for a cocktail treat on the house. Go Liberty your the best!

Shocking.

Order received shattered, no response to emails in over a week and they never pick the phone up.

Do not buy anything online from this place unless you live in London and can go in to complain.

I love Liberty's! This is the best shop in London. A wonderfully curated collection of items! My favourite section had been the jewellery but the perfume is winning at present. The jewellery is, apart from the two vintage/antique dealers, all a bit mainstream and less interesting than it has been in the past but Liberty's is still a must visit location whenever I can!

I go here to buy my hourglass products the only place in London to buy it.

Liberty has a few make up counters. From cheap to expensive unique brands. Customer service is impeccable! Very friendly.

However it s quite small so it does get quite cramped at times.

You should definitely visit this store!!! Highly recommend.

Liberty is an interesting place. The building is less than 100 years old but it's really well built and inspired by period architecture. But don't expect to find anything really different. It's a mix of a luxury store and an old fashioned mall. I prefer to go directly to the brand store when there is one in London

Beautiful store. So lovingly presented and staff obviously take great pride in their sections. Amazing building too. One of my earliest childhood memories from the 1960's is being overwhelmed by the sewing department, the wooden bannisters and the stairways....
