Our order was very good as usual. Lots of fish and just the amount of fries!! It is a standard on Friday nights at my Moms house

I'm not a very happy customer, I took part in a flash sale August 9 2020. I ordered earrings and was to get a second pair free. I was informed the free earrings were on backorder. Ok so it will take a little longer to receive. I'm still waiting. I have been told twice they would be shipped on Friday, well the Fridays have come and gone. I've been given excuses as to why I haven't received my order. This is not the way to treat a customer!!!!

I have placed several orders in the past with tocara and I have always been very satisfied with the quality. Recently I made two orders and my earrings were supposed to be in sterling silver and I received vulgar plastic tinted silver. They grow visibly. I strongly advise you not to buy jewelry or otherwise go to the dollorama you will have the same quality unfortunately .....

Bad customer service for my part, I returned a broken bracelet after a week by post Canada and I even provided them with the tracking number, I never had a return and at least a refund or an exchange! ! Very disappointed
