Went here with my mother looking for late model ES series. I have just got a used Lexus from Lexus of Marin. The experience is much better than the last time my husband bought his car from Dublin Toyota which was a nightmare. Their pricing is pretty fair and transparent. It is not the lowest but it is very reasonable. They answered your emails. Chris was the sales that helped us. He is not pushy and knew when to step back. I would recommend you to check it out and I think I would go back again in 5 years when I want to get another car.
Eric Sin was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He informed me about services that should be completed due to the age of my car even though the mileage is low. Everything was completed to my satisfaction.
They give superb service. They have answered my questions over the phone when I have seen unexpected messages, most recently "check the Vehicle Stability Control". When I need to take the car in, I have no problem getting an appointment quickly, and no problem getting a loaner. And I trust that they don't propose any work that isn't necessary or advised (and they are clear about that distinction, too).
