Their customer service sucks! They ruined my husband's anniversary gift. They cancel the order and never notify me and when I called I spoke to Rene' their manager and got no help at all. We used to be great customers, but I guess we will find other business which will appreciate us.

My store ordered a pair of louboutins from this store since mine did not have my size in stock. I received my order 2 days later than they were supposed to arrive. The box I received was taped back together, the dust bag was missing and both shoes had scuffs and scratches on the bottoms! They were disgusting for presentation. What a way to kill brand integrity for saks and CL. Seems like staff was too lazy to inspect product before shipping. Quality store needs quality staff

Saks fifth avenue is probably my favorite place! Very professional, very courteous! If you're looking for great customer service, and of course top of the line clothing, then Saks fifth avenue is the place to be without a doubt!

I had a terrible experience With Saks BH and I won t be returning. I tried to make an exchange and was told within a sea of customers returning what could be looted items with no receipts btw... that I could not get a refund as my item was Fendi property and was worn! Yes tags were off and a long period of debating the fit occurred but it was not worn for any longer than the time to reach the car.
I m terribly hurt and insulted by their actions

Beautiful store. Wonderful brands and designers and unusual for LA. Nice sales staff. Super shoe department. Very expensive, but amazing prices (steals) after January 1 prices! Parking behind store.

It's a beautiful store with awesome merchandise and some of the prices you have to do a double take to truly appreciate. I saw a celebrity there too on my first visit! The cosmetics counters are run by beautiful people. It is an honor to work with them on my beauty and my client's beauty. Good sales and great selection of merchandise, the service is fantastic too.

Great selection, I just love the Saks Fifth Avenue brand label. Nice fashionable clothes, I found quite a bit that even I could afford, in both the women's and the men's store. Sometimes, paying the designer price, really gives us better quality. Sizzling .

Racism is alive and real at this mall. I would rather drive 1 hour to south coast plaza. Avoid at all cost.

There are plenty of sales idling. They look you up and down, but never bother greeting you. I wanted to check out two Armani dress, and would have probably bought them. Too bad no one bothered helping me.

My second visit here, the staff is extremely inattentive. Good luck finding anyone who's helpful.God forbid you wear a pair of jeans in there, they'll look you up and down and not give you a 2nd look. The only redeemable one is Coco on the 2nd floor. I'll keep to the online store but if need be I'd look/ask for her.

What a horrible service! You call the phone number, have to select multiple options for departments before being able to speak to anyone, and then when you finally get connected to someone, it's at an outsourced operator in what sounds like the Philippines! Is that really what "luxury" service all about these days?!

It used to be great but online is really affecting the merchandising..racks looked empty. All the goods on first floor locked down due to Californias new laws allowing theft under $950.00. It feels like a morgue

Saks Fifth Avenue is defiantly a store in a league of its own. I love visiting Saks with my wife! It's a great place to see the newest designs and couture! Apart from having a wonderful selection of products, the Beverly Hills location hosts two stores across the street from each other. One dedicated for female products and the other other strictly for men. There is also a 4 floor parking lot adjacent. So parking is all ways free and never an issue with store validation. Over all I consider Saks on of my favorite places for basically all my fashion needs!

Incredible, irressponsible staff, very bad attitude. The shoes department was complete mess. Shoes every where... staff doesnt care at all. We left angry and upset, leaving the goods at the register without buying anything, way below the Saks fifth standarts. Management should do something...

Shoes....nice shoes. I paid $600.00 for my 1st car in 1974 and it seemed like alot of money than. I held shoes in my hand that were priced at $1,800.00. I would rather have my 1969 Impala back than try to walk in those plastic shoes.
