Worst credit repair experience ever. They drag out the process to increase the monthly recurring fees. When you call and talk to them they can never provide answers to your questions about correspondence from the credit bureaus

Once you sign up you cannot cancel. There is no nothing on their website or phone menu that references cancellation other than the initial contract

I was very satisfied with the services they provided to me. They were quick about getting the inforation and reporting back to me. The representatives I spoke with on the phone was always helpful and we're knowledgeable about the services they offer. When I was unable to make payment, I was told about a plan that allow me access still to several services they provided until I am able to start the process up again. I that was awesome, because I really wanted to clean up my debt history and get a better score so I don't have to continue paying high interest, etc. I'm grateful, awesome company thus far. I was afraid that I might be scam, but it was not the case with Lexington Law Firm.

I was seeing an improvement, but due to medical reasons I had to cancel because I would no longer be able to keep up the payments. They were welling to work with me even lowering my monthly payments. I wasn't comfortable doing that because I didn't know when I would be back to work. But I would use them again once I get back to work and I have money flowing like I did before I got sick.

I had my initial call from them. At the end I said "I'm not sure I want to do this" they continued to go through with it and now I have a pending payment which they said they would look into my case and see if I ever said it. SCAM ARTISTS for sre

I just started using lexington law less than a month ago and already see improvement on my credit report. So far, overall I'm pleased

I had high hopes. I have one late payment to one creditor that I somehow overlooked and it went to collections, therefore, my credit went from 785 to 600 in a matter of a week. I paid it instantly and talked to Lexington Law and they said that my case would be very simple and they should be able to help me within 30 days, possibly 60. I paid $129 to start in Oct 2018, then switched to $59/mo after that when I called and asked about my case. They told me that I didn't need to be on the "deluxe" plan anymore. That made me happy but then 3 more months and NOTHING. So I've paid $310 for nothing. My case file online basically says they sent a letter and that's it. Pretty disappointing. Now I will just wait for my credit to slowly repair itself.

I was extraordinarily skeptical at first, as I am with all intangible services. However, Lexington Law proved to be extraordinarily efficient, and incredibly helpful.
They improved my credit nearly 200 points in maybe 5 months despite history of repo, late payments, and bad debts. (Of course all outcones differ, but I was pleased.) Hands down most worthwhile service I've used.

Lexington Law is an excellent organization to assist you with getting your credit repaired.

I definitely do not recommend using this credit repair service EVER!!! From the moment the agent answered the phone, everything out of his mouth was a lie! I had an extremely hard time navigating their online mobile app. As it is not user friendly and gives no explaination as to what it is they are actually doing. I was told they would send out 6 challenges per bureau and my case should be wrapped up within about 45 days. In reality only 3 challenges were sent out! After 45 days I called to speak with a rep who was rude and hung up on me! I called again and spoke to a rep that informed me that they are only required to send out 1/3 of the amount of negative items on your report. So of 5 negative items on one report only 3 challenges were sent. Save yourself the money , time and disappointment in dealing with this huge scam of a company!

I am satisfied SO FAR and am excited about repairing my credit! I really thought my credit score was worse than it was and when the 1st fix came my credit score needs work! Well to me thats better than needs a lot of work!

Very professional to work with. Also very quick to send letters from me stating a cease and desist of their own.

I can just tell you about Lexington law. . What they did for me was got my score up from 481 to 528 in about two weeks and they say it will go up a lot more in about two months and that's promising news to me and I choose to believe what they are saying because they have proven it me .

Every time I call they are more than willing to help, I don't know where they found those people but they're always cheerful and very responsive to your question.
In 3 months my credit score has came up over 70 points.

Thank you for helping us, we could'n done this by our self. Our life's have been very stressful ,we have try other agent's, but to no avail. I do believe that Lexington Law will do their BEST. Thank you so much, for now we can relax a little.

. Everything that is done here, can be done by the customer themselves.
If you look at the papers they sent on your behalf it just has the customers name and a fake signature of yours. No where on the paper or envelope states the Law firms name. Anything that backfires from any company that you re fighting against, backfires on you directly. Customer service will only grab a template, have you fill out and send the company another letter.

The call center is not taught to teach customers about what they are doing or how customers could learn to fight for themselves. Speaking with lawyers, you get to jump through hoops or have the perfect timing. Anyone can look up ways to battle poor credit scoring online, for free.
I would strongly use a different tactic then these guys.

I know your probably looking through the comments to see if you should partner with this company to get your credit together. That's exactly where I was before and I'm here to help. I know you probably see either the ratings are very high or very low not to many are in between and let me tell you that the ones that are very high are THE PEOPLE THAT WORKS FOR THE COMPANY or PAID PEOPLE TO WRITE THESE POST!!! If I could give this place a negative five star I really would. Lexington Law Firm is a COMPLETE scam. They've been working on my case since March and now its July and they have done NOTHING besides send me a bunch of letters and emails"claiming" what they are doing for my case. I literally did more for my credit then they have. They took money off my card($99) after I cancelled my account and they are NOT refunding me(which i have to take it as a loss) and they plan on taking another $99 off next month which luckily I'm smarter then them and i plan on switching my credit card information so they wont be getting another penny out of me! They are very nice at first to get you to sign up but when you call their bluff they become extremely mean and unsympathetic. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't do business with them. Either fix your credit yourself or wait till the inquires fall off themselves that'll be your best bet. PLEASE listen to the negative comments because we all have something in common and the good comments seem fake WHICH THEY ARE. If you want more information you can definitely comment back and I'll tell you EVERYTHING you need to know because there's just not enough time and space for how shady this company is.

I was directed to Lexington Law from a place I was trying to get financing for.. They started right away, accomplished a lot for me. I wish I could have stayed with them to finish, however I have a lot going on and finances are the problem. They managed to help quite welll. I wish I could have had them continue and finish what they started, But, because I couldn't afford them right now that is on hold ;-(

Lexington Law is very lawless. Do not give them your bank card number because they check your account very often and take whenever they want to. They also they have businesses set up in the UK with a rent to own company who also steals your money from your account

Lexington law is a joke they take your money but only fix a few problems on your credit but still keep taking money out of your account and stop repairing your credit I don t understand the point of taking money twice a month if no help so please take it from somebody who knows save your money and don t count on these people

This business has turned my credit around in so many ways. My credit score has went up significantly. This is the firm to help you. I tell everyone who has a credit problem to call this firm.

We had issues and they got on them quickly and helped deal with the problem.

They helped get rid of a lot of incorrect info in my report and greatly increased my score. They have very good customer service as well. For the small amount I paid, it was well worth it. I will save 10x that much over the years in better rates!

At least most if you have got to talk to someone it s been about 40 minutes on hold with talking to no one.....

I will give five Stars because they word.They have excellent team to take business.when I signed I wasn't sure but after one month I see positive results with all my two negatives removed within3 months and months y scored increased 604 to 702.i will recommend for anyone if you are looking for credit repair company.They do excellent job sign any time....and u will get great results.

I was very hesitant about letting someone in my affairs because of all the shenanigans going on in the money world. But I did and only a few months in things are falling off my credit report and the staff is always kind, helpful and professional.

I had all negative items, including a bankruptcy that was discharged 3 years, come off of my reports. I went from a score in the low 500 range and I am now in the high 700 s. It s about building your positive credit at the same time as getting negative items removed. Lexington gives you all the tools to succeed!

Just signed up. I'm going to give it my best shot because after all the damage I caused I'm not expecting a miracle. I would imagine these negative reviews are from people expecting a 650 score to fall out of the sky. NEWSFLASH: IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT

had the worst experience with Lexington Law. they just tried to convince you to buy their service. When I signed up with the service, the representative didn't say they will charge a monthly $99 fee. But it came out without notice. Definitely would not recommend anyone to try this

I am very happy with Lexington long they have done a great job

One of their employees called me to offer their services and when I wasn't interested and told the employee that I didn't have money to pay them. They were pretty rude to me and their attitude was not appropriate. They proceeded to tell me "when you are ready to make fixing your credit a priority, you can call us." I'm sorry, but if this is how you talk to your potential consumers.. No thanks.

They texted me which is a clear sign they are a scam. They also call me out of the blue hang up and then wait for me to call them back. You can't ask them any questions like how did you get this number or how much do I owe on my student loans because they will instantly hang up. They don't want to help you they want your info. Btw I have never been to college and do not have student loans but they insist on calling me from different numbers every time. I think it's time to get the feds involved.

I've started with them on March 15, 2016. And I already have 8 removals off my credit. They have did an wonderful job for me.

I had Lexington Law a few years ago and they were AWESOME!!! They removed about 20 bad debits off my credit report. Some debits were already PIF others SIF but every week I received an email about what was being updated on my credit. I'm signing up again because I have a few medical bills that have been challenging to get removed! Anyways I will recommend Lexington Law my credit is back on track to the point I'm receiving American Express offers.

Update: 9/30/17 I usually don't update a review but with Lexington Law I had to. In May I lost my job and got on unemployment. My credit cards had been my main source of income anyways like millions of ppl that lose their job my credit score being to drop because of too much debit being used anyways I'm starting to Finally get on my feet again so I decided to get back with Lexington to law! I've had them back going on 3 weeks I've attached a picture of what has been REMOVED yes REMOVED from my credit within two weeks!!! THANK YOU Lexington Law!!! I can't wait to get my score back up and on the right path

The staff is accurate and accountable when discussing the clients situation.
The processes are continual and never ending in regards to eliminating negative actions.

I was tricked into paying for a credit report and they charged me a monthly of $99 Dollars . this they took out of my account without informing me or doing any work.
- I cancelled the account and the rep told me that the money will go back into my account within 2 to 3 days its over 10 days and I cannot see any refund.
Please be careful ..DO NOT Use them. all the do is keep taking out money without doing any work.

Keeps calling about credit repair that I never asked for

If not for the outstanding assistance with my credit repair I received, my family and I would not be in our new home. I had been working on positive credit for years, but banks were still denying me a loan. So I looked at my credit report to see what was affecting their decision. I had a dozen, substantial negative items, that were severely dragging my score down. I had saw an ad for Lexington Law Firm and decided I needed help. It was the BEST decision I have ever made. In 4 very short months they removed 9 major negative items, and my score raised 170+ points, I went back to the bank and was immediately approved for my home loan with a great interest rate. Thank you Lexington Law Firm, you have changed my life for the better, I recommend you to anybody and everybody I hear talk about needing to work on their credit score. It is worth every last cent!!!!

LOOK AT THEIR BBB REVIEWS. They have reported the removal of one account six times. I have paid them for four months of work, which is $480. In that time, they have sent only 13 letters. Those letters are only to creditors that I have paid and talked to myself. They refuse to reach out to the creditors that are fradulent. I have tried to cancel my account for over a month but conveniently they are never around. Their phone service says "stay on the line for a representative" and then hangs up on you. You can attempt to use the "chat with us" tab on the website, it responds that the function is not available and to give them a call. They are a scam. Lazy, unethical, cowards. I finally found a line that goes through and have been on hold for over half an hour, then it tells you to message them on their website(which alerts you that the function is unavailable). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. IT IS EASIER AND MUCH MORE BENEFICIAL TO DEAL WITH THE CREDITORS YOURSELF.

I do not know who this company is. They continue to call my number after I have asked them to not call and to take my number off of there list. Again they continue to call. Each time they tell me the same thing.. We will get you off of our list, we just have a few questions. Each time I tell them my name and give then my phone number. This has happen 5 times in about a month!! I do not appreciate them continuing to call me. Very unprofessional of them.

Lexington Law cleaned up my credit scores that i had 8 out of 9 scores in the 600s and was able to buy a 2018 mini van just like i wanted. I would recommend them to help anybody. Thank you so much!

these people cold called me in the middle of the work day even though my phone number is registered on the FCC do not call registry, which is a violation of fedral law.

Great service! Definitely worth the cost. It started out slow but once they get rolling I had many negative hits removed. After removing items I needed gone, I was able to cancel service without any haggling or fee's. Would highly recommend.

Signed up charge the $5 cancelled a day after the $129 monthly fee received email that it was officially canceled received another bill on the 23rd of August,. Customer service refused to refund that money saying it was for additional services rendered, refused to let me speak to John Keith the one who sent me the email that it was officially canceled. If you sign up and situation changes and you need to cancel be where they will continue to charge.

The paralegal was professional answered all my question and was very helpful finding answers for my questions I am satisfied with my results and will continue using this service I am giving a 5 star review Thanks

Do NOT use this company. It is a waste of money and over priced, they will harass your phone after you cancel to sign back up for a cheaper price. They did absolutely nothing to help my credit and hundreds of dollars later, I'm right back where I started. Think about it, it costs over 100$ a month. You could easily get a secured credit card and put the 100$ on that. Much easier and more reliable way to improve credit.

The service was not the problem, however the staff was. I was told when we signed up if we cancelled before due that we will not be charged anything. Unfortunate due to the pandemic we cannot continue service and I was trying to cancel and told that we still must pay. Over the past our spoke to 5 agents who would not give me the corporate number nor transfer the call to a supervisor. When I finally got a supervisor, that is if she is a supervisor. The agent name Desiree D., would not spell out her name was very rude danced around all of my questions, refused to give any information on corporate, disrespected me about my credit and the reason why I need the service. She does not even know our situation to make that type of judgement. I do want to applaud Kathern (Katie) for all her help. Unfortunate Lexington needs to hire more agents like Katherine. Heather Combs, Candance, Desiree D. (so call manager) needs to take some customer service classes, very unprofessional.

This is crazy stuff...I have already had 3 or 4 negative incidents removed from my credit reporting. I have been using the service for about a month or two now.

When I first signed up with them they told me since I was married I could pay the 119 a month for me and my wife, so 59.97 a piece but they didn't tell me it was a one time payment until they took 239.90 on the next payment so I canceled after that and about two months after I canceled they charged me again for 139.90. I had canceled right after they took the 239.90 so nothing was owed to them.

I have struggled on and off with my credit scores and Lexington law has always been on top in helping me fix issues.

I just got off the phone with a "Joshua Roberts" and he made me feel incompetent. Challenging what I had to say about the credit life had led me to and putting me down with the situation i am currently going through. If this is the way they "persuade" people to use their services, by belittling them. I pass.....

I used Lexington Law for four months and went from a 600 to a 750 credit score. They cleaned up all the old stuff that should have fallen off, but hadn't, and got things removed that I didn't think possible. Awesome job!

Lexington Law has helped us clean up our credit report from very poor to good; almost very good. Some companies (mortgage companies) that we had fell behind on in payments wouldn't budge on changing their credit reporting to the credit agencies no matter how many letters they got or how long ago it took place.

The credit agencies refused to change the credit report by dropping negative reviews over 5 years old without the mortgage companies changing or dropping their reviews no matter how many letters they got from us or Lexington Law. Catch 22.

We have recommended Lexington Law to our family members, friends and several of their friends and will continue when asked or situation presents itself to do so..

Lexington Law is truly amazing when I first started out I had 41 negative items on my credit report now I'm down to 9 items and soon that would be gone. Thank you so much I am so happy I am seeing results.

I was bamboozled into obtaining service with this company. They pulled my report and directed me to take the $89.99 a month plan. They told me they would help my scores rise as well as knock of medical bills from patient first, sprint and a old discover card. They weren't bale to do anything after 5 months. Ao i spent nearly $500 to them when i could been paying $90 towards my debt, paid my debt off and scores would've been hire naturally. They dont guide u into a better credit situation either. After u sign up u dont hear from them. I decided to cancel today after randomly talking to a friends father who is a lawyer. He broke it down to me that lexington law cant help me and they know that when they review my accr but their business model is having a volume of subscriptions over helping people clean their credit. In fact most things they do, u could do ur self. They wont direct u to get a secure credit card to help aggressively raise ur acct or to pay towards certain bills to bring ur scores up substantially. Even when i canceled they lady tried to upsale me into some identity theft subscription when she didnt ask me if i had a need for it or if i already had it. U can tell its a money scheme. Instead of apologizing and expressing their empathy for wasting my time and money with no results the lady said id have to still pay the subscription for this month that is dud in two weeks. Ill be disputing that charge with my bank as well because they dont deliver the service they sale u on that first and last call.

PS, majority of the positive reviews on here are bogus. Its clear that they are. Take your time and read through...and ill leave it at that...
