For the most part you are paying $$$$$ for letters you can send yourself...these letters are in your name; they do not show they are from the law firm. Well that is unless you pay extra to have a letter done up and signed by one of their lawyers. "Paralegals" receive 4 weeks training at the beginning. This is a call center. Don't waste your time or money for something you can do.
