Although doing business is a bit different for all of us these days --I spoke with a call center operator in Houston to schedule a service appointment on Stonelake in Austin-- she could see from my history who I had commended before and she set me up with them again. I got the same thorough and comprehensive service I've always received from Lexus for the past decade+ and they worked me into their busy schedule a day early. What's not to love!?
We had problems with our Lexus driving from Dallas to Austin. They did an amazing job working with us to get us in, provided a loaner and quickly resolved our issue and we went on our way to enjoy a great weekend away!

Kyle Dern and the crew are attentive and wonderfully professional. They treat you with kindness and patience and really listen to your concerns. When my vehicle was returned to me, it was spotless inside and out, plus, Kyle took the time to teach me a quick lesson about adjusting my side mirrors. We stopped at this Lexus dealer because we are very interested in purchasing a Lexus 350h. We looked at cars for 15-20 minutes on the lot and not a single sales person approached us to answer any questions we had. Totally bonkers. One even walked right by us and did not acknowledge us. For a luxury dealer this is unacceptable. Unfortunately we will not be buying a 350 here and we ll go elsewhere.
2 days in a row we were promised they ordered the part we needed. A bolt! That should be simple. Both days we drove the 30 minutes there just to find out they ordered the wrong one. Then they told us we had to order an entire part over $200 in order to get a $3 bolt! Horrible service and disorganized! If I could give a negative rating I would.

Mohammed Merchant, a retired veteran, was our salesman. Can t say enough great things about him! Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles. He worked with me till I was satisfied with all the features and color I wanted. We are a military family and he worked hard to get us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend him to all military personnel; active duty or retired - or even civilian! You won t be disappointed.

I went in for a 50,000 mile service plus an oil change. I sat there almost 3.5 hours while other customers came, got serviced and left. I bought new tires last fall (not through Lexus) and was lectured about not using them and that they would charge me $100 to turn off a light on my console that the tire place couldn t calibrate due to it being proprietary to Lexus. I was told that I needed both front and back brake pads which would cost over $900. I declined and immediately drove to a national tire & auto care center that replaced my brake pads for HALF the amount quoted to me by Lexus.
The business that replaced my break pads at 1/2 the cost Lexus quoted me also told me that
1) my rear rotors were worn
2) brake fluid in the master cylinder was low
3)Air filter was dirty
4) Cabin filter was dirty
5) Coolant was low
6) Front struts were leaking
7) Rear shocks were leaking.
Shouldn t Lexus have found that the filters were at least dirty and replaced them at the very least?

I was interested in buying a new 2019 Lexus ES 300h. I live in Austin and ended up buying the new car from Houston because Lexus of Austin simply did not show any willingness to offer competitive price. While other dealerships in Texas offered either verbal or printed quote with at least reasonable prices, the sales agent played around with a $500 "discount" with me on a $55000 car -- that's a total joke and a waste of my time. To make things even more ridiculous, after seeing a printed quote with real price from the Houston dealership, the sales manager attempted to convince me to stay with them by offering a quote that is $750 HIGHER than what I got. Here was how he put it: "we are gonna keep you in Austin and this is gonna be worth your time", and then he showed me the price on a computer screen. I had to double check with this smart guy to see if I misunderstood what he was saying, only to be shocked when he confirmed that the price he offered was indeed $750 higher. It's essentially saying "you the customer is stupid enough to give me $750 for wasting your time and treating you like an idiot". After seeing that didn't work out well, the manager reluctantly agreed to match the quote from Houston, and wouldn't lower the price one dime. If you want to deal with these smart guys who think they can convince you to do whatever they want you to do, go with them. Otherwise, I strongly recommend you to stay away from this dealership when purchasing a new car, for they treat you like an idiot and care only about getting your money!

I have been waiting for the 2021 RX 350 to come out with the Carmel interior and Elise Timillar helped me get my dream car. The transaction from getting the car in and going through finance was so smooth and quick!!! I ve dealt with their service dept with my previous vehicles and never had a problem. Great service even when I showed up for my appointment they couldn t find in their system they still took care of my services in a timely fashion. My only gripe is this was the second time in a row I picked up my car from them and it had hard water spots all over it that weren t there when I dropped it off. Whenever I pick up my QX80 from the Austin Infiniti dealership after services it looks brand new inside and out.
I actually just went here to pick up something left in a loaner car. I don't own a Lexus but they do look like really nice cars that I probably can't afford. I do have a Toyota and love it so since they are in the family go check them out. Treat yourself!

All the extras you get - awesome. I used to go to an Acura dealer in Ohio where they wouldn't even offer you a loaner let alone did they have a great big lobby, solid wifi, awesome loaners, superb snacks and coffee (I discovered my favorite coffee of all time here - the only kind good enough to drink as a straight espresso shot w/o anything added)
What a dreadful experience. Our first time to this dealership and likely our last. Clearly they don't read the surveys they hound you about.
We weren't greeted when we arrived early for our appointment, so we didn't know where the waiting room was or that snacks and drinks were provided. After we waited quite a while, we had to go to another building to talk with the scheduler because they weren't able to look up our reservation by the VIN. She found it within seconds.
A simple oil change and & 40K service took over 2.5 hours and cost $310. We had to wait another 20 min after our service guy said the vehicle was ready just to get the keys.
We expected more and better customer service from a Lexus dealership.

1. Lexus roadside could not pick us up. The man answering the phone was lost and could not articulate a thought
2. Service advisor to date has not fixed his voicemail.
3. Charged for a diagnostics to see why the car would not start. Could not find anything and the very next day car would not start and stranded again.
4. Trash was in passenger floorboard.
5. General behaviour of employees is poor.
6. One bright spot. Penny from service was extremely helpful once she stepped in. But I will not go back for service again. I will go to Lakeway Lexus.
Overall adequate, however we had to wait far too long for our loaner car, approx. 20-30 minutes. Loaner car was not delivered until we went to the desk and complained. We are quite satisfied with the way the issue with our cars steering was resolved.
Very quick 6 month service. Waiting room had plenty of social distance. Miss the barista and food selection while I wait! Darn Covid.
One of my favorite things about this dealership are their FREE car washes to all Lexus customers! Any Lexus wether it be two days or two decades old can pull up to their car wash, not even have to exit their car, and drive right through! As long as it s a Lexus, it s welcome at the Lexus Carwash . After taking advantage of Lexus s free wash, I decided to step inside to browse a little bit. The people at the front desk were super welcoming and friendly! I just said I was browsing and it was great not being followed or hassled about potentially buying a vehicle. The dealership is absolutely gorgeous with almost each vehicle in their lineup, unlocked and ready for you to take a seat in. The complimentary cafe is a wonderful perk! In my opinion, it s the best car dealership in town in, selling you a safe, RELIABLE, and beautiful product.
My experience at Lexus of Austin, specifically with Daryl Do Carmo, could not have gone any better. Daryl's expertise and accommodating approach to our needs and budget made this purchase such a comfortable process. My wife and I ended up purchasing a new 2014 IS 250 and would highly recommend both the vehicle and the overall customer service at Lexus of Austin.
2 and half hours for a scheduled oil change....this is not dealership caliber and most def is not Austin, Texas caliber. Most def go to other places for small stuff. Will be only coming here for parts and taking it to other shops for faster service. Price wasn't the issue.
I've had very good experience with this dealership, I mainly deal with Randy Hoff and Julez for car sales, Rachel on car parts and Neal in service. They've all been very courteous and helpful. The entire cafe staff are also very friendly!
If you decide to come to this dealership, ask for those people to help find what you need.

l asked if they could offer a loaner since the service was going to take way longer than expected. They told me to wait that they will "talk" to me about it. I said okay, kept waiting. 10 minutes go by, 20, 30, 45, an hour and 10, an hour and 20, an HOUR AND 45 minutes and I'm still here waiting for them to "talk to me". All they had to say was no can't do, and I would have taken an Uber. Instead I'm here wondering if they need to talk to me about my car if there's something that wen wrong or if it was something about the requested ride/loaner.

The service at Lexus of Austin is top notch!!! The people know you and know everything about your car. They don t try to push extras on you, but let you know the things they recommend for the maintenance you have scheduled. I usually wait in the waiting area and the car is done in 1-2 hours.
First time to have problems with tires' low pressure warning that did not go away after inflated all 5 tires. Lexus advisor said 2 pressure sensors were bad and it costs about $450 to replace 2 and $763 to replace all 5. I decided to go with replacing all 5. Waiting lounge with breakfast, coffee, and refreshments are great! All employees I encountered were very nice
I tried purchasing a ES350 from the Austin Dealership and found they use the same tactics as you would find at a used car lot in a bad part of town ; the only exception is they have a brand new store front. They used the old let me show how much your car is worth from Edmunds except they didn't list any options on my Lexus IS 350 so I would have lost 2k in a fair trade. Not showing Interest rates was also another interesting tactic. So working with Lexus, my payment would of been 70 dollars more a month then with a fair trade and my credit union. I elected to purchase an E class Mercedes. A much more refine ride with an honest dealership...Service at the Lexus dealership is well above average. The sale man indicated that the expectation from the dealership is to make at least 6k in profit off of your trade in. I wouldn't expect anyone getting a fair trade; loyal Lexus owner or not.
Everything at Lexus of Austin is perfect. I have had terrible experiences with dealerships in the past, none of them were Lexus or luxury cars. I felt like a VIP the moment I stepped onto the lot. The dealership is immaculate. Exterior and interior is truly first class. The staff were professional and helpful. The sales associate who helped me, Travis, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about the cars, very friendly and most of all wasn't pushy.
I detest dealership games and Lexus of Austin doesn't play any of them. No good cop/bad cop, today is the only day I make this offer, I better check with my manager, none of it. It was a no pressure, easy going experience. I did my research ahead of time and the dealership had a great selection of the cars I was looking for at great prices (verified by KBB). All of the financing was no pressure as was the warranty experience. I even got to meet the general manager. What an impressive guy. He is the shining example of class and friendliness. This was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I would recommend Lexus of Austin to anyone.
Let me start by saying I told my dad and his wife to go to this dealership to buy their car. Brian Erickson was a great help in selling the vehicle and giving them a great price. Then when it came to the finance department things went down hill fast. My father and his wife both have over 700 credit score and they were putting 3,000 down. Which put them in a great equity position. The finance manager went over their credit and was stating that since my father was late on two things in the past 10 years his rate was going to be over 3%. I am in the car business so when they came home I looked over the contract and I know they deserve a better rate than that. I spoke with the finance manager first thing this morning and he told me that they wouldn't be able to do anything because everything was sent over to their business office. That is a complete LIE because there is no way that the bank has already given the dealership the funds for the loan. I was simply asking if they could go to their credit union and get a better rate and then they can just give them the drafting and everything would have been fine. He started to get defensive and then stated that since I wasn't on the car deal I couldn't do anything which I understand, but the fact that he said they couldn't do anything about it was a bold face lie. I had my step mom call up there and he told her the same thing. They love the car and the sales experience but the financing portion was horrible and everyone needs to know that they will lie to you. I regret sending my dad to this dealership and will not send anymore business their way.

He always manages to solve any problems/and or requests in a timely manner, and always follows through. I would highly recommend using him to have your Lexus serviced. Very unhappy with this Lexus dealership. I recently moved from Houston to Austin. I pulled up into their service bay one morning because I had to jump my battery and asked if they could do a battery check. I was informed the battery test would be $179.99. I even had the service advisor go back to confirm. He said indeed, it was $179.99. I had to go elsewhere to get it checked because I definitely wasn't paying that amount of money to get it checked. Heck! Even Autozone does it for free. Last Thursday, I scheduled an appointment because my battery died a second time. I show up on Monday, Oct 5th, only to find out I wasn't on the schedule. At the time of booking my appointment I even asked the rep if they charged a fee to run a battery test and she confirmed THERE WAS NOT. In the midst of all this, my rearview mirror fell off from the windshield so it is now dangling. I asked my service advisor if they could please fix it since I was there. I was told no because it was not a factory windshield. So if my battery wasn't factory, does this mean, I couldn't get it fixed there either?!!! Really?!! Come on. I was told to go elsewhere! I'm definitely not buying my next Lexus here. I'll gladly travel 150 miles back to Houston where Northside Lexus will take very good care of me and won't sweat the small stuff. Sad.
I went online and worked with Brian Erickson the internet sales manager. He responded very quick to my questions about leasing and buying a new car and was very personable. The car that we spoke about was ready to test drive when I got to the dealership and a warm greeting with no sales tactics. Brian showed all the new stuff the car had and was able to answer all my leasing quesitons since that is something I have never done before. He was low key and no pressure which I really appreciate.
