I will not be going back to the baton rouge location. I called 3 days ago and got a appointment scheduled which was for today. From where i stay it's a 30 minute drive. As i arrived the girl at door told me i wasn't in the system for appointment when i know for a fact i called and they gave me an appointment date and time. Now i am a overnight worker and got off 7am and stayed up to make my app this morning. I was completely tired and wore out and had to get a sitter while i make my appointment just for them to tell me there was no appointment in system for me. So i guess i just made the appointment time and date up on my own. I screenshot the day and time i called to make the appointment it even shows how long the call is. All they told me was they can reschedule, now who wants to wait for another appointment when they was already given one. This is very unprofessional for the lady thats scheduling appointments. This was really aggravating to me because not only did i waste my time driving 30mins to an appointment that i was told, but i wasted time i could've been sleep for work as well. If i could give this place 0 i would!!! If anybody schedules an appointment here make sure you ask the lady ARE YOU IN THE SYSTEM BECAUSE IF NOT YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS COMING TO THIS LOCATION. Not to mention i heard GUN SHOTS WHEN I CAME HERE BEFORE.

Dr day removed my tooth that had been partially removed by a different dentist whom stopped the procedure because I couldn't get numb.i had felt a lot and after 2 weeks off suffering I saw Dr day and he pulled out the remainder of the tooth with out me feeling a thing because he knows how to administer the local anesthesia correct so the nerves where dead..dr day did the job right I would go back to him for surgical extraction anyday

The issues are too many to list here. Sadly, the support staff give this place a bad name. Each time that I ever visited it was always the same: slow service, rude administrative staff who could not get billing issues accurate, slow service, failure to return phone calls, did I say slow service? I had private insurance and would call in advance of my appointment so I could get an estimate of the amount that I could expect to pay. They never had an answer or said they would call me back with the information and never did. When I would call to follow-up after not hearing from them, I would just get passed on to the next person or if someone did quote me an amount and I called back because the estimate seemed off a bit I would get quoted an entirely different inflated estimate.

Once I went in, sat with the billing department even though I called in advance for an estimate (hoping that I wouldn't have to sit with billing until they figured out what was due- takes them forever to calculate the balance owed after insurance has paid. I have to literally do the math for them). When I finished with billing they never advised the dentist assistant that I was there so she was sitting in the office waiting on me to arrive and almost cancelled my appointment when I had been there the whole time. An hour had almost passed. Haphazardly, she peaked her head out into the lobby and saw me sitting there.

Two weeks ago I went and signed a release form in request for a copy of my dental records and itemized bill. I was told that someone would call me later that day. I never got that call. I waited the last two weeks just in case they were sending the documents in the mail. They never came. I called to follow-up and was told that they had my request sitting "right here" and asked me exactly what records was I requesting (it is clearly indicated on the form) so she could mail them out. I have questioned the skillset of the people that they hire to do these jobs. My teenager could do a better job. This place needs major training on customer service and time management. It is sad that minorities are subject to such subpar treatment. I stopped going here some time ago after I just could not take any more. You couldn't pay me a million dollars to go back to this place. *Sadly a friendly, professional, and decent dentist has to lose patients because the administrative and billing staff can't get it together.

I'm not certain who is the person that sits in the appointment desk for medical appointments, but this person is very rude and has a personality that should not be preferred for this position. Her rudeness is very pointed and exact. If it were a one time occurrence I might chalk it up to the person just having a bad day as is costume to life. However, this person has been equally rude for my last three/needful calls. Please think about placing this person in another position. Please note that I did not ask for her to be fired, just please consider another position for her. You have a 2.5 customer satisfaction rating. This type of behavior by your employees should not be acceptable. Thanks for considering this.

I had to get a Covid test for work. They told me the results would be shared with me in 3days. I started following up every day after 3 business days, and the results still aren't in. It has been 6 full business days, 9 days total, since I got my test. I think they lost my results.

I am on a slidding scale fee I don't have any healthcare insurance I was out work 19 days because I tested positive for corona I bring a medical paper to be filled out by doctor in order to get paid from Aflac caresouth charge me 60 dollars yesterday to fill my paper work out for Aflac then tell me it takes 7 to 10 business days to do the paper work out of work 19 days no pay still have to wait on caresouth with my paper work in order to get paid that is so unfair 60 dollars to fill one sheet of paper out

This place is GHETTOOOOOOOO!!! I can t help but to think that the service would be much better if it was located on the other side of town. I brought a friend for a procedure at 9:30. 11:00 we were still in the waiting room. I left && went got lunch she was STILL waiting. I went took a nap in the car because we were there until almost 3. I could have watched YouTube & figured out how to do it myself quicker than that lol. Just because this facility is located in the black community doesn t mean the patients should receive such subpar care. Sharon too busy trying to give the undeserving BRPD a raise when there s other community issues such as these facilities lack of level of care that need to be addressed but that s a whole nother conversation.
