I am giving Lexus 3 stars. I am not a fan of the new ownership by Penske. You cannot take cards over the phone. It s not an inclusive payment system for all ages and abilities of technology use. Many clients at Lexus at elderly and do not know how to use text payment service. It would be great if old payment service came back. Checkout services were not helpful. Rather than providing options or offering solutions they stood around while I tried to figure it out myself.

The only positive experience was the customer service from service representative, Cameron. From the beginning he was helpful. I was going to be out of town when my car would be ready so he graciously extended my loaner time so I could make it back to Lexus to pick up my car after my trip. In addition, when the payment processing system wasn t working he tried to develop various solutions. He was calm and helpful through it all. I highly recommend future clients work with Cameron! (5/5 stars for Cameron)

The rest of the staff need additional training and/or professional development on customer service.
