I've been in the service based industry since the age of 12 I'm now 60 yrs old and in my experience service is the key to any successful business. With that said Lexington Law is second to none when it comes to knowledge and service. I highly recommend them to anybody needing there expertise. Its been a privilege doing business with kind and friendly stall .

Lexington Law goes through each negative on a credit report and works hard on the clients behalf to have it removed.

So a law firm uses SHADY and illegal means for business. You get call from a 'secret' company on behalf of this law firm, on your DoNotCall listed number= ILLEGAL. Shame On You. Wish you bankruptcy!

Puer scam, for the past 2 months nobody can take my calls, But surely take that $99 a month with no hesitation. Now a month after I cancelled, I just received a $20 charge from them. They are simply collecting money for doing nothing. I never got even 1 of the letters that for some reason I needed to send off, this place needs to be shut down..

I haven't signed up for the service, and not sure I want to either. I don't like being badgered and I don't like when I what I'm saying isn't being heard. I felt like half the time I was answering their questions they weren't really listening. There were long pauses after I answered a question. Then when I tell them that I don't have the money to get started today, the first one wanted me to call my relatives for it. I had to keep telling him I'll call you back when I'm ready to start. Then today I get another call and this was is more pushy. He wanted to put the start up charges on my already maxed out credit card. How is that helping me clean up my credit? Also something else was fishy, I was always told if they want you to get a prepaid card that it's a scam. That's what the guy wanted me to do was get a prepaid card. So I'm not sure if I will be using this company. I already feel like I can clean up my credit myself. I know it will take longer, but at least I won't be getting ripped off. I'm happy for those of you, who got the help you needed. Thank you to those who didn't have a good experience for sharing. I'm sorry you went through what you did. But it helped me make a better decision for myself. Good luck to those who decide to try this company.

For the most part you are paying $$$$$ for letters you can send yourself...these letters are in your name; they do not show they are from the law firm. Well that is unless you pay extra to have a letter done up and signed by one of their lawyers. "Paralegals" receive 4 weeks training at the beginning. This is a call center. Don't waste your time or money for something you can do.

Just this month Lexington law removed 3 incorrect items on my credit. . 8 removed since septemeber they do work.. give them a try

I saw improvements from day one. If or when I need their services again, I will not hesitate to call them.

For $24 a month it was worth it they got my credit back from having no credit at all to have a very good credit and getting four bad credit removed from my file after two years I can say my credit is really good.

These guys really know their stuff. Believe me, if you join their firm they will have your credit back lickety split

Customer service was quick to make changes on my account, due to other Accounts I am working on. Thank you for the quick service!

I signed up on the 1st of the month. I signed up with the contingency that I wouldn't be charged until the 15th. I was billed the 5th. They were supposed to refund that, nothing was ever refunded. They did however manage to update my billing date and charged me AGAIN.
Fact is, creditors only have 30 days to respond to a dispute. If you are just having items removed from your credit report, it shouldn't take more than 60 days.

Lexington Law is by far the best service to credit repair, they went to work immediately on my case and my credit score went up 7 points fast , every time you call they are willing to help very friendly and knowledgeable about credit repair I'll definitely recommend Lexington law for your credit repair process!!

this company actually TOOK money out of my brother's banking account and will not give him the satisfaction of letting him hear his supposed RECORDED permission to use his signature. WE are taking all measures to get his money back. My brother is dying of rectal cancer and has very limited funds. Lexington is a total rip off. They charged me about $100 a month and they ve given me every excuse to drag out my credit repair for a longer time period, so they can make more money.

This company is a scam, first payment of $ 59 basic Lexinton law shows as credit repair and monitoring, but the trhu is observation score nothing more is the first lie.
The second scam is the package of $ 99 ,the first three or four months you pay this monthly amount and after these months they start to work, if you do not call and see if any of them are still charging the $ 99 automatically while every week you send texts and emails with false reports of your case with a automatic email the name of a person as natasha @ lexintonlaw or other names, but remember that robots are emails and texts or automated.
Finally if you really want to repair your credit
Make it with skyblue them in three months if not solve anything reimbursed all the money this is 100% true .... thanks and good luck...

I always have an excellent experience dealing with all of the people. They give you all of the information on a timely basis and it is the same if the information is good or bad. They understand the way to interact with their clients, and the paralegals all do an outstanding job of making you feel comfortable with the information being given to you. I have been with them for quite a while now, and it was the best decision that I have ever made.

They were great initially about taking off any of my old issues that were already closed, however they dispute things in increments of 3 or 4 at a time. I wish they would submit all of them at once so the lead time on response from the debt collection companies wouldn't be staggered. It seems to prolong the process. When they do challenge a charge, the collection companies send back the letters to me stating that the debt is no longer with them. There is no process in place to capture this and send it over to Lexington so they can take the next step. So sometimes things to get stuck in this cycle of redundant submissions. I've been with them over 2 years now and my credit score looks better on Experian, Transunion etc, I definitely give them credit for that but when I attempted to purchase a home it seems my FICO score was not impacted. That's what mortgage lenders really look at so it was difficult for me to purchase a home still. That was my whole purpose of getting their help was to increase my score so that I could purchase a home. Also, during my time with them I had a credit card put a judgment against me that I haven't had for more than 7 years, for being a law firm I had for over a year at the time. They said they could do nothing and I would have to hair another firm that would deal with it directly. That to me was very disappointing and upsetting that I had to put out another grand to hire someone else to deal with the judgment when I had them in place already to deal with my credit problems at the time.

Very polite & didnt make me feel bad for canceling when times got tough financially.

Fraudulent company. Had a charge on my account today that I didn't make. Never heard of this crazy company before. Called them and they had no account or information about us. Called my bank and it was definitely a fraudulent charge and my card was compromised by them. Horrible Horrible! Do not use these scammers!!!!

So far the people have been very nice an made sense so I m waiting to see what happens next.

Ok, Lexington law is looking to be faithful to customers acheveing loyality amongst the credit building brand.

My son and I appreciate the help from this service and are now contacting creditors ourselves and writing letters to this fix our own credit.

This company did absolutely nothing to improve my credit score, which was my intention. In addition they kept changing their rates when I tried to cancel. They took over $400 from my account and said they bill in advance. A REAL SCAM... DON'T USE THEM!!!

I signed up on 2/13/17 and was told I could cancel. I tried to get in touch with these scam artists and could not do so and could not cancel my account. I got up at 6:30 am today to call waited on hold for OVER MINUTES. I got a rude woman on the phone who refused to refund my money and tried to pacify me with a 40 dollar refund as a COURTESY! NO way...I wanted to cancel and they purposely don't answer there phones or get back to you so that they can charge your card 100 dollars every month! Even the online chat makes you wait. SCAM ARTISTS. Then the nasty lady hung up on me because I wanted a refund a FULL one and a manager. I have called my card company to dispute. By the way they wanted to charge me 100 dollars because they sent out 3 letters! If they would ANSWER their phones I would have cancelled WAYYYYYY before. They are rip offs.

I should of read previous reviews! Please stay away from this dishonest company....they pray on innocent people just trying to fix their credit horrible!!!!!! No other way to put it

I am trying to do a rent to own program, and part of the program requires taking steps to fix your credit so they sent me to the Lexington Law firm and the man I spoke with, John (a paralegal) was very kind. He helped me, and was patient with all my questions. He was more than happy to make the proper adjustments and get me on the perfect path for my situation. He gave me the confidence to take the next steps to better my future.

I've been with Lexington Law for about 4 years now. They have COMPLETELY turned my life around for the BEST!!! I was thinking about a bankruptcy but I heard of this credit service over a radio commercial and decided to give it a try (what was there to lose?) I started paying about $100/month and after about 6 months my credit score went from 432 to 656, there were 32 items on my report and at the end of the first 6 months there were 8 left. By the end of the year 8 items turned to 4 items and my score went from 656 to 709. I was able to do things like get credit cards, a car loan and many more things I thought I'd never see in this life time. So, now I pay only $25 a month for them to continue to check my credit for fraud and to remove any items that I didn't apply for. If I was able to rate them 100 stars, that still wouldn't be enough to match the services they've provided me. I highly recommend using Lexington law to better your life.

I swear by it. They saved me. I made a mistake when I was 18 and was hanuting me and I couldnt get any credit cards. Lexington removed 23 items from my credit report and now I have a 760 credit score and it keeps climbing. They approve me for ANY card I want including American Express platinum and Citi Prestige and my loswest credit limit is 15K!!! I would have paid 5 times the price that they are charging to get my credit report fixed. They are the best. You just have to be patient and let them do their work and dont cancel your membership and just let it keep going until THEY tell you its time to cancel because we removed everything off your credit report. I trust them completely. It took me a few years but totally worth it.

I had a bad experience with them!. I was paying $90 a month but they didn't do anything. Kept on telling me that They can only do 4 disputes a month & I should get updated credit reports. That never happen! After 12 months I contacted all three credit bureaus and got them updated. They are a rip-off! WILL NOT RECOMMEND..!

Do not spend your money with this scam payed over $250 and nothing has been done. Also i was told this and i quote "yes just keep up with us every month and call so it can move faster"

Horrible. Rip off artists. Were not honest about the pricing. Over charged me. In 3 months did nothing for us. The letters they "wrote" were returned to us saying that it looked like a credit reporting agency wrote it and sent it back. 350 i will never get back.

Paid lexington law 160 a month for 4 months and 60 bucks a month for 3 months. 0 results. But that's not the worst part, as I know that they don't guarantee delinquencies from credit reports. This company does not function like an actual law firm. Not once in my 7 months of 0 results did I get a phone call from an actual lawyer. All they did was challenge credit bureau reports on my behalf. (Which could be done for free on your own). "Persistence is key" is what I kept being told.

(WISH I COULD GET MY CLOSE-TO $1,000 BACK)

After patiently waiting through 4 months of 0 results I called in to see what was going on. Only then did they offer an "escalated approach". They were quick to deduct my 160 dollar full feature membership to the 60 dollar partial feature membership. Just canceled my account with them. Will never use them for anything ever again.

For a small starter fee and monthly payments you can really increase your credit rating and scores. Sometimes you don't realize how much work it takes to resolve old issues, but how easy it is with the right tem. I truly appreciate the help they provided improving my credit from the 400s. It's worth the money and the time with the services the team is offering and constantly making a point to show they are working diligently on.

This company did every thing they said they would do. They removed 75 items off my credit report that shouldn't of been there. If you want to improve your score try these people.

Not helpful, didn't disclose the truth of their fees until you're into auto payments.

It really works, all you have to do is give them the time to work on it. I saw my credit score go up 94 points across all bureaus. Best customer service.

If I could give less I would. What a waste of money! I had 2 late payments from a consigned loan and 2 other minor issues that were minor After 4 months, I'm pretty convinced they did absolutely nothing. Come to find out they charged me for a service I didn't need and had an agreement with the bank I had the loan with not to pursue any issues. Avoid!!!!!!

I firmly believe these guys are a scam. My credit score decreased instead of increasing. After requesting them to focus on certain items, they never did. Try calling, better plan on 1 to 2 hours of your time. Look elsewhere or fix it on your own, they aren't worth the money, time or hassle.

When I started with Lexington law my credit was horrible. I have learned that paying my Bill's on time can make a difference I saw my credit score go up to over 600 . Now I am really sad cuz I messed up again , i have lost over 80 lbs i started charging on my credit cards and over did it and now my credit score has come tumbling down again and the sad thing is i dont have no one to blame except me . I am trying to get my score back to where it was but having a really hard time. To think I worked so hard to get it up and just did not think about what I was doing . I guess I am one of those people that cannot have credit cards cuz it is to easy to just charge it, and now having trouble paying them off. Hoping Lexington law can help me again.

Did what they said, in the time given. Kept me informed during the whole process and was easy to reach when I had questions. Would highly recommend.

The paralegal that I dealt with was fantastic and they just get right to work with you they don't do one at a time they do several collections at a time and you've got lawyers sending out letters and working this out so they can help you get on with your life.

620 to 755 in 6 months. They're good but little slow on challenging items. They take more time on Experian. Boosting up Equifax and Transunion are piece of cake for them. Recommended.

I was with this company for 4 months and nothing was removed. Then when I canceled my account on Feb 18, 2016 I was told by their rep I would not be charged on my next billing date which was the Feb 21, 2016 but was charged anyway. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Lexington law firm is an God sent... Not only have they cleared more than half of my delinquent accounts, they help me with old account 's as well.. Which allowed be to have an higher credit score... I was able to purchase an house... I'm an single mother with four children... So living check to check is so common in my life... Lexington law understood that and worked with me on a payment plan that fit my budget.. Lexington law will go above and beyond to meet your needs... If your like me.. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I just went to the store trying to purchase something just to find out that I had insufficient funds because LEXINGTON LAW TOOK $109 out of my account and I'm not even their client. They did it at a perfect time on a Sunday night since their offices ate not open for me to confront them
I call them and I find out from them I'm not a client of theirs. I ask for my money to be refunded immediately and they tell me that the people who deal with this are only available on the weekdays 9-5. PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM!!

Lexington Law is a great place to help you with getting your credit score fixed if you have bad credit. They are nice, and very helpful!

This company is full of crooks. I asked to be cancelled 3 weeks ago and they never cancelled me and now they took money from my account that was not authorized and want to charge me more money to cancel when it was supposed to be cancelled weeks ago. They just want to steal money..

Wish I could give them no stars. Was passed there after applying for a loan with no information about who they were. After about a 40 minute phone call they only then stated it was a paid service. At first we were under the impression it was part of the company where we applied for the loan and that they were trying to explain why we didn t receive it. We said multiple times, after being told it was a paid service, that we were no longer interested. The guy kept getting more aggressive and trying to get us to continue talking with him, even though it was stated we no longer wanted to continue. We didn t want to continue the free consultation , we weren t even interested in it to begin with. After stating that the call would be ended it was, but they called back twice. Both times we answered the phone and told them not to call back, but they still did. We didn t agree to pay anything and we didn t want to continue the call, but the guy continued to be pushy, rude and nasty.

I love Lexington law. They are The Real McCoy. Nothing fake about them and what they do for us. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Lexington Law!

So negligent! My last straw was that they sent a letter with another client's personal information including address and social security number to one of my creditors, which I ended up intercepting because of a bad address. Customer service chat representatives are rude and not helpful after the initial setup. Hardly any result after five months. Do not give your hard earned money to this company!

Good service but billing is terrible. They charge me twice every month and I have to go back and have them change it.

To me, they are a waste of money and time. For 6 months of service, they only manage to get one thing off my credit removed from two of the major credit bureaus. For those 6 months of them charging me, I could have paid off what I had owed by now. Basically $130 a month of service for 6 months, and I barely owed around $1500 of credit card debt. Yea ain t worth my money any more. Rather try a different company.

Wow in less than 3 weeks my score had gone up over 60 points. I'm very impressed by the staff ability to do their job also by how pleasant and friendly everyone was also the weekly phone calls to update me on the status the status of my case was invaluable. Over all best choice I've ever made.

FRAUD!!! The worst company I've ever dealt with. Only had one removal in the 5 months I had their service. They said if you cancel call at least three days before your next bill is due and they won't charge you but they're gonna try to charge me anyway. Customer service is terrible.
