I ve had an issue twice when talking to the service department when making appointments. Once I called because my service light was on and just got an oil change, they told me I had to go back up there and get another oil change even though I just got one. When I get there they tell me they just forgot to reset oil change light and could have done it at home. I live in Killeen and had to waste an hour going up there for nothing. Then again I had a flat tire and is covered under warranty to fix and get new tires. I call to see if I can bring tire in without the car and was told yes. I get there and no they need my car too. So again wasted an hour to go up there for nothing. I like the staff there, but the staff that answers the phone for the service department needs to be more knowledgeable of the company and services so people are not wasting time, because they don t know what s going on.
