Worst experience ever. Took my is250 in for service a couple of times, but the last time was the most notable. The service guys there are like crappy used car salesmen. They treat you like a king/queen at first because they know they're getting a crapload of money, but after they've dealt with you for a while and they have your car being serviced already, they treat you like dirt. I was stranded in the middle of Austin without a way home because of this. Recently I needed service on my car and decided to drive 3 hours north to Dallas instead. Lexus owners beware...
