A huge thank you to Andrew Ruminson, service manager, who went over and above regular customer service to help me with my car issue. He personally followed my service and made sure everything was done in a speedy, efficient manner.

Fantastic service from a very helpful, knowledgeable employee. He made sure every question was answered and the right solution was found quickly.

I understand they're trying to sell cars and I get the fact that it's very tough business. But I've been Lexus owners for six years now and unfortunately my salesperson is no longer there or he's out due to C19. I will not own or lease a lexus again. I lost a new car deal for $13 more a month and the sales person or his boss would not change his mind. They made me feel that I'm begging for a car and my current Lexus car that I bought from them 3 years ago, is not a worthy car. Well I'm not asking for a handout, I can afford a new car, but it's always in the delivery on how a person say things. Too bad.

I've only had to get my oil changed and tune-up done so far, car has been in really good shape. Freeman has a nice waiting area, coffee, cookies, popcorn, bottle water, and sodas available. They also offer a loaner if you need so you don't really need to wait there at all.

I have spent alot of money here in the last year. I bought a rack& pinion for my1999 LS400 for 800$ & they said bring back the old rack & pinion for a 200$ back core. I brought back the old one & they said they won't do it without the box even though I have the receipt. Not happy they ripped me off

Way better experience than with Lexus of Marin. Freeman Lexus employees were all exceptionally nice to me, quick and organized, and my car looked fantastic when I got it back. Plus it only took an hour. Night and day from the other dealership. They are now my go-to for my Lexus IS maintenance.

Went in to get a part recall fixed and left with not only that taken care of but also got my tire pressure regulated and the car washed and gassed up all taken care of under warranty. 5/5 service.

Worked with Ivette Ulloa and had a great experience! She helped us find the exact car we wanted and at a very good price. These cars can be complicated to learn at first with all the computer tech involved but Ivette is an expert with the onboard systems and is very patiently helping us with that. We couldn't find the car with the options we wanted at first but because Ivette was so involved in helping us she made it happen for us!
