Went here with my mother looking for late model ES series. Worked with Tony, who was very patient in getting her the options she wanted in the colors she wanted - no small feat when going for a used car. Many, many test drives later (thanks Tony!), she settled on a 2016 ES 350 with the safety features she needed and the colors she wanted.
