They give superb service. They have answered my questions over the phone when I have seen unexpected messages, most recently "check the Vehicle Stability Control". When I need to take the car in, I have no problem getting an appointment quickly, and no problem getting a loaner. And I trust that they don't propose any work that isn't necessary or advised (and they are clear about that distinction, too).
