I always have an excellent experience dealing with all of the people. They give you all of the information on a timely basis and it is the same if the information is good or bad. They understand the way to interact with their clients, and the paralegals all do an outstanding job of making you feel comfortable with the information being given to you. I have been with them for quite a while now, and it was the best decision that I have ever made.
