Dealerships are not the best choice in general for repairs, but this one really just blows my mind. I scheduled for my vehicle to be worked on at 8am and I had work at 11. All they had to do was program a new key to my car and told me it would be an hour and a half. 10am rolls around and I'm asking what the progress of my vehicle was. I didn't want to seem impatient, but the person they told me to talk to was talking with guests that had come after me. It was irritating so I went up and asked what the issue was and they said it was in the car wash. It was complimentary and all, but there was no heads up about that. I finally received my vehicle at 11:20am, which made me late to work. Most people outside where just standing around and not taking cars to the people that needed them as well. Very unpleasant experience.

Randy Hoff met us at the door and from the very beginning he demonstrated how a top tier sales person should conduct himself, we were immediately at ease and comfortable during the entire process. We then met Elizabeth Zapata who helped us make some important decisions, she was very professional, friendly and the time spent with her passed quickly, which when buying a car, is a good thing. We went over to Lindsey LeBlanc in the financing dept. and she was on par with Randy and Elizabeth, simply Awesome.

The second care, 2001 ES300, Sarah Cooke gave us an estimate of $1200 + for a Carbon Canister replacement while Klingeman said about $800. Lexus of Austin sells certified vehicles that have been in MAJOR accidents! BEWARE! This vehicle has had more body work then Michael Jackson's Face! They sell certified vehicles with extensive body repairs and collision damages that added up to over $12,000. This vehicle was traded to Lexus of Austin. The car has had the following repairs done. Hood repainted, Front Bumper Replaced/Rebar Replaced/Drivers Side Fender Replaced/Painted, Passenger front Door Repainted/Blended, Rear Passenger Door Skin Replaced/painted/ Rear quarter panel Painted, Rear Bumper Replaced. Major Suspension Damage Also. Car was completely disabled and had to be towed to the body shop. This car has been to the body Shop more than 3 times with total amount of damages exceeding $12000.00. The collision damaged was disclosed to Randy Hoff our sales consultant. He gives us a VERY LOW trade-in value and told me that the vehicle would go to auction and could not be certified by Lexus. He told us it had a bad car-fax and too many panels were painted and replaced and they could not certify the vehicle. I ve had an issue twice when talking to the service department when making appointments. Once I called because my service light was on and just got an oil change, they told me I had to go back up there and get another oil change even though I just got one. When I get there they tell me they just forgot to reset oil change light and could have done it at home. I live in Killeen and had to waste an hour going up there for nothing. Then again I had a flat tire and is covered under warranty to fix and get new tires. I call to see if I can bring tire in without the car and was told yes. I get there and no they need my car too. So again wasted an hour to go up there for nothing. I like the staff there, but the staff that answers the phone for the service department needs to be more knowledgeable of the company and services so people are not wasting time, because they don t know what s going on.

My wife and I were in the market for 3rd vehicle due to our daughter turning 16 and driving now. I saw an older model es 350 in the range we were looking to spend.
I called and was fortunate enough to be represented by a seasoned veteran Camey. That was the beginning of our incredible experience. Camey spent several hours with our family as my wife and I had to tag team. She was always engaged including my daughter and sharing life experiences. She was amazing!! We were treated like Royalty, even buying a used vehicle. Camey even went to bat for us got us a better deal.
Next, we were on to finance and Matt R. Was our guy. A real Texas Gentleman. As Matt came to get us from the waiting room, my daughter's iPhone died. Matt excused himself and retrieved a charger for her. Amazing! Matt was completely engaged in our process gave us some great advice as well.

I am giving Lexus 3 stars. I am not a fan of the new ownership by Penske. You cannot take cards over the phone. It s not an inclusive payment system for all ages and abilities of technology use. Many clients at Lexus at elderly and do not know how to use text payment service. It would be great if old payment service came back. Checkout services were not helpful. Rather than providing options or offering solutions they stood around while I tried to figure it out myself.
The only positive experience was the customer service from service representative, Cameron. From the beginning he was helpful. I was going to be out of town when my car would be ready so he graciously extended my loaner time so I could make it back to Lexus to pick up my car after my trip. In addition, when the payment processing system wasn t working he tried to develop various solutions. He was calm and helpful through it all. I highly recommend future clients work with Cameron! (5/5 stars for Cameron)

I would not recommend purchasing a car at this dealership. The customer service is very poor. I have been waiting for my license plates for over two months after I purchased my car from them. I had to call them several times to check up on the status. The sale person said she would call me back and never did. A week before my paper plates were about to expire, I asked about the status and about renewing my paper plates. She transferred my information to the accounting office and said they would get back to me. No one got back to me. Two days before the plates expires, I went by the dealership and asked for renewal of my paper plates. They would not provide them to me and said my metal plates would arrive the next day. The plates never arrived. I was not able to drive my car to work the next day because my paper plates were expired. Their reason for the delay is because their dealership just changed ownership. I will never purchase at Lexus has this dealership again and will tell my friends to avoid. They don't care about the customer after they sold you their car.

The service is outstanding and the friendly staff is remarkable. If you are getting service for your Lexus ask for JR he will take care of you. Also while you wait you can enjoy a cup of coffee, snacks, juices, cookies, read the newspaper etc..in a relaxing atmosphere.
