I signed up on the 1st of the month. I signed up with the contingency that I wouldn't be charged until the 15th. I was billed the 5th. They were supposed to refund that, nothing was ever refunded. They did however manage to update my billing date and charged me AGAIN.
Fact is, creditors only have 30 days to respond to a dispute. If you are just having items removed from your credit report, it shouldn't take more than 60 days.
