They were quick to respond during the hurricane. The house was well-furnished and clean.

Lewis have been looking after our property for nearly a year and they have dealt with all problems and challenges in an efficient, timely and sensitive way. We have been incredibly impressed not only with their no-fuss approach, but the human way they deal with both us and the renters in our property. They are genuinely warm and friendly people, and we are very appreciative of the care and attention they show in every aspect of their dealings with us.

We just returned from a vacation at Surf City; we rented a home (Drift Inn) for a week through Lewis Realty. We were thoroughly impressed with the ease of check-in....we were able to drive-through, pick up a binder of information, and continue to drive right on to our rental! I barely stopped the car - the process was so efficient! The home was maintained very well, loaded with amenities, and perfectly located near the beach, pool, and downtown Surf City. The home had anything and everything we could have needed and we had a wonderful, relaxing week. It was our first time using Lewis Realty, but I know it won't be our last time! Thank you, Lewis Realty!

We have been staying at Queens Grant for many many years. We love it and especially love the unit we use E 115. It is extremely comfortable and well decorated! It was very thoughtful of the owners to provide some toilet paper.

We had a great family vacation at Surf City. The location of the house with the beach access right across the street was perfect! Picking up ours keys was a breeze and dropping them off was made easy. The only bad thing I can say is I wish it was a little cleaner upon our arrival but I was able to wipe everything down and it was all good! I would use Lewis Realty again.

The folks at Lewis Reality is amazing! We ran into a couple of small issues with the rental and the staff was on top of it from the first phone call. They are there to look out for the home owner but we felt as if they had our best interest in mind. Things happen and when they do its nice to know they stood behind us to make our vacation a success. We come here evey year and now we will only book through Lewis Reality. Your staff is awesome and should be proud of the job you do! Thanks for everything!

Tan N Sand was wonderful once again. It is a perfect and cozy spot for a couple of people. I have been with both my sisters and this time with my husband of 42 years.

There are many real estate companies on the island that do vacation rentals and Long Term. Lewis Realty and their staff go above and beyond for their tenants and owners and I would highly recommend them. As a Property Manager at a company that is in a neighboring community I send all of my prospective tenants who are looking for a rental on the Island or in Surf City to Lewis Realty with the confidence they will take care of everyone who walks through that door. Lewis has managed two of my Topsail Beach condos for many years. They're incredibly responsive to both my needs and those of my renters and I can relax, knowing they're on top of everything.

We just vacationed down in Topsail Island, NC. We were very pleased with Lewis Realty. They are very timely on questions we asked prior to the trip. We had a minor maintenance issue at the cottage but they were fast in fixing the problem. I LOVED the fact that I didn't have to check in or out of their main office for our rental stay. We just keyed in a code and were at the start of a memorable, relaxing vacation.

Kind and professional. Very responsive. First experience with them and will use them again and recommend to others.

The house was really in a great, private location. All of the bedrooms were positioned to have a beach view which was fantastic. All in all, the house was adequate and we enjoyed our time with family with plenty of space. The house is in need of an update. Some of the problems we noted during our stay included: the back right burner of the stove doesn't work, can opener didn't work, toilet brushes in the bathroom were old, discolored, and bristles falling out, bedspreads were old, one had a hole in it, refrigerator was a bit "rusty" on the front, tub in shared upstairs bathroom was not draining well, TV remote in one bedroom upstairs was not in working condition. In addition a table on the deck would be wonderful so families could eat outside. Many of these issues could be rectified without a large amount of money. The chairs around the table are cloth covered and had many stains. But, the property is a value property with value amenities. For an awesome location and space, we would happily stay there again.

If you have the opportunity to get Chris Rackley of Lewis Realty as your realtor, do it. Chris is one of those realtors who is a true joy to work with. In all situations, Chris was prepared and efficient. He listens to what your interests are and pinpoints in on properties that are within scope. He is also a fun guy to hang out with while looking at homes. His knowledge of the Topsail area is superb. Not only is he very aware of the real estate market conditions and opportunities, he is also extremely helpful with other local contacts. When buying a home in a new area, there is always plenty to get done after the purchase. Chris has been awesome with getting me contact information with local businesses that are trustworthy to deal with.

Very nice home and great location! We enjoyed a week in Oct that was not so crowded.

I have to say I am very disappointed in my recent vacation to Topsail Island and my stay at Queen's Grant B-105 specifically from June 27-July 4.

The condo location and access to the beach are great. However, all the chairs on the patio were all cracked and virtually unusable. Maintenance was required to fix blinds and a broken sliding glass door handle.

In addition, there is a wild animal trapped between the street side bathroom and oceanside bathroom. This raccoon? possum? scampers and claws at the walls 24 hours a day. My kids were afraid to use the bathroom or take a shower. The shower nozzle would push out when the shower was running as the animal tried to escape. It is stressful and disturbing when you can't go to the bathroom or shower in peace. We did not have a full night's sleep as the animal would crash into walls and cry/moan to escape.

I am upset because I called Lewis Realty and discussed these problems with 2 associates. The first person said she didn't know what to do and advised me, a renter, to call Animal Control. Another person got on the phone and admitted Lewis Realty had known about this problem for a few weeks but didn't know where it was in the building and thanked me while laughing for letting her now the whereabouts of the trapped animal.

I really feel I was duped by Lewis Realty and VRBO into this facility and a cursory phone call/email should have been sent upon knowing there is an animal trapped somewhere in the building. I was told maintenance would return to potentially trap the animal but I am not aware of any additional trips by maintenance. I understand the animal is nobody's fault but there was not care for the renter in this instance. We left our vacation 24 hours early because we could no longer take the moaning, pounding, and clawing of this trapped animal.

I would not recommend Lewis Realty properties.

Lewis Realty was great to work with. We had visited in January to plan our September family vacation and the ladies in the office were very accommodating, so much so, that we also booked a week for just ourselves in May. We had to cancel in May because of Covid and Lewis Realty was very helpful. We were happy with their communications with us and check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend! Great level of service!

Our rental experience with Lewis Realty was seamless! We only heard from them when we needed to and everything went as they said! I have recommended them to friends!

I would not recommend Lewis reality. They ripped us off of deposit money because they can. $175 for gutter cleaning. No mention of the that upon inspection. We worked hard to make sure the property was in between condition than when we received it. Was told by Jordan at the walk through that it was good. Beware of the "spruce clean" fee. It's all about the money. So much for southern hospitality and integrity

We had a great time staying at Topsail beach. Everyone at Lewis Realty was great. Everytime I emailed a question they emailed me back quickly! I would rent with them again.

Lewis Realty was probably the best realty company I have worked with in all my moves (4). I worked with Jessie and she was very responsive, professional, and very helpful. She worked with me via distance to find a place for me and coordinate all of the paperwork. She was very military friendly as she helped me acquire all the necessary invoices as well as worked with owners to help me stay within my per diem. She even was able to help get a portion of the rent refunded when I had to leave prematurely on short notice. All in all, a superb company. I would definitely reccommend using their services.

Lewis Realty was great to work with. Our place in Surf City was beautiful, and when we had a couple of issues, they sent someone out quickly! (Only an hour wait for the AC issue) We would rent from them again!

My husband and I both grew up visiting Topsail Island as children, and for the past 9 years have brought our children as well. We always rented from Bryson and Associates and really enjoyed it. This year though, Bryson closed down and was replaced by Lewis. First of all, they've made it such that you cannot check into your rental (unless you arrange it and pay a fee) until 3, and then they close at 4. So everyone is checking in all within an hour. Talk about a bottle neck! Then, if you have an issue, it will not be able to be settled until Monday. We wound up renting a house with bedbugs. Yes, the real deal. Bedbugs. We caught 5 in a jar and brought them in Monday. We were told that the bedbugs we caught were not indicative of a bedbug infestation. Hmm...then what is? Luckily, they cleared us out and washed our clothes and linens and moved us to a new bug-free house. But they kept seeming to indicate that we were lying, even though there were bedbug dropping marks on the mattress covers, and castings--kept saying the evidence was inconclusive. They also offered us peach or strawberry wine cooler. I kid you not. I could only pick one though. I will say, they were kind enough (after they figured out we had legitimate claims) to give us a gift certificate to a local restaurant--Sear's Landing, DELISH!! That definitely helped redeem the week a bit. But here's the deal and why we won't be returning to our beloved Topsail Island--Lewis moved us to North Topsail, and it is so sad how they are fighting nature in order to try and save multi-million dollar homes. There are tractors clanking along the beach all the time, piping in grayish-black sand with broken shells. Frankly, I had never seen such an ugly beach. I missed my childhood beach. And that is not Lewis Realty, that's Onslow and Pender County. I no longer want to visit a beach that is trying so hard to constantly rebuild itself against nature. I plan to stay in established cities and drive to protected state park beaches. I finally was able to comprehend the destructive power of the real estate business on our beaches, so for that, Thank you Lewis Realty for putting me on North Topsail.

Lewis Realty made our vacation rental a breeze. We had no issues picking up our rental keys after hours. Everything we needed was in the provided binder. The rental unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived.

I have been using Linda Manning for my agent. Her experience, advice and patience with me has been a great experience! I live out of state with different laws and have had all my questions and concerns answered every time. Really appreciate all her work with me! Poor lady probably showed me around 50 properties and had to wait for us to get under contract but when everything finally came together she was able to help me get the home I wanted! I would tell anyone that is buying Linda will help you find your dream home.

Do NOT book with this realty!!!! Been coming down to Topsail for many years; first time dealing with Lewis Realty. Checked in on Saturday and router kicks devices off every 10 - 15 minutes even though wireless internet is listed as an amenity. The clerk told me to call the HOA to deal with it. No communication and lack of customer service is extremely disappointing. I finally called back on Thursday and the 'manager' said the amenities are not guaranteed and refused to correct the unit description about the internet. Also hot water tank doesn't work properly. (Queen's Grant B-105)

We stayed in surf condos. We was there for a wedding on the beach it was beautiful. We had a lot of fun. The condo was nice lots of room. The staff was friendly. I took lots of pictures.We loved it there.

We stayed at Ross vacation rental and it was great. The home is dated but that is not a problem for us. As long as a place is clean, and it was. We felt very at home. Loved the huge covered deck, the area under the house for beach gear and close proximity to the beach access. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils and good appliances. Keyless entry made for easy check in and check out. We would definitely rent this home again. We have used Lewis Realty in the past and always had a good experience.

We rented a property from Lewis Realty for a two week period, and after having our bikes stolen, and informing them of such, we had a home invasion a few days later which was physical, and there was an assault. Having to call 911, deal with police, hide in the bathroom while my partner had to fight off an intruder, should equate to receiving a full refund for our stay. For the mere fact, we could have been murdered. Lewis Realty was only concerned about money, and made a complete mockery of the situation despite the police report and the man being held on first degree burglary charges. Completely disrespectful, Lewis realty insinuated that we set the invasion up to scam them. He insinuated we knew the home invader. There was literally blood all over the walls, when we had to leave this place. This company is an utter joke, unprofessional and should not be on city council's webpage for Topsail tourism. Money aside, the owner's reaction to our experience is entirely unethical. Shameful! DO NOT give them your business, they are only concerned with money- even if it it literally blood money!

Please look at his response below.. he is denying what occurred in the home, and now trying to blame us for it? No where did we violate a rental agreement by someone breaking into the home!!!! It was 9pm when the house was broken into, our front door was not locked, bc we still had to get things out of the car, and that is neither here or there... by NC law, that is still considered breaking and entering, buddy!! Also, the crime rates of topsail island have nothing to do with the facts of what occurred either... I should have taken photos of the blood on the wall, but to be very honest I was more concerned with getting out of that dump of a place. Not to mention the water bug infestation .

NOW ON THE REFUND:
Never did we mention "helping our wallet", we should be refunded bc of the events that occurred in the rental, ETHICALLY that is what would be done. We also did not stay the remainder of our visit!
WE HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED A DOLLAR FROM LEWIS REALTY. HE IS LYING. NOT A SINGLE CENT.

This was our 2nd year in a row in this townhouse and our 4th year at North Topsail. We like that the beach isn't crazy crowded. We always eat at the Seaview Pier our first night. We enjoy just relaxing. Best.. Beach. Ever.

The house and location were awesome, huge and well supplied kitchen, great decks, views and steps to the sand, loved the place.

We loved it so much that two of us wanted to stay a couple extra days, and elated to find that it wasn t rented after our check out date!
Then the total bummer - I d done the mental math of 2 more nights based on the weekly rate (divided by 7), but in practice they revert to the much higher daily rate which in our case, 2 more nights went from $560 to $870! This rate increase was pretty absurd, and we were seriously disappointed to see this type of pricing scam so we declined to stay over. I get that it may work for their bookkeeping but it s certainly NOT a customer friendly practice!

We have been very pleased with the services of Lewis Realty and especially Chris Rackley over the years. We used Chris as a Realtor when we purchased our beach house and we use Lewis Realty as our rental agency. Chris was the first agent that we came across that was willing and able to answer all of our questions when we were researching to purchase a house. Lewis Realty is always "on the ball" and prompt in their response to problems, questions, and details. We would highly recommend their services.

We bought a property and then leased it via Lewis, a great experience all round

Chris Rackley and Lewis Realty are more concerned about their policies than they are about creating a positive experience. After renting the same property for 15+ years through Bryson Realty, who were sold to Lewis Realty, I immediately had a negative experience with Lewis Realty in the first year. I won't rent from them again.

It was honestly a terrible experience.
We had booked Carolina Joy and for unforeseeable complications with the homeowner, we had to switch with just a month to travel. We picked Papa Jer and it was horrible. The 'non smoking' home reeked of cigarettes from the moment we walked in. We have been coming to Topsail for 38 years... My grandmother is 90 and has asthma, which was a huge problem with the cigarette smell. We have 6 children that cried and complained about how stinky the house was. We called maintenance and reported the problem and we're basically shut down, stating it was an old house and old house smell---WRONG. House keeping came out to try and clean again, they admitted that have reported the cigarette smell to the realty group several times and have been shut down. The air filters were darn near black, absolutely disgusting.
Monday, we called again to report the smell. A man named Travis called me and was extremely rude to me over the phone and was rude to my aunt in person stating the home didn't smell like cigarettes at all. They sent someone to clean the downstairs carpets, who also said the home reeked of cigarettes. We were told someone would be back with a humidifier type machine, they never came back.
The kitchen was very outdated, the pots and pans were awful. When you cooked, the cigarette smell got worse! The property was overall seemed very outdated, run down and poorly maintained, which we attribute to Lewis Reality property management. We even have several photos of some of the most concerning areas, should you be interested in seeing them.
Again, we have never experienced anything like this. It was extremely upsetting to feel like you, the realtor, could have careless about our complaints. It's very unfortunate, but we will not return to Lewis Reality again, bc it was that bad of an experience.

Also.... I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Chris to notify him of how unhappy we were (I had to call them, bc no one called me). He was completely dismissive to all of our complaints and basically told me the house didn't smell and I was wrong.
Terrible, terrible customer service and terrible care of their property.

As a business professional that frequently travels for work and pleasure, I would recommend avoiding Lewis Realty at all costs. Your priority in money over people is shameful.

Had a great experience using Lewis Realty recently when we rented a home in a Surf City.

Although we ve been pleased in the past, this year we were disappointed. House was not as clean as we were used to and there was an ant issue as well. Much of the house was in need of care.

I want to give a shout out to Lewis Realty! Our rental was fantastic and will be back again next year in the same rental. Thanks for making our vacation just a little bit easier =)

When we arrived, the audio on the large TV in the great room did not work which was on Monday. Called to report it and someone from your office came on Tuesday and tested and decided it was the TV. The owner decided they wanted Spectrum to come and test which they did on Wed. and said it was not them, but the TV. A call came from Lewis Realty that they would bring a TV on Thursday, which they did. My point is that we were confined to the house from Tues - Thurs waiting for someone to come about the TV. This is not what we expected especially with no compensation for our time and inconvenience. This is your call or the owners as to any compensation. The weather was beautiful for the week which is always a plus.

This was the first time we rented a beach house, and we're glad we found the property managed by Lewis Realty.

Everything was exactly has advertised, and we even found a few perks that weren't in the ad. The price was very reasonable, compared with other properties. The house was very well-appointed and very clean. We had a great time!

From booking to checking out, everything was very smooth. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. My family has been going to Topsail Beach for over 30 years and always enjoy our time spent there.

We had a great time in the condo at North Topsail Beach. The check-in and out procedure was easy to follow. The binder with all the information needed was easy to understand and accurate.
I only wish the check-out time was a little bit later, especially with kids. It makes for a hectic morning to get everything packed and squared away.

We just returned from our vacation from Topsail. We rented our house from Lewis Reality. They are by far the most organized agent we have ever worked with. We have vacationed at Topsail in the past, Emerald Isle, and Oak Island. This was the best interaction we have ever had. The check-in took a total of 2 minutes and check out about the same. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. If you haven't used Lewis Reality yet to book your vacation, I highly recommend giving them a chance. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay near the ocean with all the comforts of home. Beach access directly across the street from the cottage. Close to all amenities. We spent much of our time there either on the beach or on the deck of the cottage. We can't wait to go back.

M and M Candy 1503 Ocean Blvd. is great. Our family spent a week there ages 4-83 and accommodated everyone. The rockers at the end of the deck was a perfect place for Mom to sit and watch the family on the beach. The 4 year old had room for toys and his own place room. The appliances are new, beds are comfortable, and the upkeep is the best I have seen. We will definately be staying at M and M Candy again next year.

We've been renting from Lewis Realty Associates for years. They have a friendly and professional staff. They provide prompt service if there's a problem with our rental house. They have eased the check-in and check-out experiences. I recommend them to anyone wanting to vacation on lovely Topsail Island.

We stayed at the Bel Mare property, and it was fantastic! The whole experience was seamless, clear, and in this time, contactless. I would highly recommend Lewis Realty.

The beach and views were great. Living room and deck seating were comfortable. However, the kitchen and bathrooms were not clean despite extra COVID cleaning and inspection precautions. The washing machine did not work the entire week we were there. The kitchen was disappointing. We had to buy our own pan because most of pots and pans had burnt on food and the nonstick pans were heavily damaged with significant peeling and scratches. Overall the kitchen was inadequately supplied for the number of guests with not enough, utensils, bowls, and glassware. Oh and bring your own corkscrew.

We highly recommend Lewis Realty for beach rentals. The website is easy to navigate and online reservations are simple. Our favorite is the check in process which is drive thru and literally takes less than one minute. The property is always clean and well equipped. We've never had a problem but know that Lewis Realty would take care of any needs we have or problems we may encounter.

We had a great experience while staying at the Surf Condos. Plenty of room, very clean, and extremely friendly staff on the grounds. The pool was very clean and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Conveniently located close to "down town" but not right in the center. The rental process was very easy and check in was very convenient with the key pads on the doors. If we make another trip to Surf City, we will definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great time at this rental. It was our first time visiting Top Sail Beach and fell in love with it! From the rental to the sand to the ocean it was a lovely experience. The ocean views were spectacular! We also made it through the storm just fine too! We would recommend this as a vacation spot for sure!

Queen s Grant was a great place to stay on Topsail Island. There were wonderful amenities and the view of the beach was spectacular.

We rented a beach house, the house was very nice well kept and clean. The only issue we had is that the A/C wasn't cooling the house. We ended up getting a couple of A/C window units.

The Realtor Linda is a very rude woman. After telling my wife and I that she would rent our house out she ignored and deceived us. I waited a week for her to make contact again with us after our appointment, which never happened. We even called and she didn't return it. Finally she sends us an email telling me she doesn't want to work with us, and good luck. So I give her a call and ask whats going on. She immediately develops a rude tone of voice with me. I ask about why she lied to us, respectfully. She begins personally insulting me and my house. She even stoops to insulting my marriage. Finally she makes an excuse about how they're way too busy and adopted 85 more rentals. I asked if that's a valid excuse to ignore a customer for a whole week. She retorts with a nasty insult. Finally she says "Find another Realtor!" in a nasty tone and hangs up on me. Granted I can't believe a grown woman acted like this. I am still in shock. When I call to complain a clerk answers, and wont even hear me out. She instantly defends the Realtor and is very short with me. Not recommended.

We can't thank Lewis Realty enough for their care and help during our recent vacation in Surf City. They truly care about their clients. We will always use them as our rental agency for Surf City. We had a bedding issue and a wifi problem during our stay, and both times they came right to our door to help us. Outstanding service!

No waiting in line for our check in or check out made it a breeze and gave us more time to enjoy our time at the beach. The house was nice and we felt right at home. Location and the ocean view was nice and the beach access was not far and easy to find.Would rent this house again.

Lewis realty has been managing my rental property now for 5 or so years. My experience with them has been exemplary...I would never consider anyone else. The owner, Chris Rackley, is one-of-a-kind in terms of his integrity and commitment to excellence. The entire organization is conscientious and serious about their work. If I were ever to consider selling, I would hire Lewis to represent me in a heartbeat.

Our vacation was absolutely perfect. The booking of the house was done easily and all the information we needed was thoroughly provided. Check-in was easily done with the keyless entry and the home was very clean and organized upon arrival. We have absolutely no complaints. The house was right on the beach and was just the perfect vacation. We are already making plans for next year!

This is not knocking Lewis Realty but rather our rental, KRABBY PATTY. Arrived at 3:15 PM as directed, picked up binder & keys from Lewis with a quick, drive-thru arrangement. Got to KRABBY PATTY, unlocked the door and the heat took your breath away! It was 92 DEGREES in the house and the AC was turned off!! Called Lewis and they responded fairly quickly and got a repairman out. By 2 AM, it was a balmy 80* on the 2nd floor. The place did not appear to have been cleaned, there was trash in the parking area and discarded toys. The house did not have decent furniture to unpack your clothes in, so we lived out of our suitcases. There was not a comfortable chair in the place, the wooden chairs on the deck were ready to collapse as was the deck rails (splinters!) All in all a pretty CRAPPY PATTY experience. We do not recommend the place. Better rentals for less money abound.

We have stayed in Surf 123 for 3 years and have loved it more and more each year. The owners recently updated the entire unit with new flooring, furniture, paint, etc. and it is even nicer than it was before. Definitely would recommend staying there and Lewis Realty has been a pleasure to work with.

This was our first time renting with Lewis Realty. They were quick to reply to emails, professional, and all of the information we received was clear. The keyless entry into our vacation unit was also much appreciated and saved time! There was a minor snafu with the pool not being open and they handled that with flying colors. I would definitely rent with them again!

Very nice place, right on the beach, pool was nice to have on days we didn t want to go to the beach, will be back!

House was thoroughly cleaned. I felt time & effort were given to make it as sterile as possible between visitors. I am so thankful for that due to my 79 year old mother. I felt I didn t have to do as much to sanitize for her arrival. Thanks Lewis Realty! We had a great week!

The house was great. We loved all the outdoor gates to keep the dogs safe and the outdoor shower and dune deck made for a perfect week! We will definitely stay at the house again.

The house we rented looked exactly as the pictures, very pretty and nice. We loved how close we were to the beach and all the ocean views. The hot tub was a huge hit and we couldn't have asked for better weather. Thanks for a great family vacation!

The interaction with Lewis Realty was a pleasure and any questions that we had were answered in a timely fashion. The property was pretty minimal but is perfect for beachfront considering most of your time is going to be spent outside. The house was also pretty clean save the silverware that we had to clean ourselves. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive which is also great. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely not hesitate to book with them again.

Excellent property management associates, extremely responsive. Working with them for seven year, I truly enjoy their enthusiasm and willingness to help owners every way they can. Hurricane preparation is the best demonstration of their can do attitude and hard work ethics.

We asked for a couple of extra cleaning items before arriving due to grandchildren with asthma and Lewis Realty was kind enough to help us. During our stay we had some maintenance issues that were taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend booking with Lewis Realty

Booked a house new to Lewis in 2017. I sent Lewis an email with some items that required attention at the property and that we were not happy with the home. They never even had the courtesy to respond to my email. I would never book with this realtor again and telling all my friends to stay away. Even if as you say, you never received my email. Not one person reached out to even ask how our stay was and the home mysteriously has no way to leave a review or rating, so there is no way to warn others of the issues this home has.

We just returned from our vacation in North Topsail Beach. Lewis realty was so easy to deal with. We found the property we wanted to rent over Christmas vacation, and someone was available by email to get it reserved for us. Check in was a breeze, we didn't need to get out of the car. Check out was equally easy. The property was the nicest beach rental we have ever stayed in. I have been to a lot of Carolina Beaches, and I was really impressed with the soft sand and gentle surf of North Topsail. The agent on duty was able to help us find a nice gift shop on our way out as well.

It was a great location right on the water however there was no beach access from our condo or any others in the complex. The cable and TV were not working correctly so after awhile we did get TV working in black and white. Also the refrigerator leaked so we had to clean that up on a daily basis. The pull out bed was disgusting and rusted and dirty . It was advertised as well maintained which was not the case at all. It is definitely in need of repairs and updating but it was a beautiful view and it worked out ok for us being a couple.

Great service and communication for our week at Topsail Beach. The digital lock was a big plus - no need to sit in a line at the rental office to pick up and drop off keys.
